That being said, we called in order in my phone. Very friendly over the phone service. Explained the deals they had because this was the first time you'd ever ordered from here. Drove down to pick it up 20 minutes later. Okay as instructed and boom pizza's done in the box. Hot and fresh ready to go. Took them home for the four of us. Bottom line is they were perfect. We got a meat lovers and a supreme crust was crispy. Not overdone. Lots of toppings. End-to-end great flavors. We enjoyed our dinner. Now. Tomorrow morning I've got two pieces for cold pizza for breakfast. We will definitely be coming back.

If you want to be waited on by the hard working owner, this is the place to go. If you want a warm, inviting place to dine-in, this is not the place to go, it's strictly takeout. Why the two stars? Because, despite the poor food quality, it's clear to me the guy that owns this place is trying. I'll give him more opportunities to increase his stars. At least until I see no improvement.

I paid cash saving 3.5% credit card fee, and also received a veterans discount. The pizza was great, tasty crust with crispy edges. So much topping on the Nanny's meat lovers pizza. The sauce was perfect and we got a side order of the red sauce for dipping. Overall a wonderful experience and a great meal. I love to shop local when the owner takes care of you and has skin in the game . BTW bonus, the pizza was delicious cold for breakfast the next morning.

I was extremely patient thinking I was going to experience a product that was tasty. Did I expect it to be exactly like real NY pizza? Heck no, I'm a realist. But never in my wildest dreams expect something so tasteless. The reasons that saved this establishment from receiving one star? The cheesecake was phenomenal and the place had the ambiance of Cheers without the warm greeting. If the food were better, I'd give them another try. Since I can get a decent product at a much lower price, I'll go to Papa John's when I want pizza.

Most of Papa John's competitors either don't add extra sauce or, add extra cheese instead of extra sauce. Since the instructions are part of the order, it seems as if this should not be missed. The other reason for the five stars is that the employees always greet me quickly and warmly. Even if too busy to wait on me upon arrival, they never fail to acknowledge that I've arrived. More franchise operations should follow this model and realize that without the customers, they would be out of business.

If I could, I would give ZERO stars. This is not the first time there have been issues but this will be the last time. I will not give this store another dollar of my money and I want everyone to know how poor this experience has been, once again. We placed an online order for 2 pizzas at 4:40 today. Once the order was processed, it said the estimated delivery time was 90-100 minutes. Seriously?? We live 3 miles from the store and only ordered 2 pizzas. Then an email was received stating the pizzas would be delivered by 6:15. I attempted to contact the store, twice, and there was no answer. Finally, at 6:40 (2 hours after the order), the driver arrived. The pizzas were ICE cold. I called the store again and someone answered. I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold. Then, someone picked up and I begin explaining the issues. At that point he started telling me how his car wasn't working so they were down to one driver and how they had been slammed and didn't have anything left except for pan pizzas. Honestly, I DON'T CARE! That isn't the issue. He then turned and asked the manager what he should do. He wasn't even the manager. The manager said to give us a credit. I told him I did not want a credit because I would never be ordering from them again. They should have offered to refund our money, but they did not. We own two businesses and, if we did business like this Pizza Hut does, we wouldn't still be in business. If you are running a business, you need to learn how to staff for busy days, make sure you have enough help, make sure you have drivers available and not just expect people to wait for two hours to have cold pizza delivered. They also need to be willing to speak with customers when they call to complain. The manager could not even bother to pick up the phone to provided customer service. I will either drive to Calhoun for pizza or order from Pizza Place in town from this point on. This Pizza Hut does not have any customer service and couldn't care less if their customers have problems. DON'T give this place a penny of your hard earned money. read more

The breakfast rounds were nicely cooked, hot and fresh, and are a nice pairing. The interior of the store was clean and neat and nicely decorated. The staff that I spoke to were helpful. But I had the unfortunate timing to arrive when management was having a meeting in the dining room with all their staff. I was able to find a table but wore earbuds to block out the awkward and disgruntled comments of the less respectful employees. You could cut the air with a knife it was so cringe. In my many visits I've never had that misfortune, so it's very unlikely to happen again. So it won't put me off from visiting.
