I can now see why this company has a 1.7 rating on FB & 3 on Yelp. The reality is; with a little & customer service skills it's not that difficult to run a company with high ratings. I know this because I also manage a company locally in Las Vegas that was established in 1976 which has a 4.8 rating on FB & 4.5 on Yelp. Unfortunately, Customer service at Zara is subpar at best...I tried to return a blue sports coat (which they not only still carry at the store, but are still selling for the same amount), granted, I am 4 days past their 30 day return policy because I had been hospitalized & bed ridden for most of the 30 days after my purchase. However, I had my receipt & the tags/stickers were still on the jacket; but they were unable to make an exception because it was beyond their policy. Allen, the department manager, couldn't be bothered to even come down from his office to speak with me. Such poor customer service. It's nice to know that managers at stores such as Guess, Vans & a few others still have the compassion and customer service skills to take the time necessary to listen to their clientele & make exceptions when necessary; sadly, this is not one of those companies. read more

People who work here looks like they hate their job, the way they treat the customer so badddddd, all of em, not exception from the front to the cashier, i got some atitude from those who work at fitting room, they are so rude! They refuse to make eye contact, ignore me when i ask about another size for my cardigan, they dont want to have communication with customer, they busy chit chat with other worker and play phone, those ladies need to be trained ,its obviously make zara brand looks so low class cause they hired those kind of people with attitude. Better organized than most of the Zara stores. They people were helpful and helped with getting sizes that were not on the floor.

Browsed through this Zara location very quickly over the weekend. Picked up a surprisingly nice beaded sheer blouse from here and paired it with denim. It was an item with a bit steeper price point than most of the items in this store, but worth it to me. The sales associate at the cash register was also very careful when bagging it and very nicely put it into a cloth bag before placing into their paper handle bag. I appreciated the care and attention to my purchase. I'd return again if staying nearby and out browsing around. read more

I really like Zara as a brand, but this store was not a good representative of its brand name. We walked in with 15 minutes until closing and they immediately asked us to leave because my dear sister had a drink in her hand. They even had the door closed already, so the salesgirl had to slide it open again just to let us out. My theory is that they just wanted to go home - and that in the name of customer service is not right. When I worked retail (for 6 years!!!) we did our jobs until the customers were done purchasing their items. We even did it after the clock struck 9pm. This store needs to learn a little about customer service even BEFORE 9pm. It's too bad really, there were some cute dresses I might have purchased. read more

Zara is what I call LEGIT! I dig the clean, sleek, and modern look a lot and sometimes it's hard to find a good store that sells suits mainstream without needing a custom tailor. But, it wasn't that hard to find a GREAT store like Zara because it's located in the Fashion Show Mall and EVERYONE in Las Vegas has been to the Fashion Show Mall! And if you haven't been to this specific mall, you will miss out on great deals here. Note: I do not care too much, or hardly at all, for what the associates do on their down time. They can talk about their weekend as long as I can be in and out with what I want without issues :) I can spend a few hours here looking at all their clothes and trying them on. I window shop then buy so I'll try on a suit or two. There have been times where my sizes wouldn't be in stock and that's the biggest bummer about this place. I recommend asking them to hold onto it until you decide to purchase whatever you're looking for. There are great sales in the SW corner of the store. Racks and racks of stuff. They're probably last season's things but hey! A deal is a deal! (Hint: staying fashionably behind at least one season will save you money on your wardrobe. You're welcome!) I found their suits to be the most affordable without cutting corners on quality and style. The suits are on full display and are sized with European sizes but also have the U.S. measurements as well. However, their shirts and ties lean slightly to the higher side of the dollar and don't find them to be on sale very often, but the quality stays consistent down to the tie! I've seen sales on shoes, but I'm not too hype about them. They're kind of cheap looking to me, but to each his own right? There is also a downstairs to their store for all the women and if the Zara Man has great deals and prices, I'm sure the women's quality doesn't stray far at all :) It's safe to say that I am a definite fan of Zara and enjoy their styles and deals! I will definitely continue to keep coming here for my formal and casual wardrobe shopping! read more

