They are always polite, courteous and always give me a pleasant experience. Until today, the driver was one I've never seen before, and hope I don't see him again. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in my life. He wouldn't tell me his name, but I will be sure never accept him as a driver. His attitude was completely disrespectful and racist. I took his snide comments as he spoke down to me, where are you going? With my answer he wails" OH my gosh!" There's ALWAYS problems with that street! First, the person answering the phone denied any reservation.  When I gave him the confirmed reservation number.  He said I entered it wrong (it wasn't). When I told him, that it wasn't wrong, he canceled the reservation and banned me.   Lol- banned from an incompetent taxicab service. The Lyft arrived 10 minutes later at exactly half the price.
