Today, I found this "Welcome to our Hive" sign I had to pick up for my mom. They have tons of different plants for sale and gifts for all ages. They even have fun themed socks. This is the 4th shop we had to go to- one was closed for a delivery, one doesn't seem to exist, one only does pre-orders, but here was Connells, more or less on my way home, open, and with everything we need. Small, right beside Fox's Bagels nee Block's, tight lot and lots of traffic on Broad so be careful. A cooler with some premade arrangements, and gifts and cards out front. Plus $10 for a dozen roses today. We grabbed a couple of pre-made bouquets and a couple of cards (one set from me, one from Baby K) and were in and out quickly. Service was friendly and helpful, and fast, and we spent less than $25 for some nice flowers. And then got bagels.

They've got rooms upstairs and downstairs of crafts made by seniors. Very cool! They had some really cute OSU stuff, Christmas things, handmade scarves, artwork, home decor, etc. Loved it! Not sure what their regular hours are but I enjoyed walking through here. The stuff is all reasonably priced, so I wouldn't mind coming back to buy something.

This is off the highway on the way to the airport. There is a large parking lot, and the greenhouse is huge! I went in for one thing & walked out with more than 10. I hand-build tiny, tiny ceramic pots, so I'm always looking for tiny plants to put in them. Straders has only a small selection of these pots & they are $6-15 depending on plant. DeMonye's had 10x the variety of what I usually find at Straders, and they were $4.49!! I did a little dance. You can find annuals, perennials, indoor plants, bulbs, seeds, soil, garden decor, pots, you name it! I also found flowers and berry plants for my garden. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. They said to check out their Facebook and IG for updates of what's in stock!

We were greeted by a knowledgeable gal who told us that location had been open three weeks. It is a very narrow shop but so exciting to see. Your eye takes in so much. I'm not sure how to describe what they have so I am relying on their own description. Cleaning in style. A collection of home, kitchen and found objects. Lots of wonderful candles. I needed a push broom so that is what I brought home. I intend to visit the Parsons store tomorrow because I like to shop local. They have limited hours but visit either shop if you can. You won't be disappointed.
