Stylists are technically independent, so payment method options will vary by stylist Pros -Their staff all seem to be well trained and can do a lot of neat stuff with coloring and styling. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to color my hair in any interesting ways, but the work I've seen has been quality -Phoenix appears to keep a stable employee roster that will allow you to build long term rapport and expectations -The place is reasonably quiet and its fairly easy to get an appointment -A great option for kids as the stylists seem very comfortable working with them Cons -Phoenix may be a little hard to see from the road, especially travelling south from 251 -Professional stylists will always cost a little more, but it isn't excessive and the extra money is worth it. The staff really cares about satisfaction -Try not to be late. They do keep tighter schedules if you have a specific stylist and that can bump you. That is more my problem than the stylist's however. Bottom line: If I felt more qualified I would give Phoenix a 5 star rating. At the very least I am a fan, and will continue to return. The nail techs were super friendly and professional. They took their time with Mom to make her feel special which meant alot as she rarely treats herself. The pedicures came out great and our eyebrows looked great, too. The business is really cute and very clean. The manager checked on us several times to make sure we were okay and that we weren't waiting too long. We really appreciated that attention to detail. I looked up the definition of full highlights and that's exactly what it is! Oh I know the deal wasn't for an all over color, there is such a thing as a full highlight to highlight your whole head. I Paid an additional $30 for a darken root and I now have blonde highlights to the roots on the sides of my hair and a brown patch in the back with no blonde at all. To top it all off they do not offer to fix it they offer to give me 10% off to fix it. I do not recomend a place that will not fix their own mistake. Horrible business practice, I'm always a loyal customer and an excellent tipper. No issues there. Although I have been getting dip on my natural nails for almost 2 years now, this is the first time where within a week almost all of my nails have chipped where I've had to re-file my nails just to remove the chipping. Honestly, I'm really disappointed. I don't know if it's the brand that they're using for the dip powder or what not but as someone who always has dip on their nails, it's been really sad to see all of my nails chipping within about a week and a half.
