Zapata's Catering had the best tacos and best hotdogs! He is fairly priced and you get left over food as well! There was only 1 taco man and he told me that there would be 2. However, this did not matter because Frank worked hard enough for 2 people and we never were waiting for food. The food was ready on time, he was friendly and will set up where ever you need him!! I hired Zapata's catering service for my dad's birthday. It was a fairly small get together of about 50 people at our place. I reached out to them through Yelp 4 days before the even and they were able to accommodate our last minute request. Prices for the taco catering was very reasonable and we were able to add quesadillas and a 5L agua fresca. Frank and Mila came to our house at the agreed time and set everything up quickly and efficiently. They started serving an hour after and everyone loved the food. Do not book this guy. He has no sense of how to run his own business. I booked for 50 plus people to get all you can eat for two hours. After an hour beans and rice were out. After hour and a half there was about 10 tacos worth of chicken. When I called and text to notify we needed more food he was insulting . He said I can knock off 50.00. I wasn't asking to a knock off on the price. There was no chips and salsa. There was only one employee not two as he advertises. Bottom line the employee left early because there was nothing left to do. This owner didn't even have the decency to show up and pack his supplies as he did delivering which left me to deal with someone else to save face. His employee however did great with what he could. It was embarrassing for me to have no food to serve the rest of the party and his employee was clearly also embarrassed. This took time away for me from the party and really ruined a joyous event. God luck to anyone that books him to get the service he advertises. I saved snap shot of communication or lack there of. If anyone doubts my review send me a message and I will send them to you.
