Tried Zatka bites for the first time while I was shopping in the area. I took a to-go order of 1 vada pav and 2 chicken Frankie. Must say both tasted really good. The Frankie was very flavorful. I recommend having it quickly otherwise it tends to get soggy with the sauce. The prices were very reasonable. At first glance, the Frankie felt small but it was very filling. We had Vada Pav and paneer Frankie. pav is made in-house, which makes it extra special. They were both delicious. They have a seated patio area that is covered which is nice but there are a lot of bugs so be careful. The service was also nice and quick and efficient. It took 5-10 min for our food to come out. Good location with lots of other truck options as well. Definitely recommend if you're looking for fresh and authentic Marathi street food! read more

March 22, 2025 review: Amazing vada pav location in North Austin/cedar Park area. I had tried them couple of times and vada pav have been consistently good. Price is $5 per vada pav. They make homemade fresh bun, which turns to be very soft and taste amazing. Aloo vada is also not super oily and not spicy. We got our super hot, meaning it just just fried after placing the order. They also put some green and red chutney which are probably coriander and date chutney. These bring good moist texture. The green pepper on the side also moderate spicy. Overall heavenly treat. We went there on Fri 5:30pm and got our vada pav in 2 mins. Owner was asking us feedback while we're finishing vada pav. He also offered the chai (on the house), which I think very thoughtful and kind way of making connection with customer. I didn't try it so can't provide feedback on tea. Plenty of seating available and this area has 3 more Indian food trucks (ice cream, Marathi, south Indian). Highly recommend!!! read more

I am not from Maharashtra (where vada pav is the go-to snack for people) and I never liked vada pav every single time I decided to give it a try in the past, but this place changed my opinion - the chutneys (sauce) they use moists the pav (bun) well and the vada (deep fried flavored potato ball) is perfectly moist, making every bite just how it should be. It is a food truck located in a food truck park with other options too, limited though. But I can vouch for their flavors, it's tasty! read more

Found this new food park on brushy Creek rd while driving. I turned in to check it out and found this one Indian food truck. Since I was the only one there I had some time to talk to the owners ( Husband/wife). They seemed super cool and helpful. Menu seems very simple and short. My concern even with small menu they were out of the foods I was ordering. They did not have misal nor did they have keema that I wanted to get. That was a disappointment. Now since I was already there and out of my car striking conversations with the owners, I went ahead and ordered what ever was available. I got Vada pav and a paneer Frankie. Good thing with there Pav is that they make them fresh at home. Bad thing the Pav's were super sweet. They might have put extra sugar while making the Pav's. Vada was on point. As far as the paneer frankie, it was fine, fresh but I feel it is too small of a roll for the $11 price. It's basically a small parantha with little paneer filing in it. Other than that I am hoping for all the food offerings on my next visit. Will give it another try soon read more

ZATKA VADA PAV this food truck is amazing guys , weather you are vegetarian or non vegetarian they have their mouthwatering recipes for everyone , My in-laws visited us from India & they loved their vada pav , it was so yummy & I have not tasted any vada pav like this anywhere else , besides vada pav they have keema pav which was outstanding , chicken Frankie was so flavorful & yummy & yes don't forget to try their Mango chill , it was so refreshing,I really can't wait to go their again & I would definitely love to recommend all my friends to visit this place , the quality of food is Amazing read more

Terrible service. I had to leave when the owner yelled at a costumer. The costumer had his kid with him and the owner of this food truck did not care to be yelling in front of a child. The park has different food trucks and I'm glad I didn't eat at his food truck and I will definitely never eat in a place where you have to witness an owner yelling at a customer. He is lying when he says he spoke in a nice manner!!! Yelling at a customer is never justified, much less lying.) read more

Tried this family run food truck in Cedar Park. Wada with the freshly baked soft pav was amazing with the fresh chutneys. Also tried their Paneer Wrap /Frankie which was also good. It's a casual setup, perfect for grabbing a quick bite with friends or family. read more