Majority of the reviews on this shop is about how bad their customer service is. I'm not surprised because I experienced the same thing! Lady in fitting kept talking to her coworker about how she didn't want to be there and how she couldn't wait til her shift ended. I spotted a blazer that I wanted to purchase but noticed the front button almost coming off. (Ok, I know Zara has cute clothes but the quality is not up to par). So I asked for another one which took 10min, not bad. BUT, the second one they brought down the stitching on the collar was coming off so I hesitantly asked if they had another one. I don't mean to be picky, but if I'm going to spend $80 on a blazer I don't want to have to go home and fix it. The guy (I hope to god is not the manager because he does not know how to manage or give customer service-had a messy faux hawk and blonde orange hair) grumbled and rolled his eyes went behind the wall and complain to his coworker in Tagalog/English saying "I don't know what her problem is that's how it's supposed to be". Wth, why are the stitches on the other side not matching? If we had this store in hawaii I wouldn't go back to this store. It's because of their cute clothes I go back. I've been to the Zara's in France and I think I rather fly and pay the extra money just to revisit because of their awesome customer service. Hands down my favorite Zara location in the country. I have had some not so great experiences in other locations. The SA's here are quick to help me find my size whenever it is not available on the floor. Thank you Grace for always being so helpful and efficient. I have never been given the run around, kept waiting forever, or given an attitude from on SA here because I asked for help. Zara - Sneakers - Women's Clothing Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I went to Zara today and found an amazing jacket in the window. The price was listed at $49.90. (I've taken video and picture to go with this.) I went inside to locate the jacket and it had a different price. I alerted an associate, she verified the price outside. She then went to talk to a "manager" she came back and said "yes the price does say $49.90, but I'm not going to honor that price, it will be the higher price." And I also recorded her saying this. I have never experienced blatant violation of consumer affairs. They were all completely in the wrong. I will be going further with this and provide video to the appropriate people. read more

I bought the softest leather brown booties on sale here. I came after Christmas and the store was packed! I would say 90% of the store was on sale, but I don't think the sales are that great. During Thanksgiving weekend, I saw a blazer on sale for $40, that was still there on the 26th of December, still for $40. Fitting rooms are great, no hassle since the employees don't count how many items you carry in. The best fitting room is the large handicap one on the end, all the others are either too small or smell like piss. The only thing that annoyed me a lot was that even though they had 3 cashiers open, I still stood in line for half in hour waiting to purchase my items. Lame. read more

I went here for the first time because my mom got my some Zara pants for Christmas that I really liked. However, there was a sale going on and it was super busy in the store. I would not go back at this time. Also, everything seemed pretty cheap when I went in. I was looking for the full priced section but there wasn't one. Some of the shirts are really cool, but you can literally have them made at the mall at a shirt press kiosk or at home if you have your own press. This location definitely has one of the largest Men's departments among the Zara stores I have been to. I was lucky enough to have visited when half the store was on sale (up to 50% off). Unfortunately, nothing really caught my eye and did not end up with anything. However, a great place for affordable trendy pieces perfect for that Las Vegas club look. My friend and I came in to do some shopping and Chris immediately greeted us and asked if he could be of service. He was so knowledgeable about the inventory. And although, he was scheduled to knock off shortly after we arrived, he stayed a few extra minutes to make sure we were well taken care of. We both felt like we had our own personal shopper. Every single time, every employee has been very helpful and kind. Going above and beyond to assist me at times, so I don't really understand these reviews. The line is always long which I understand, Zara has been getting more and more popular, but by the time I get to the front, they do a very good job at not looking stressed out. I lived this store when I lived in Spain. Maybe it's that I'm not as inspired as I was in Europe, but I just find the clothes too preppy and not at all practical. I hate polka dots and that seems to be the new thing. This is a great store for the staples though, sweaters, cardigans, shirts, tanks, etc. They used to have those things in awesome bright colors though and now it's all muted out. Oh well... Zara, is increasing the prices, more than what is marked. this is ilegal in the state of Nevada, I understand that they increases the price from Euro to USD Dollars, but if you pay full attention to my picture the lowered price is ticketed at USD as well. If I could leave no stars I would..I ordered an item of clothing online and opted to pick up at Zara in the fashion show mall in Las Vegas.I received an email from Zara saying the item was ready to be picked up..When I got to the store they could not find the item,the manager looked for it,an associate looked for it..It was never found so I received a case number..3 weeks later I receive a phone call saying the item was picked up..NOT BY ME!! And they are so sorry there is nothing they can do about it!! Obviously the item was given to someone else,they never checked an Id because if they did they would have noticed the names don't match!! For an online shopper I appreciate the option of store pixkup when I order online. I just come in store once I recieve a confirmation email. I usually shop towards the holidays or when ever a season goes out of style they go on sale and prices drop. Super helpful staff when looking up sizes. read more

