I have been here 2x with friends and both times I've had an awful experience but this last visit was the worst. I came in for gel my first visit and I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I had 3 different technicians do my nails which is extremely odd to me. It made me feel like I was a less important person when they would suddenly jump to a different chair. The soaking water was ice cold and my hand massage, what hand massage. She also didn't do the top coat all the way to the base so in the light you could see the difference in top coated verses not. My second visit, as I thought maybe it was me the first time..I had two different people, cold soaking water, my skin was actually filed raw(see pic) and the paint was crooked and I actually got hang nails after this visit which I never get. They are not friendly. I was constantly having my hands yanked and again the hand massage was nonexistent. Polish chipped same day on top of my skin burning for over a day from the file. My first time here and probably last for a Pedi. The shop inside is cute but as far as quality, it is not top of the line service. I picked a dark maroon color no chip and my toes are bright red. I mentioned it to the tech but I don't think she paid attention. My feet don't feel smooth at all, feels like I need another pedi done. Not worth the price, I prefer to go elsewhere for quality service for the price. read more

Came in for a mani and pedi. My pedi was fine and the girl who did it was very nice and did a great job. Then I was passed off to another girl who was obviously in a hurry for my mani. She was very sloppy with the nail polish. One nail had a piece of hair in it and another wasn't painted all the way. I asked her to fix it and she just painted over the hair. I said I wasn't happy with it and to please fix it. Then she sent me to another girl who blamed it on the color I picked. Her "fix" was to put more polish over it. I told her I wasn't happy with how it looked and she said she was done fixing it. read more

Asked for American manicure on my toes. I thought they looked ok even though the girl painted the base coat first and then 'free handed' the tips. First time I've ever seen anyone do it this way, however I figured (hoped) she knew what she was doing. She quite obviously didn't. Looks like my 3 year old granddaughter did it. I got my nails done less then a week ago I paid. $50 for dip powder on my natural nails Im visiting the area needed my nails done so I decided to give them a try my nails are cracking an all of the clear top coat is coming off It started with one nail where the clear coat came off an I went back an they fixed it but now it's happening to all my nails i am someone who gets dip every time I get my nails an mine usually last up to 3 weeks so the fact that they aren't even lasting a week shows me that either she rushed through my nails just to get me out of there an get to another customer or she just wasn't good at dip nails she was a super nice lady and the salon is clean but what matters is the quality of the nails an for me the quality wasn't good read more

I called asking asking if it was walking in or I needed to make an appointment, lady said It was best for me to make an appointment so I did made for the next couple days at 12:15. That day I get there 5 minutes before my appointment, started looking for a color for the receptionist to come up to me and tell if I can come back at 1:45pm and I told her but I have an appointment and she said I know but we're really busy. I walked into Zarah during a busy Friday after trying two other salons, and they immediately got me into a chair. I needed a full set for my wedding, but I was nervous about it being perfect. V was my nail technician and she was constantly asking "what do you think? Is it okay?" The entire time! I stayed close to an hour and a half to achieve the perfect look, and my oh my, they are perfect!! The prices are very reasonable too! I ended up coming back to get my toes done. I got a sea salt scrub and I walked out feeling like a bride, a very soft and moisturized bride. I will definitely be returning and recommending the place to friends! First Timer: I got a set of acrylics and it only took 25-30 mins which they usually take an hour, maybe hour and a half at my usual nail salon. They were uneven when done and 2 have already popped off and I got them done last Tuesday. The cost online for a set of acrylics was $35, i ended up paying $50. I recommended this place so many times, but it's gone downhill since the start of 2019. I asked for shorter nails and the tech laughed and said long nails are more beautiful. He didn't cut them down. Then, when I went back to pay again to have them fixed two days later I was told there would be a five minute wait. 20 minutes later I walked out with no acknowledgement that I'd been waiting or care in the world that they lost a customer. I went in for a pedicure, was seated. The gal who did my pedicure was rude. Told me "go down there,last seat". "Roll up your pants". Okay. She asked me if I wanted to upgrade for another 5 dollars for massage with sea salt. I said politely "no thank you". She honestly had my pedicure done in 10 -15 minutes. She did a bad job and she made me feel rushed. I have polish on my skin around the nails and she kept getting her long hair in between my toes because her hair wasn't up. I still have cracked heels. When I was done she said "go sit over there by the dryers". Okay. Then she took my card to pay. The basic pedi is 25 dollars which is about the same everywhere else and everywhere else usually will spend more time on your toes. Will never ever go back! read more
