Rada's collection is amazing and full of so many treasures. She worked with us and one of her artists to customize a ring based on a stone we loved, and she made me a custom matching wedding band at the same time. It turned out better than I could have possibly imagined, and was surprisingly affordable - she will work with your budget and give you a variety of options. I get so many compliments all the time on my ring, and it's by far my favorite possession! Flash forward a year - it's a week before our wedding, and I remembered at the very last minute that I should probably clean my ring before the wedding photos. I sent Rada a frantic note to see if there was any way she could help me with that, acknowledging the very short time frame. In just two days, she had my ring cleaned, the band was repolished, and returned to me looking better than ever. And she did this all for no charge!! I just can't say enough great things about Rada and Zaver & Mor. After my fiance purchased my engagement ring at the shop, we (of course) returned for our wedding bands. I found two unique and perfect rings to sub for a traditional wedding band, while my fiance was hesitant and didn't think he'd ever be able to find anything he was comfortable with. Rada listened (and somehow just knew!) the type of ring he wanted, and proactively followed up with us after she saw how uncertain he was. She sent an email with photos of rings she thought he may like - that were the perfect price point - which made it very easy for him to comfortably browse. Sure enough, he found a ring he liked in that email, and we went for it. We waited probably too long to purchase our wedding bands, but Rada, with her exceptional customer service (seriously, the best service I've ever received...she remembered my name after not being in the shop for months...lover her), she quickly placed our order, made the resizing, and had our rings in plenty of time for the big day. Rada was an absolute joy to work with! I came to Zaver & Mor looking for my wedding set about a month before my wedding. We had previously purchased an inexpensive engagement from somewhere else, but after 2 years I wasn't thrilled with it. After visiting countless jewelry stores I was easily able to find exactly the set I had been dreaming of! I was able to purchase the band right there on the spot (correct size and everything!) and Rada helped special order me the second diamond band to match from the artist. The process was a breeze and to top it all off we thought the 2nd band wouldn't be ready until after our wedding, but the artist finished early I was able to have it in time for the ceremony! She some how manages to be professional while simultaneously making you feel like your chatting with a friend in her living room over coffee. And when I had trouble with my rings (I didn't know to not take my silver ring into a chlorine pool) she got them fixed up by the jeweler who made them.
