We were heading to Inverness from Tampa and stopped at this Zaxby's to grab a quick bite to eat. We stood at the counter for about 3 minutes while 2 girls behind the counter just talked with each other. Then a male worker came up and apologized for the wait and took our order. Then we waited 17 mins for our food to come out which would have been fine if the food was hot and fresh, but it wasn't. We get in the truck to leave and I checked the order and it was wrong. We ordered a 4 piece tender meal and 10 traditional wings. We received a 4 piece and 3 piece meal. When we went back inside to get the correct order the manager Bobi Nobles started very loudly telling the guy that took our order that he needed to be better at checking the orders and she didn't have time or the money to keep fixing issues. The guy she was yelling at wasn't the one that gave us the order. It was one of the female employees that was just hanging out talking when we first arrived. We tried to explain this to her but she didn't take to kindly to customers correcting her. She completely ignored us and would not speak to us. Then she hands the "corrected" meal to the guy to give us. I checked it again and again it was incorrect. This time we received 5 wings with fries. Which all she did was removed the tenders and put the wings in the box. I told the male employee that it was still wrong and the manager Bobi got more irritated. She then emptied all the food from the container and finally gave us the 10 traditional wings we ordered. Again none of the food was fresh, it was luke warm at best, and the fries were stale. The guy at the counter was trying to correct the issue and apologizd, but Bobi made the whole thing much worse. We understand mistakes are made, but when it takes so long for stale/luke warm food and then the manager has an attitude that's when the experience becomes a problem. She as the manager should have never spoke disrespectfully to the employees especially in front of customers and she could have corrected the employee when customers weren't right there. She also should have found out who handed out the food instead of assuming she knew what was going on. She was not in the kitchen or the front when we placed our order. read more

I personally think this is a good establishment. As far as fast food goes atleast. Chicken is always good never had any issues with it or any sides. Service is quick and snappy. Normally only takes less then 10 minutes. And I like the interior design of the building! It looks nice. read more

If I could give them a negative number I would. This is my first trip to Zaxby's, and it will most assuredly be my last. To start, the food was way overpriced. $27 for a sandwich and a small wing!!! On top of that, the chicken sandwich was about the size of a small McDonalds cheeseburger. It looked like someone had stepped on it cuz it was FLAT. Also, the top bun was soft and the bottom was like a rock. The wings had no flavor and I suspect they came originally in a bag from Costco. I was very disappointed. Wasn't feeling like going out so I asked my wife and her friend to bring back a chicken tenders meal since they were going to Zaxby's for a sit down. I asked them to please order it when they were ready to leave so it was still reasonably warm when they got home. Zaxby's is less than 10 minutes away. When they got home the hot food was the same temperature as the coleslaw. Since they both attest that they didn't place the order till it was time to leave, the food had to have already been packaged and was cooling when they received it. Too many places to eat out around Beooksville to worry about doing business with Zaxby's for a while. read more

First time eating at a Zaxby's, have heard about from our friends that now live in the South. We loved it!! Chicken nicely season and tender. They had a few creative sandwiches that we try and it was delicious. Workers were kind and patient as they waited for our order and when it was done, ever took the initiative to bring it to us!
