They never get the order right, wait times are extremely long, and food is often old. They forget the toast in my meals at least 50% of the time, same with seasoning on the fries. Half of the time they leave out extra sides I order (like baskets of toast and cookies). Will not be coming back, I've given up on this location, which sucks because I do like the food when done right. This is the second week in a row I have picked up dinner in the drive through only to get home and find out I am missing a big part of my order. This week it was the $17 ten tenders. When I call to complain I am told to bring them the receipt right back and they will fix my order. I live 20 min away and I am not going back for them to spit in my food because I complained about their inadequacy! The manager I spoke with (Andrea) was incredibly rude and hung up me. This zaxbys used to be a great place to eat but I will NEVER go back except to get my refund! I had also spent more than 10 minutes sitting in the drive through before ordering because there was no one taking the order from the car infringe of me. Finally someone came out with an iPad to take my order but the person in front of me still had not ordered. Not worth your time or money. Drive though takes 30 minutes to get through on a good day. Your food is luke warm and soggy when you get it and the portions are minimal at best. This was right up there with one of the worst drive-thru experiences I've ever had. Last night I cruised through for a quick dinner for my kids. We're a big family, when I get food out I spend a lot of money for that reason. Lauren at the drive-thru has the most terrible personality. I am easy breezy, I requested to PURCHASE extra sauce, I got an eye roll. Then I made a quick request to pay twenty cash and the rest on my card (split tender) that was more than she could handle. She closes the sliding window and loses her mind to the three people that she was working with. I call back after I realized she completely screwed my order up, and James answered. Ten seconds on the phone with him, and my experience with her, I'm convinced this team is under the influence of something. Zaxby's always falls way below par on service, but this location, BAD. The drive-through service is HORRIBLE. I asked for a fried breaded chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and pickles and mayo, a large order of fries, and a coke. He tells me we only have diet coke and tea. I agree with the sweet tea. He says okay the chicken sandwich meal and tells me to pay at the window. Since the guy takes your order way before you get to the menu sign, you have no idea what you really want. So you have to either get what you always order, memorize the menu before you go, or try and get the guy to give you what you want. Well, thank goodness I checked my sandwich. The girl serving me at the window told me I had a GRILLED chicken sandwich meal. I said NO. She says what do want then. I explained it all again. I trusted she got it right. So being frustrated I drove off without checking my order. I literally got 1/2 of a small box of fries, a fried chicken sandwich with zaxby's sauce and a pickle. They did get the sweet tea correct. UGGGGGH!!!! And the chicken was hard (overcooked) and cold. I threw it in the trash and made myself a sandwich. Even the fries were cold ;-( read more

Came here on Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered via the app, and it said my order would be ready around 7:11. Came into the place around 7:09 and waited for my order. Noticed orders before and after me were being served, but I didn't question the wait because I figured it dealt with the day. It actually turns out that one of them prepared the food/bagged it, but they didn't call out the number for some reason. So I just stood there 5+ extra minutes, but that is alright. The Caribbean Jerk Boneless wings were alright, but I don't think the flavor was for me. The french fries were underseasoned and no crunch to them. One thing that concerned me is the nozzle for one of the drink dispensers fell into an employee's cup while filling it up. He then reached into his cup (that he was previously using) and placed the nozzle back on there. I feel like that is a clear health violation, but maybe not. So you can decide for yourself if that affects anything for you. read more

I ordered 10 traditional chicken wings with spicy & sweet sauce. The food was cold and the texture was like jerky. I could not finish it even. The sauce was too little, so the taste was nothing. Why did you put the amount of source for 3 wings to 10 wings? Why are you trying to save sauce and money over 10 wings? This was my first time using Zaxby's, but it will be my last time. This place has literally the most juiciest chicken you can get. They have great fries, and chicken. Sometimes the line can be pretty slow but that's ok. This place gives you LOTS of food in your order, unlike the one near the newest Kroger that gives you the smallest chicken fingers you can get. I really recommend! read more

This Zaxby's had the best service by far, it was lunch time in a collage town service was very pleasant food was served up fast, fresh and hot. While dinning in I was checked on twice to make sure I did not need anything and if my food was hoe I ordered it. I could in no way say this about my local Zaxby's in SC.
