this is the best Hardee's I know of. I was debating on going across the street to zaxbys but then I remembered how good the experience was the last few times I ate here. so I decided to eat here and once again the service was great and the food was great! Re: Hardee's- Adairsville, GA I'm highly, impressed with the service that I receive here. One employee, in particular, Lenzi (Linzie), is phenomenal!! He's professional and energetic. I've never received less that respect and attentiveness from him. He's efficient. Although, few words are spoken, he "remembers" me, my general order and condiments. That's important to people. He makes you feel welcomed and that your order is important. He's the epitome of great customer service and should be highly, esteemed as such. Especially, in today's climate when common courtesy and satisfaction is lacking. Thanks to this team member for making me feel comfortable in every visit. One of the worst excuses for a fast food place. I drive by almost every day and rarely is there more than one car in the lot. Today I think I discovered why. While I can handle a little rudeness or incompetence from employees(which is overflowing here), I will not tolerate dirtiness. Looking over the counter I could see trash, condiment packs and fries all over the floor. The dining area wasn't any better. As I sat and ate, I heard a woman taking an order from the drive thru. She told the customer that she couldn't fix a certain type of sandwich because they were out of the buns. Not, "I can offer this instead,". Just I can't. Also heard her say that corporate took away the onion rings from her. Not that "we no longer offer them but we do have _________". A lot of time it's not what you say but how you say it. As I was finishing, an employee came out, stood on a chair and removed the lid covering the ice bin at the soft drink machine. The lid fell to the floor with the inside(exposed to the ice)touching the floor. I sat for a few more minutes hoping she would take it into the back and wash it like she should. She didn't. Simply picked it up and put it back on top of the ice bin. For this I will never go back. Absolutely no excuse for such disrespect to your customers and their health. read more

I stopped by here to pick up dinner for my family and when I paid at drive through the young man ask me to park behind the vehicle ahead of me already parked, I said ok. ( he was really nice) after I waited on my food a few minutes someone else pulled up behind me in the drive through window to pay and that made it where I couldn't get out, I was stuck. So the young man brought my food out, I waited a little bit longer thinking the car in front of me would get there food and be moving soon and then I could get out of the way of everyone else, but instead, another guy hung his head out of the drive through window and yelled very hatefully at me to move and I yelled back that I couldn't because of the vehicle in front of me and the one behind me. I backed up and pulled up twice and was able to get out of a very tight spot, but he was very rude. They need to plan better on telling people how far up to park or to park in a parking spot and wait. VERY RUDE PERSON!!!!!! read more

We stopped for the Red Burrito, not for the Hardee's. The cashier just looked at us without greeting us (one of my many pet peeves). They wouldn't let us order anything from the Red Burrito menu. I usually keep my reviews positive but I hope the manager sees this and takes the criticism to heart and does more besides walk around and be on his phone. Place was not clean, floors, doors and tables needed to be attended to. No towels in the restroom, let three different people know and it took coming back and waiting for them to change it. Flies everywhere. Not busy plenty of people that could have cleaned tables and yet they remained dirty while I was there. My food was luke warm at best, bread buttered but not toasted, fries over salted. But they were hotter than my sandwich, which was the only plus in my experience there. I get it, it's a stop off the hwy in the middle of nowhere but take PRIDE in your work-building, motivate your employees to do the same. Make sure they are trained properly- starts from the top down. THE PERFECT PLACE FOR BISCUIT LOVERS! When we are traveling and need something quick, yet made to order we like Hardees. I have never received cold or poorly prepared food from them. It is always hot and well executed. This morning my husband was interested in a breakfast wrap and I know that they carry one so we decided to stop at this location. It is conveniently located right off the freeway and next to a McDonald's. It was crazy busy today but we decided to go inside. Since we have never order breakfast, we needed to check the menu. When we walked in there was a nice line and we began to review the menu. We noticed that they do not carry the wrap at this location and that practically everything they offered came on a BISCUIT!! We wanted to scream because every time we travel north and stop for breakfast, we encounter biscuits instead. Uggh! When will it end? Georgia must be the biscuit state. I mean, they are everywhere. Anyway, we left and found a better option. If you love biscuits, you are in the right place. If you want a breakfast wrap, go across the street to Burger King. read more

Wow, what a sh!t show. Since Hardee's link to provide my experience details internally expired within minutes of the purchase, I'll post here. Personnel's books, drinks, headphones, charger cords, papers scattered over several tables (clearly all employee belongings as I was the only patron), broom laying across the floor for no particular reason, no tea made (none) and it's 6:50 pm. There was no greeting or "how can I help you", just an awkward stare. When someone walks up to the counter and the personnel starts typing away on the screen then looks at you, apparently that's your cue to start your order. I waited for her to say anything, so I stared back in the same tone. She cocked her head to the side as if she didn't understand, I reciprocated. Then she asks, "can...I...help you". I stated yes and started to order. I stated "large number 4 please". Her question, "you mean you want a combo"...? Um yah. After taking my order she walks away with nothing stated. She noticed I hadn't moved and asked "did I forget something?" I stated, "yes, my receipt" (which I needed for company expenses). "We'll bring it to you". Should've gone to McDonalds. read more

The people who work at this Hardee's are incompetent and rude. The girl at the drive through window has shorted me food on two occasions and was very rude, even explosive, when I asked her about the food that wasn't in the bag she exploded on me and started yelling at me in front of my children. The manager did not offer an apology when I went in to retrieve my food, he instead made pointless excuses on how busy they were. I will never go to this restaurant again, poor customer service of this nature is unexcusable. read more

I was traveling from Florida to KY on Tuesday afternoon (2:30 PM), stopped in Adairsville, GA (1500802 on Princeton Blvd). Store was clean, burger was great, not a sloppy mess, bun toasted very well, and my wife, a recovering vegetarian, liked the chicken tenders. They looked very good, not processed like others' nuggets/tenders. They employees should know that what they do sometimes can make a big difference. My compliments to the staff that day. read more
