Zara is my go to store to buy my coats, sweaters and jackets because of their fashionable styles, quality and comfortability of their products. This store can be very busy at times because of its popularity and high quality items, hence the long line to check out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Check it out!

This is a pretty big location with the women's floor on the bottom and the men's on the top. When I was there they had a few items even on clearance priced which I haven't seen at other Zara stores. It was a bit chaotic while we were there with lots of people/tourists shopping but still the line to pay moved pretty quickly.

Store was very crowded and lines were super long Staff looked a little overwhelmed. Dress rooms were crazy as well. But they had a nice selection and good inventory.

I never leave negative reviews but my experience at Zara today was so bad I had to share. I went to make some returns and the upstairs manager from the mens section was very rude. He told me I couldn't return this top in these conditions... mind you I bought it that way?? It was the attitude and how dismissive he was for me. I went downstairs and returned it just fine. All of the other employees are awesome and kept apologizing. Someone needs a customer service training that's for sure

    The rude person !!!!

"WE ARE IN AMERICA WE DONT TOUCH PEOPLE" What a great employee you have, specially for giving her back to people; and also inform Americans that they are in America !!! I walk to Zara 1 minute after 10pm on Monday and this Woman was incredible Rude !!! If she is not happy, tell her to go find another job. My fiend, and another costumer and I saw her behavior, teach her some manners to talk to people, specially when South Beach is full of tourist. Incredible RUDEEEEE!!!! The store will look and be so much more Welcoming; with that Smile and Inform nicely that the door is close !!!

I've been coming here since the days when Howard Austin Feld had his shop here, when you could still park on the street and the crowd felt more local than curated. Back then, it was quirky galleries, mom-and-pop shops, and artists setting up easels by the fountains. History matters here. Originally designed in the 1910s by Carl Fisher (the same guy who basically invented Miami Beach), it was later reimagined in the 1950s by Morris Lapidus, the legendary architect behind the Fontainebleau. He turned Lincoln Road into a pedestrian mall--a radical idea at the time--that gave Miami Beach its own open-air Broadway. For decades, it was where retirees fed pigeons, musicians played for tips, and snowbirds people-watched under the palms. Today? It's glossier. Trendy flagship stores, outdoor cafés charging $9 for a latte, and enough selfie sticks to arm a small militia. The pigeons have been replaced by pickup artists--guys working the crowd like it's spring break year-round, angling for phone numbers from beautiful women in sundresses. Depending on your vibe, it's either comedy gold or background noise. But here's the truth: Lincoln Road is still Lincoln Road. The fountains still splash, the architecture still hums with mid-century glamour, and the people-watching is world-class. From models strutting past with shopping bags to a family of tourists melting under the Miami sun, this strip remains Miami Beach's beating heart.

There's a lot of potential to be an even greater destination spot and lots of events and activities. Live music is often played on the weekends. Excellent variety and options for food and desserts along with shops and stores and even art galleries! Most parts of Lincoln Mall are clean and almost every restaurant will offer outdoor seating while providing great service. Great destination with easy parking around and overall spot for dining, shopping and leisure and perfect to relax and people watch. Great mix of high end stores and regular boutique stores to cater to every person.

They're my go-to store for trendy clothes at cheap prices. My guess is that this store's prime location in SoBe keeps it stocked with the latest and greatest clothes. Con: this Rainbow typically has the worst customer service of any Rainbow shop out there. Or pretty much any store period. No greetings even if a store associate is standing by the entrance and stares you dead in the eye. No offerings of help if you clearly look like you're trying to find something. Many a times I have asked for a dressing room only to have that same associate go and check her phone or her makeup instead of getting the dressing room keys. Then after asking repeatedly to be let into a dressing room, someone sighs heavily like you told her to go to her room without supper and finally opens a room for you while talking loudly to the other associates at the cash wrap so she doesn't skip a beat in their convo. So overall, yes, I'll keep coming back because I rarely leave this Rainbow empty handed, but keep in mind, you need to shop here anticipating the lowest of the low, like center of the Earth low, when it comes to customer service.

I was at the cash register and this ugly egg headed lady was helping me, I greeted her, and she really ignored me, so I said hi again and she look up at me and said hi. Now here's the story, I literally saw about 40 of the same Fannypack's in a section that was $5.99, priced popped up as $10.99 I told where it was and all the necessary details. She just gave me they nastiest attitude and told me that it's $10.99. I walked out, I won't be back.

This Alvin's is located adjacent to the Loews Hotel and is overwhelming in size and inventory. Hundreds of shelves spanning the store filled with shirts, sweatshirts, bathing suits, towels, hats, etc...lining the walls is where all the tchotchkes are housed. Pricing is hit and miss, but shirts are buy 3 get 1, and with most shirts being $12 - $16, that isn't a bad deal. They have snacks up front and several other random items. Service is non-existent, even at the register honestly. They were not rude, they just didn't engage at all. As mentioned above, the store is super overwhelming and can become a bit much when more than a few people are on any given aisle. I was able to get what I needed, so I'm thankful for the short walk and nice haul.
