Wow! I am blown away by Guang Zhou! Several people recommended this place to us and I definitely see why! The ambiance is great and our server was so friendly--probably one of the best waitresses I've ever had. The food was UNBELIEVABLE and also so inexpensive. I had the Mongolian Beef and it was to die for! So was the Egg Roll and the Egg Drop Soup. They bring out sautéed/pickled vegetables which were also a standout! The food was great. There are so many different plates in the menu, so it was shard to choose. But the dishes that I tried were all excellent. When visiting my son and his family Guang Zhou is one of our Asian food go to spots. This restaurant is kid friendly. The food is tasty with a wide variety in the menu. Ok, a lot has changed since my initial review. The last 6-12 months this place has been trash. Came in (for the last time) last night after trying for 30 minutes to get someone on the phone for a to go order. The phone thing has always been a problem but lately it is a waste of time. I placed my order with a friendly young dude. We place this same order a handful of times a year but this time the price had jumped 30%. I even double checked and on their facebook they show a menu posted in April, just 4 months ago and they still showed the original pricing. So somehow in the last 4 months they decided to jump the price up by that much. Naa, never again. Food is not even remotely that good. It wasn't really great but it used to be cheaper and convenient. Since then I have went a couple more time and I love the sesame chicken and the sweet & sour chicken!!! This is our go to Chinese place!!

I wrote a review on this place six months ago and gave them four stars as I am pretty stingy with five star ratings. However, my wife and I have been back here a few times and it is our go to Chinese restaurant. We normally split a lunch, not big eaters, and normally have some leftovers to bring home. Food is always spot on, service is excellent, and restaurant is clean.. Can't ask for more than that. read more
