Walked into salon at noon on a Saturday to make an appointment and said I could get a no chip manicure in 5 minutes. Every seat was filled and the shop was busy. I happened to get a young lady named Yen who ultimately gave me a beautiful manicure. She took her time and was meticulous. She was slow but very methodical. I hated the color I initially pic and she helped me find what I preferred and happily reapplied what I loved. She also gave me a great eye brow wax. Highly recommend. Great vibe read more

New client since spring 2020. Always on time with scheduled appointment. They know how to properly handle gel polish removal - gentle but thorough. Efficient but thorough pedicure in 45-50 minutes. Owner and staff are polite, respectful and quiet which provides a calm, relaxing environment. I also appreciate the appropriate music choices - spa, instrumental, female pop/r&b ballads, etc. Today their tvs displayed aerial video of tropical locations. Loved it! A mental vacation. I used to LOVE going here for a gel pedi!! It was $35 plus tip and the girls always did a wonderful job and the massage chairs are great and it's very clean. I would give a 5 star review except that they recently changed the same pedi i always get to $55 now! Nothing is different? $20 more for the same service I've been getting for years. It's way too much of an increase, I can see going up by $5 but now I will be going elsewhere sadly. It was hard enough justifying a pamper yourself pedi for $40 and now for $55 plus a tip it's just ridiculous in Roscoe IL. Makes me super sad because I always bring my sisters here when they are in town and all of my friends too because of the price was so affordable for us all! read more

This is the first time I've ever gone here and it honestly sucked. I got just a regular full set of acrylics and it was the most pain I've ever been in while getting my nails done and the polish looks like a 5 year old painted it. The guy that did them was so rough he ripped one of them off and had to re-glue it back on. He cut me with the drill 3 times and just laughed it off didn't even ask if I was okay. Went there for a year and was told they could not do my nails because my nail tech. was pregnant . When I asked if someone else could do them was told they had one other person who did acrylics,BUT he was to busy to do me. Said come back next year. How do they stay in business. Very bad plan. Huge polish selection and great massaging pedicure chairs, I've been getting no-chip manicures for about five years at different salons, this was by far the best, longest-lasting no-chip manicure I've ever had. This is the 3rd time I've been quoted one price over the phone and then when they've gone to charge me it's been more.  There is a reason I call - it is to confirm the price ahead of time. I am specific in what I ask for but they always charge me more. This time I decided to say "when I called this morning, I was quoted $35." Well you got a gel nail polish so that's $5 more. Yeah and when I called I specifically said "how much is a full acrylic set with a gel nail polish on top?" $35. I really don't care how much it is as long as I'm quoted the right price the first time. Then Sara decided to tell me I must be confused b/c it's $35 for a set but $5 extra for gel. Nope, bitch, I called and said those exact words. Well there must have been some confusion because there are gel nails and gel top coats....yep I know and at no point did I ask for gel nails. So the confusion must be on your part. Also shut the fuck up and stop arguing with me in front of your customers. That's rude and embarrassing - well it would have been if you had had more than 2 people in the entire fricking store. I will not be back so done worry sweetheart, there won't ever be any confusion again. But a piece of advice, listen to the customer so you can ask clarifying questions and quote the price correctly the first time. Otherwise, you seem like LIARS who are price gouging someone and being dishonest. read more
