Last time to come to this location! We told the cashier we wanted a salad, extra dressing, and a 10 piece chicken fingerz. She gave us our total, we paid, and she handed us a cup. We said we didn't order a drink. She was kind of in a daze, like she didn't know what we were talking about, stared at the cash register for awhile, finally called someone else who refunded the money for our drink. While we were standing there waiting for our food (about 10 min), 3 different people came back up to the counter, missing their food or having problems with their food - one of the people returned his egg rolls twice. Someone came up and asked an employee if they had an order for "Jim" ready because he'd been waiting for awhile - the employee stared at him for an uncomfortably long time and walked away. He finally asked someone else who checked and told him that they'd given his food to someone else and they'd remake his order. Employees in the kitchen area were passing food through to the front, with gloves on, and then adjusting their caps with their gloves on, or pushing their hair behind their ears with their gloved hands. Will not return to this location! Recently we went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 cobb salad (one salad no egg and one with egg) and 2 drinks and paid a little over $28. They handed us our drinks and a bag with one salad. We noticed this immediately while still sitting at the window and explained that we ordered two salads but only got one and need the salad that we ordered without egg. This was apparently too much for them because we had to talk to 3 different employees to explain and show that we paid $28 and wound up with one salad and two drinks. The one guy who walked up to "try" to help just had an attitude and acted like we were the problem. He then cut me off from telling him again what we ordered and wouldn't let anyone talk. I wound up handing the drinks and the salad back through the window and told them to refund the money just paid, and we went across the street to McDonald's. They need to train their employees to listen to their customers. It wasn't that hard of an issue to solve. Just to your customers. read more

When we came in i was thinking "wow, its been a while since I went to Zaxbys, I KNOW the food is Goanna be as good as the service". The first thing wrong is that the chicken wings and sandwiches were out, which I forgave because, come on, its a stupid thing to get irritated over. 2nd thing is that the ice was gone and so was most of the drinks, I was also passive about that too again, stupid thing to get mad over. 3rd, all the salt is gone, now don't get the idea that I'm in love with salt but all 3 of these together got me a little agitated. So by now, me and my grandpa started to notice the decline of quality from low food to low salt to the drinks, So it didn't surprise us when all open tables were dirty with crumbs and at least one piece of trash on each table. It was probably just low staff but no, in the middle of our meal, a worker came to clean. It was kinda good, but also meant they waited until the lunch rush. On top of that, my grandpa had ordered fries that never made it to the table, fortunately we weren't charged so that wasn't a big loss. read more

This was possibly the worst Zaxby's we have been to. The restaurant was very dirty. Every table was dirty and when I asked for a cloth to clean our table the employee gave me some dry napkins! Not sure what I was supposed to do with those! When I asked for some cleaning solution she squirted one squirt on the napkins and gave them to me. I cleaned our table but the seats were also dirty. I did my best but I still got mess on my pants from the seat. I understand that they may be understaffed and I don't mind cleaning my own table but that was ridiculous. The floor was dirty and there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the mens bathroom. The food was good although our order was wrong. A category of disasters. This store has been terrible for a while now. My daughter gave me a zaxbys gift card for Christmas and I tried to use it to order food only to find out they don't accept gift cards on their website. Have ordered dinner as I work overnights. When I arrive I see a guardrail blocking the drive through. Doors were locked. Needless to say I didn't get my order and went to burger king which is right next door. The next time I was able to order inside however the undersized portions with just 11 French fries disappointing and unreal. Well, I went again Sunday evening 4/24/22. Ordered a Buffalo Blue and they left the chicken completely off. Not one piece. I complained and all Zaxbys will do is offer a 10% discount on my next order. Just the worst. read more

Our family loves Zaxby's and frequents them often. This is, by far, the filthiest Zaxby's we have ever entered. every table in the dining room had trash and spills on top, underneath, & in the seats. The mens and womens restrooms were also disgusting, with trash on the floors, no soap in dispensers, and urine covering toilet seats. The garbage cans in the dining room were overflowing. One of our sandwiches even had a dead fly stuck in the sauce. Behind the counter, workers could be seen and heard goofing off while customers lined the dining room waiting for food. When my husband asked to speak to a manager, one of the employees in the back shouted at my husband to "clock in and get his ass back there to help"...all while numerous employees simply stood to the side arguing and discussing their schedules for the week. This location was single handily the slowest location I have ever been to. If there are more than 3 orders just prepare yourself the entire staff is going to be overwhelmed. They were out of Zax sauce as well as ranch. The chicken tenders were tiny, fries were burnt and not seasoned, most of the drinks in the soda machine were out and much more.
