I went thru the drive thru. I had to repeat my order a few times. When i got my food which was quickly. After i drove off , before i got home , i opened it and resized if was the wrong order. i ordered 2 wraps with fries and got something that looked like buffalo chicken , cheese, on fries. I went back and showed my receipt to cashier and showed her what i got. She took it into the back and brought out another bag. No apologies nothing, just handed me my order. Food was ok, but the Blue Buffalo wrap had no buffalo sauce but plenty of blue cheese. Fries were fantastic. This was my first time going there. Probably wont go back! read more

Being partially handicapped I usually order through their app. This last time as you can see from the receipt I ordered double of everything. When it I arrived I asked the driver about the second missing drink and he replied that's everything " THEY " gave me. So I called the restaurant and the second it connected it was hung up, this went on for 6 times before some decided to actually answer. I explained the situation and he said I come and get one. What part of disabled and delivery did he not understand???? Then he changed his tune and said it was all the drivers fault. So I guess the driver makes your drinks and makes your food while they all stand around and watch since he claimed they weren't even busy. So now they can't read and stole a drink from me. As you can see I also order NO ICE! Look at the picture, ICE ! They seriously DO NOT KNOW HOW TO READ!!!! Absolutely The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stopped at Zaxby's for a quick bit. Pleasantly surprised by how clean and well designed the interior of the restaurant was. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Tried their new Asian Zalad and it was really good. Not sure if it's a limited time offer so it may go away The sauce that put on it was really sweet and delicious. Overall a great fast food experience and I know they are known for their chicken tenders, wings and sandwiches but try the salad if you want an alternative to their traditional menu items. Bonus: they have funnel cakes now so if you're a fan of that it's worth a try. read more

I love Zaxbys but it seems like Zaxbys in Bradenton just is not worth it. I've had an issue every single time and now I'm just not going to deal with them anymore. From long wait times, to missing items & extremely rude employees. Bradenton has the WORST Zaxbys. You're going to have to travel outside of town if Zaxbys is what you want. read more

I was there Saturday afternoon and had a great lunch. Service was good and because they were busy they hooked me up with a great entree ana a heros hello and party Hollar. Chicken strips are large enough for any size appetite and will tell my friends ans family this is one stop they should go to ans enjoy. read more

Today this place officially lost my business.. gave them a second chance after waiting 35 min for food just for it to be wrong.. today I went and ordered salad and a chicken finger meal.. asked 3 times about extra sauce and for them to add it in the bag. I guess it's just really so hard for them to add the necessities for the order.. didn't get dressing or silverware with my salad I guess I'll just eat like a caveman on my lunch break! So usually great salads from here. Today went with my son and the grilled chicken was rubbery ! So are the Cobb salad but not the chicken! My son got a 5 piece meal and ate all of it! I have never in my life seen a restaurant run out of food every single night as I watch employees pack food for themselves to go. Waited in the drive thru 15 whole minutes before close. Called to let them know that I was sitting there and they tell me they are out of food and hang up in my face . Drive round to the window all of the employees are packing bags. So scratch this one off the list. Ordered takeout. Blue salad which has been solid- even with special orders. I order no fried onions and 1 pack lite vinaigrette dressing. I get onions and no dressing. I have to pick through the salad to get the onions off. Then it's so dry. Chick Fil A almost never makes mistakes. I just wish their salads were as good as Zaxbys. This place used to be good but 3 strikes and you're out. Never order takeout because they always manage to mess up something. This is the 3rd time they messed up my takeout order. How hard is it to put sauce on a kickin chicken sandwich! It's part of the sandwich!! If I wanted plain Ole chicken tenders and Texas toast, I would've ordered just that! Not one of the 3 meals came with the sauce we asked for. There actually was no sauce and even when confirmed with the youngin up front, he said yup!
