The entire sandwich also had 1 (one) slice of bacon. Total. So, two things in the name of the sandwich itself constituted about 5% of the sandwich itself. I didn't even bother to look at the chicken as it was even less important to me. Now the add-on items were more generously given. I've also had other issues, but it was more with the app and the gift card than this particular store, so that doesn't count against them. The experience today contributed very negatively to my overall perception of the Panera brand.

The interior is nice for date night or drinks with friends. It's versatile in there. Our server:Taylor, was super cool, and attentive. The owner comes out and speaks to everyone, saying: "hey how's everyone doing tonight, I appreciate y'all coming in!" He does this to every table. That alone makes this one of the few places here in Albany with outstanding customer service. The rice tasted like the boil in a bag minute rice. Mashed potatoes, grits, and Tuna were all pretty good. The Brussels sprouts were delish and so were the hush puppies! Both my mother and I ordered the Cranberry Kelli with broccoli salad; my mom also ordered the pimento cheese; my husband had the Buffalo Barclay (two scoops) and the pasta salad. My husband enjoyed his meal (he took care of business before I could get a photo, lol)! My mom enjoyed her meal (I gave her my broccoli salad; for my salad, I forgot to ask them if I could get it without the bacon bits sprinkled on top :o). In any case, to me, the chicken salad was good, but definitely not close to the best chicken salad I've had. So, not a gigantic fan of the cranberry kelli. However, I can tell you that the pimento cheese, which my mom shared with me, was delish. Note, we both had leftovers. I do plan to return to this place, to simply try some of the other flavors - and because I am a fan of "soups and salads." I am now also a fan of the pimento cheese. Conveniently, different types of salads can be picked up from the "Quick Chick" cooler (pre-packaged items) which saves time from ordering and waiting. Good customer service by the way.
