Zaxbys!!!You know it is ridiculous how you allow your staff to give customer food knowing that they burned it and you give it to the customer anyway????. This is ridiculous.Stopped at Zaxby waited in line got dinner then got all the way home after working all day only to open the eggrolls and they are black straight burnt!!!! I am very disappointed. Okay so I came there the other day and the service was TERRIBLE. The employee named Ishaan was absolutely horrendous. He repeatedly wasn't heard because he started casting "spells" on our food. Saying how "the chicken needs a curry blessing". I don't recommend AT ALL. Not to mention, the food was absolutely terrible, my chicken was way undercooked and I swear I heard the kitchen staff slap boxing - by kitchen staff I'm speaking about ishaan and his sister. I received old boneless wings and maybe 10 fries with my meal. I also did not receive the sauce I requested with the order. Highly disappointed in this online order. The customer service was not all that appealing either. Ordered on line around 8. Sat in parking lot about 15 mins. Went in store, staff stood around just staring. No good afternoon etc. Finally , spoke up and was told it wasn't ready. Bk to car..15 min later g-son went in. Wasn't ready, asked for management. When he appeared he apologized because THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED ON OUR ORDER. I had 8 hungry people at home. Waiting time was well into an hour. Then the chips were overly salted. That order was 87$. Now i have people eating cereal for 87$. read more

Zaxby's @ 405 N Slappey Albany, GA has lost my business. Service person at counter obviously did not care about customer in front of her. Food was placed on counter before I could fill my drink cup! Freshly cooked, not even possible. Fries were not seasoned and barely warm. Wings were near cold and over cooked. Just an all around horrible visit to a restaurant that I will never go to again in Albany, GA. Might try another Zaxby's in another town. This was one of my families favorite places to dine in at prior to the covid outbreak, but there is no excuse for this type of service read more

I've tried eating at Zaxby's the past 2 weeks. Both Times their online stuff doesn't work. Then when we got to the box to order after waiting 15 mins in line, the lady come back on and told us it was going to be a little bit longer. And just to wait. So much for that zensations salad. Would have liked it better if the toast was like the toast they make in Mariana, FL. I think they must use real butter in Florida, not whatever this is in Georgia. Gives me indigestion most every time. Would like it if they fix the online ordering. They are still having problems with it and you can't always redeem points, etc. Guess it's time to eat somewhere else. read more

Walked in noticed how dirty it was to the point I ask my husband if he still wanted to eat here. Was never greeted only asked for here or to go. The guy who took my order asked me "what" several times because we obviously interrupted his conversation with the loud cooks and drive thru window ladies. Went to get tea and I could smell how sour it was so just got a water. As we sat down a lady wiped our table down for us which was nice since I felt it to be dirty I even asked if she ate here and if the kitchen was clean she said she does eat here alot and the kitchen was clean. Gave me hope until I got my food had a sandwich with only lettuce and tomatoes and there was hardly any lettuce and 2 soggy tomatoes. I ate about half of my sandwich and noticed the chicken was not fully cooked, that was it for me I returned the food and was giving money back after I declined a new order with no questions but still not a place I will be back to. The manager/ owner definitely needs to pay more attention to detail of their employees and how the building looks read more

Every time I try and give this store another shot they disappoint. If the order is correct (and that's rare) they either skimp on the sauces, seasoning, or portions. I love Zaxby's restaurants but if you can make to another location I would definitely try. read more

Never the same thing twice. One minute a nice well put together salad or fingers, next minute meek and definitely not worth the Money spent. Spent quite a bit on employees and myself and couldn't even get the order right. Came through one time and if I didn't know the difference between a fried Mushroom and a fried pickle I would have been in the emergency room( well that's if I made it there) Highly allergic to Mushrooms , ordered pickles, got mushrooms. For the amount of money that is spent on anything here it should be 100 % and look as well as it tastes. Sorry zaxbys, as much as I see you packed out and one customer less wont matter, I just don't think I will be back until you get yourself together!! read more