I LOVE Zara's clothing and always like to check out any new one I find. This location in the Fashion Mall in Vegas is down at the end of the strip, across the street from the Wynn. The customer service is *meh* which is too bad because the one in LA's the Grove has much nicer people. I think the one who benefit's the most with this Zara's location are men. Loyal Zara customer (come from Spain). This location is 2 floors, upstairs is women and the downstairs is for...... Yup you've guessed it right. Not much to be said, love Zara period. Grabbed what in liked tried it out, didn't fit asked the gentlemen that worked there to give me different size, he brought it back imediately took a quick look on mirror, loved it . bought it and left. Love their winter outerwear! Especially their trench coats. Very edgy and modern styles for a reasonable price.  Bought a trench a few years back and still wear it a lot. Still looks trendy and in style. They have a pretty nice selection of shoes and handbags as well.  I bought a couple of cute printed flats from another Zara back home. They are always fashion forward and their quality is pretty good. Customer service was pretty non existent. No help on the floor. The fitting room attendant seemed not too interested in her job and was chatting away with a co-worker. read more

First of all, Thanks to Yelpers. I became a huge fan of Zara during my recent Hong Kong trip. It was huge, tons of choices and just overall a dreamland for fashion. I read Yelp and found out that there is a Zara store at Fashion Show Mall. I go to fashion show all the time but hardly go to the Las Vegas Blvd area entrance where Zara is. Thinking of that, I think their men's section was downstairs few years ago, it is upstairs now. That may be the reason why it didn't catch my attention in the past. I was jumping with joy and ran to the Zara store and here are my thoughts.... 1. I thought the store was not cohesive when it comes to their themed outfits. Rock n Roll area, sophisticated professional, girl next door, sweetheart looks were not clearly separated in the store. 2. Men's clothes - not enough variety. Boring section. I thought it was geared towards the Las Vegas club goers. 3. Sizing- I had some issues finding enough inventory for sizes (shoes and clothes). Unfortunately there isn't a 3.5 rating to rank my trip yesterday. I think that if they increase their inventory with nice and stylish outfits, make the men section less boring and have sections of different styles clearly separated. This store will be so great. Overall, I am happy we at least have a Zara store in Las Vegas. I'll try another day towards spring and see if they come up with some new collection. read more

There's more stuff at the SF one per square foot. The sales associates are rude and too into themselves to realize that their job is to help you. One was on the phone and taking her time ringing me up and it was really irritating. The fitting room girl doesn't even look you in the eye, just asks how many items and puts a number in your hand. This Zara has the worst customer service ever - comparing to 3rd Street Promenade, SF, Europe, NY, etc. This was the worst! "God, I love Zara" was what I tweeted when I walked out with an adorable pair of light distressed jeans and a white lace zippered-back top. Zara is like H&M's richer, skinner, sassier, more fashionable older sister. The San Francisco branch is my closest location, but my inability to navigate SF streets keeps me far away. Items were well stocked, organized, and absolutely adorable. If I lived closer to a Zara (or could learn to drive with the confidence and aggressiveness of a native city girl), it would monopolize my closet. read more

Of the various Zaras I've been to around the country, this one falls in the middle for me. It's not as pretentious as some and the store is huge. The women's clothing is upstairs while they have a decent selection of men's stuff downstairs. I hadn't been in a Zara for a couple of months so I was pleased to see all the Winter stuff was out. I can find plain leggings for $10 and a cute dress for around $30 usually. But coats and shoes tend to be more than what the quality is worth. Still, the stuff is more classic (worn correctly) than trendy so it'll last for a while. While in the store, no one really greeted me. I don't know if I prefer than over pretension though. read more

I budget a pants on Zara for a gift to a good friend and the size was a little bit small. I didn't find the receipt so I tried to get to the store in the Fashion Show Mall in Vegas and just replace it to the same item in a bigger size. but Allen the store manager it was very rude to us he said that they don't have this sizes in Zara witch it's only 45 man's. Found this store a few years back when it was the only store in the west coast. This is one of my favorite men's retail store. Zara is spot on with it's fashion forward designs, it's beautiful European cuts, colors, texture, and style. It is incredibly hard to find affordable men's tailor fashion without breaking the bank or having to resort to Prada, Marc Jacobs or Hugo Boss for suits that fits like a glove. Zara's prices are extremely reasonable. For a budget of $300, you can score a nice suit that has the details and styling of a comparable designer suit that usually cost at least $1500. Think of Zara like an high end version of H&M mens. Service is excellent. Store is very clean. The women's selection is out of control. They have everything. So it's a great place to shop with your g/f or wifey. Btw, the Vegas store has a larger men's department than the Santa Monica, California location. read more
