These people are in a "service" industry yet they are oblivious to what CUSTOMER service is. While looking around for more than 45 minutes, I was never greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I wasn't greeted at the register at the time of my purchase. Or even at the end of the transaction. The cashier rudely held a conversation with another coworker the entire time. She only spoke to tell me the amount I owed and that my receipt was in the bag. This was my first, and last time contributing to the hourly wages of Zara @ Lenox Mall employees. Customer service is terrible. 90% of the time I've shopped here I very rarely get any help. It's almost like they ignore you so that you won't asking for anything however when you do get help it's with an attitude. I have to admit there was a nice lady there first thing in the morning this past weekend when they had their major sale and she was the only happy face I experienced over three visits there in two days and several hundred dollars later. I have been shopping at Zara since my glory days living in Spain in 1995. I was thrilled to hear it was finally coming to Atlanta. It was the same then as it is now- always a little crazy but worth the effort. It is very fashion forward but the prices are reasonable. Don't expect the best quality- a coat I purchased lost 3 buttons within a 2-day timeframe. But I had them all sewn back on and it has been fine ever since. read more

I have walked into this store over 20 times, in fact I go in there evertyime I visit Lenox, but I have never, not once, ever purchased anything from there. And I am a little bit of a shopper- I used to work at clothing stores just for the discounts!! I think the store is pretty to look at, the clothes are pretty but nothing stood out. Yes the tee shirts are cheapy and the basics are cheapy, but everything else in there was just average. It is pretty horrible to say that Zara online has more customer service than anyone working at this location. First off, the store is a lot smaller than other locations. The assortment is minimal. I never see things in the store that I see online. The dressing room area is a hot mess. One day the checkout line on the women's side was a solid 30 customers long with ONE register open. I got out of line (because the manager a guy who is ALWAYS just standing around in the store doing absolutely nothing) told me I could go to the men's counter to check out. There was no one in line. Two workers who were folding shirts beside the counter LOOKED RIGHT AT ME as one mentioned to the other "There is somebody in line." The other responded "I see her" and continued to fold the shirts until finally deciding to come over to say "you have to check out on the other side." Furious at this point, I walked back into the other line as the MANAGER walked right by witnessing everything as I said to him "I went to the other side but they told me I had to check out here." He went to do whatever he went to do and NEVER came back to tell me anything. He continued to walk around the store aimlessly. Needless to say, I am a Zara addict but they are a few visits from completely losing a customer at this location. Zara online, I still love you. read more

I grew up shopping at European Zaras and this is still my go-to store. Probably half my wardrobe is from there at this point. True, they have less selection than some of the other Zaras but I've never seen it busy in there so why should they? Zara is good for basics, outerwear, cute, billowy blouses, tights and trousers. And bags! The bags are a little more expensive than the other stuff but totally worth and SO cute. Can't say I recommend the shoes though.. I'd head down to Aldo if I were you. read more

Zara is a clothing store that imitates a fashion-y feel at a more reasonable price that you might expect, much like h&m. However, where h&m clothes aren't really nice enough for many occasions Zara is a bit more expansive. I feel like I always have to make a tough choice between so many things I want whenever I come here. The store itself is medium-sized, there are usually a few color varieties in each item they have and there are a decent number of different types of clothing items. The staff has seemed nice; I've asked them if they could check in back for an item a few times and the employees are always happy to do so. read more

GREAT Clothes. TERRIBLE customer service. Especially because I went to J Crew right before my visit to Zara (which has AMAZING customer service), and thus I had a customer service experience that was night and day. It's not as if some major incident happened in the ZARA store. It's the little things that didn't happen: I never got a greeting, I was transferred to two different registers because one broke without any apology or sense of urgency that there was a line of people waiting to check out, I asked a question about a belt size and the lady answered impatiently and rudely, I walked around carrying about 6 items and not once did they ask to hold the items at the cashier for me, I asked about a boot size and the gentleman kindly offered to look into it and then completely forgot and then I asked about price adjustment, two people said ZARA does it, and then in the midst of the transaction, the manager came and canceled it (It's fine if you don't price adjust but make sure all employees know the store policy). The pros-the store was clean, the clothes are stylish and great, and I thought the sale layout was well organized. But I can't get over how aloof and unfriendly the sales staff at this location are. read more

Lousy service. Waited by the fitting rooms to ask a worker a question, 3 different associates put their head down and pushed through us while we waited for acknowledgement. One employee finally looked up and snobbishly asked me to move two steps away from the fitting room (I'm with my wife well away from women's fitting room). Finally got somebody to check for shoes in the back, she sat there for 30 seconds trying to pawn it off on another employee, but unfortunately had to look herself (she was 5 feet from the stockroom door). read more

Be careful here. Clothes for sale have holes in them. Place is super messy. The dressing rooms have piles of tried on clothes. I tried to return a sweater that was really too small. They wouldn't take it back because I cut the tags off and even though I had 2 of the original 3 tags AND my receipt AND spoke with the store manager, they wouldn't even give me a store credit for the $29.99 sweater. I asked the manager who kept saying that's the policy to have some flexibility but instead she said NO and that I had to take sweater with me. Ha!
