I asked where my change was, along with a cup since I had ordered a combo and had not received one. His response was extremely disrespectful, saying things along the lines of, "I'll get your change. You don't have to worry about that since you're pressed about some money." I could then hear him in the back making comments about me wanting "my little money," as if I was wrong for asking for the money I was owed. Another employee eventually placed my change on the counter for me to pick up instead of handing it to me. Even after that, Michael continued arguing with me as I was leaving. The interaction escalated to him calling me out of my name and using profanity toward me. He even brought my mother into the argument, which was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. What made the situation even more disturbing was that Michael stated that he had spit in my food. Whether he actually did it or not, an employee should never make a statement like that to a customer.That alone is completely unacceptable and makes me question the safety and cleanliness of the food being served. There were other customers in the restaurant who witnessed what happened and even encouraged me to stand up for myself because of how I was being treated. I was initially going to let this experience go, but I don't believe customers should have to tolerate this type of behavior after spending their hard-earned money at a business. No customer should be yelled at, insulted, cursed at, or made to feel uncomfortable simply for asking for the correct change and items they paid for. I will never patronize this location again. Management needs to seriously address Michael's behavior and the way customers are being treated. This was completely unacceptable and one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

The Zaxby's in Loganville on Atlanta Hwy, has exceptional customer service!! It's very common to order fast food and receive an order that is incorrect. I was very surprised to visit Zaxby's today and EVERY SINGLE THING was ON POINT! From the time I pulled into the drive thru line, which was long but moved quickly to the time I received my order. The young lady that took my order was friendly, professional, and accurately confirmed my order. The gentleman at window, named Timothy, was very polite, professional, and took the extra step to ask about my wellbeing. Timothy confirmed my order before taking my payment for my order, offered if I would like any specific sauce other than ketchup, and assured me the food would be fresh before handing me the bag. I was so caught off guard by the level of service I received, that I immediately called a friend and said "Zaxby's is doing better than ever, and I'm only going to the Zaxby's on ATL Hwy, because I haven't received service like this in a long time". When I got home the food was exactly what I ordered and hot, which is what Timothy promised. I usually don't write review, but I definitely wanted to share my experience with others. I continue to have an amazing experience at the Zaxby's store on Ponce! I order from here ALL THE TIME!! From the moment I walk in, the store is clean and well maintained, and I am always greeted with a warm smile and friendly service. The staff is always incredibly attentive with me and they always make sure my order is prepared perfectly. I ordered the Big Zax Snak Meal and a Traditional Wings and Things tossed in Tongue Torch, and as always, it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! Last Night, There was a large crowd in the store, and the staff up front was working diligently, in keeping up with the high demand of orders. Unfortunately, there was a rude customer, who I guess was waiting on his meal, but Shoutout to the Manager Bright who handle the situation amazingly, with a smile on his face, and with a sense of care and courtesy to the customer. I live down the street from this particular Zaxbys store on Ponce, and I ABSOLUTELY enjoy coming to eat there. I came in to the store today, and although it was busy, the staff made sure that I was accommodated and given an A1 experience. Today, I finally got a chance to try out the New Blue Salad with Fried Chicken, and this is by FAR now my favorite salad on the menu!!!!!! Everything was fresh, plated proportionally, and tasted AMAZING!!! I love the way the blue cheese crumbles and the drizzle of the Buffalo Garlic Blaze sauce compliments each other. The customer service upfront is always positive and on point when I come to the store. The Manager, Bright, really gave me an amazing experience. He was a very polite and respectful young man. So disappointed! For the second time in two weeks I tried to order the Zensation salad. Both times there was only the breading from the chicken fingers with the tiniest niblet of chicken. The onion straws and wontons were missing and the slaw was so watery the salad bowl was filled and soggy. As for the staff, i was the only customer there but could barely place my order because the staff was yelling and talking so loudly. The exterior of the store was filthy. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Legit blatantly racist employees. Crawling with homeless people who assault you in your car in the drive through. I know most people may not come across this review, but if you do, please take it seriously. This place was not only unprofessional; it was downright disrespectful. I pulled into the drive-thru and waited 15 minutes in line. No big deal! I understand places get busy. When I finally reached the window, I ordered a chicken strip tray with double fries and a sweet tea. That's a simple order... I worked at Cook Out for over four years in North Carolina, so I know exactly how this should be prepared. It doesn't take more than four or five minutes and everything's coming out of the fryer. After I paid, I sat at the window for another five minutes waiting on my food. I could see the cashier visibly frustrated, asking the fry station worker where my tray was. Eventually, a manager came over, asked for my order, and started helping the cashier put together everyone else's orders. About 30 to 45 seconds later, I finally received my tray. But here's where things went completely downhill. I opened the tray and saw crumbs...literally the bottom-of-the-bag scraps of chicken tenders. No full tenders. No meat. Just fried breading. I calmly showed the cashier and asked for a proper tray. One of the workers shrugged and said, "We can't help how the chicken comes out of the bag." Seriously? Then the manager, Toni, came over and asked what the problem was. I explained that these were crumbs, not tenders, and that I would like actual chicken strips. Her response? "Those are chicken strips." I told her, respectfully, that I've worked at Cook Out. I know the standard. I'm not being picky, I'm just asking for what I paid for. She looked me dead in the face and said, "You can take it or leave it." So I asked for a refund. She snarkily asked the cashier, "How did he pay?" I told her I used my card. She told me to tap it again for the refund. I was hesitant, because who wants to be double-charged for something they didn't even eat? But I complied. Afterward, I asked for a receipt. Toni told me the printer wasn't working. I asked how I was supposed to know if the refund actually went through. She said, "Honey, you gotta trust me. I'm being 100%. What do I have to lie for?" I'll tell you why that's laughable--because if you can't serve me a proper chicken strip tray, why would I trust you to refund my money...? I asked for the corporate number. She told me, "You worked at Cook Out. Look it up." When I asked to see one of the bags or cups with the number printed on it, she rolled her eyes and said, "Look on the back of that big ass tea you got." At that point, I said, "You're right. Thanks for the reminder. Have a blessed day." And I left. I immediately called the 1-800 number to report the incident. What's truly heartbreaking is that I love Cook Out. It was my first job, and I take pride in what the brand stands for. But this location? This was the most despicable experience I've ever had at any restaurant, and it pains me to say that. Only thing I didn't like was the Sweet Tea. It was extremely sugary and had to be thrown out. Service was good and extremely fast. I wasn't even sitting down for a full 5 minutes. Anyhow, would definitely return. Plenty of parking.
