Uber drivers were really helpful and were there every time I needed a ride. Rates were around $30 from the airport to Bentonville, and really affordable for shorter rides to nearby places. Unfortunately, there were none or few cars available to take me from Bentonville to the airport, for those 6am flights. Uber drivers, it would be nice if there could be more of you during those early morning hours (4 - 5am), for driving passengers into the airport . Take note, some cab services that do those rides were fully booked for 4am rides!!

At exactly 9:10 AM Uber notified me "sorry but your ride has been cancelled"! Uber offered a reschedule for about 20 minutes later so I booked it. They immediately charged my credit card. Then they cancelled that ride also leaving me stranded. I contacted Uber support for ride credits or some sort of compensation. They refused. They had actually charged my credit card four times! Twice for each ride that they cancelled. My money was refunded in a few days but they refused to compensate me for what they did. Obviously Uber cannot be trusted in my area of Arkansas for a ride.
