Salata has a ton of options for wraps, fillings, and sauses, plus you can build it exactly how you like. Service was quick and the whole place was bright, clean, and welcoming. If you're in the mood for something lighter, you can go the salad route instead. Definitely worth it if you want something fresh but still indulgent!

I received a huge, well made (and mixed!) bowl of shredded (and massaged -- so it's not tough to chew, eat or digest) kale, wild rice, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted almonds, apples, goat cheese, and a very generous amount of tender roasted chicken (40g of protein!!) all tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.
