Terrible service, when I got there the tiny guy manager of the store was fighting with a customer. The line to the fitting rooms was super long and when I asked where could I find a sweater I saw this girl asked the same manager who was in the fight before And he pointed to his watch and ran away to take his break. I looked for another employee and ask her to help me find the sweater, she told me they where sold out as i looked to the right to find them hanging there. Once at the cashiers I asked for a top in a different size and he told me that top doesn't come in large, when I told him the tag on the top says it totally does he just replied "well we didn't get it in large "... oh! Another employee opened my curtain while I was in the fitting room. Terrible. read more

Rude staff. Went in there I'm assuming around their closing time, wouldn't event let me try on what I wanted to buy, even tho I had already been side about 20 mins looking for a last min outfit. If the customers are already INSIDE the store why would you deny them access to their fitting room, and the lady's attitude didn't help at all. read more

We will not be shopping here again because on a Monday afternoon, several things were wrong. First of all, the place was a mess! Secondly, there were no employees around to help us. Third, there was only one dressing room, so we had to wait 20 minutes for our kids to try on clothes. We went there for kids' clothing, and we had to pay at the men's department where there was a single cashier. We wasted another 30 minutes in line. love Zara in Europe and never had any problems. However the customer service at this store was so poor I have to share. Having sold a successful retail business I feel qualified to comment, my staff were my most valuable asset. So, final night of a 3 week vacation in the states and my 2 daughters and I leave my husband and son outside whilst we 'pop' in to spend the last of their pocket money. Both select bargain items on sale within five mins and we are we next in line to pay in childrenswear. One cashier is dealing with multiple returns, none of which belonged to childrenswear. We wait, the line grows, wait, try some perfume on, and wait. The most painful return procedure ever. A manager is called and they begin to sniff the garments. Ok, fine, I dealt with returns and people are cheeky, but at no point did anyone consider opening a new till to deal with growing line, despite counting five assistants busying around the shopfloor. So I decide to take a punt and go to womenswear to expedite matters.....big mistake. Huge line, returns, online collections ( I think) and only three cashiers. So return to childrenswear to rejoin queue. Engaged conversation with apparently pleasant Israeli couple but note they have no childrenswear in hand, just bag full of menswear....? Returner no.1 eventually dealt with, line goes down when aforementioned couple try to woo the faced cashier. Returns. This time items bought abroad and as was a gift no credit card so they ensue in kicking off at despondent cashier like it is their right to receive cash refund ( uk law doesn't allow this). Forty minutes have now passed and my 5 & 7 yr olds are still clutching their dollars in anticipation. I want to dump items and run for the nearest bar but their puppy eyes are killing me. So I stay cool, wait in line for fear of taking another punt, only then to be told by a new summoned manager that we have to go to menswear topay....I begged her to take our money, open another cash till, but no, she has no other staff (what????!!, the five I counted are all milling around in the changing room looking busy) So you' ll be pleased to know that after forty five minutes acquainting ourselves with Zara's returns policy, third party, we spent a grand total of $13.58, but I have two happy girls and a husband and son who were still patiently waiting outside. And I had a margarita to wash away my rage. So if you want a speedy checkout process, head to menswear, and if you are returning an item don't bother looking for the nonexistent returns counter, head to childrenswear to antagonise the stressed out sleep deprived moms and dads in line with kids. Oh and customer service on top, forget it. Rude, surly, disinterested and poorly managed people resources. A very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Sort it out Zara as this place is letting the brand down due to your people. read more

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I usually go into Zara to buy their men's cologne which I happen to like quite a bit. Well the last time I stopped in there I guess I didn't seem commisison worthy and stood at the register for over 10 minutes while the employees were walking all around me. Finally one employee said to me "oh the register's closed you have to go downstairs." That was it. I wrote a letter to their main office and they were even worse. Had the nerve to send me a form letter! What a joke. Never again. read more

I loved the variety of clothing however the staff was not in any way helpful or friendly. Not so much as a "hi do you need anything" or "did u find everything okay" not even a "hello, good afternoon" nor a smile . The staff stood around conversing with each other both on the second and third floor . Upon exiting the fitting room I asked a gentleman if I could place the items I did not want on the rack and he was bent over doing something. He did not bother to turn around or even look up, just a "uhm sure" from the back of his head. Upon approaching the register with a plethora of items , there were no cashiers at the register so I stood and looked around . A staff member looked at me and went to walk past me and I had to stop her and ask her if there was anyone attending the register, she said "um let me get someone". The gentleman that came to check me out seemed to be in a hurry to rush me away. I started sifting through my items to make sure I got everything I wanted and he held out his had and said "give me". I had to smile and tell him to relax. The smile was not returned. I have been in hospitality for 8 years and I have never seen anything like this. The least they are able to do is 'fake' a smile, not even that was offered . I will definitely never recommend this location again. read more

I know it doesn't matter to a corporation as big as Zara, but I will never return!!! I misplaced my Coach bag in this store!!! When I asked the personnel /management, No One had seen it! After leaving the store, I received a message that the bag had been found! When I contact the store, to retrieve my bag, no one knew of its whereabouts! I was told that the manager that contact me was on vacation, and I'd have to wait until he returned! Once he returned, I was told that my bag had been sent to the corporate office.... After six months of going back and forth with the manager and the corporate office, I received a phone call from the customer service department, informing me that they weren't responsible for my misplaced bag. They had the bag! Had record of the bag being sent to the corporate office! My bag was stolen by one of Zara's employees! I was floored when I heard the how they planned to compensate me for my belongings. The bag itself was worth more then the little gift card offered! Let alone its contents!!! I'll make sure that none of my family ever step foot back into any of your locations!!! And to say, I was a loyal customer of Zara and Massimo Dutti for years!!!! I'll make sure to share my experience with everyone I come in contact with! read more
