Went to Chicken Salad Chick for teachers eat free today and honestly it was way better than I was expecting. When we first arrived we were greeted immediately and the line moved very quickly. Half way through the line a nice woman offered us samples of all the chicken salads we could try. When it was time to order I got the croissant sandwich with the sassy Scotty and the Buffalo chicken salad. The croissant was a little dry but the sandwich was fantastic. I got the loaded potato soup as a side and as far as soup from a restaurant is concerned it was top notch. I will definitely be back when the mood for chicken salad arises. read more

I did the drive thru and the service was fast and efficient..they were very friendly...ordered the Carol on a Croissant with a side of Fruit..they had some nice choices of sides and for the other meals I ordered they got the the Mac and Cheese. I tried it and it was very creamy and delicious. The Sandwich was very good too. Just the right amount of Mayo. Chicken salad with diced apple, grapes and pineapple. My sides were Chicken Pablano soup and fresh fruit salad. Bonus fresh dill pickle and yummy frosted butter cookie. It was close not something I was dying to try but boy was I surprised. Place is a little tough to find but so worth it . Chicken salad in a dozen varieties . I had traditional and hubby had one with dried cranberries and almonds . They were both delicious and served with some side choices, beautiful fruit cup all fresh and hubby devoured his broccoli salad . We will be back soon and often. I went to visit opening day yesterday and it was delicious. I prefer my chicken salad creamy with mostly chicken as the main ingredient and CSC didn't disappoint! I ordered a croissant with Sassy Scotty and it was creamy and savory with bacon and ranch in the chicken salad. My croissant was soft and buttery. I had lettuce but left off the tomato. I had a side of fresh fruit that included strawberries, blueberries and grapes all fresh and in season. I'm not a big fan of melon fruit sides so I loved this variety. I ended up taking a small "grab & go" of the jalapeño holly, it was delicious as well with just a little kick of spice nothing crazy. Perfect for my liking. I'll definitely be back for "grab & go" on my way to the beach and anytime I'm craving chicken salad. So happy they made to Spring Hill! First though was the parking lot is an awful design with the drive thru. However, we found a parking spot and went inside. This has been our second time coming to this location and again it has been very clean, which is very nice. We order the food and the lady behind the counter was very nice. When are meal came out and looked very appetizing. However, they did not give any silver, and there was no silverware to be found so we had to find an employee and ask them for silverware. The chicken salad tastes so fresh. They really pack wonderful flavors into them. I would give them 4 1/2 stars. read more

We finally got the opportunity to try it today. It's a little confusing at first because you aren't sure where to order from because in the right side of store they have a testing station (so brilliant) and the left side is the counter to order and purchase. It's a new place so none of know what to really do yet. Anyway I have the jalapeño Holly salad scoop. It was great. No spice at all but nice flavor and perfectly creamy. Also had the broccoli side salad because so many others had raved about it. It was delicious. I'm not a big bread person but I know that scoop would have been perfect on a croissant but they also serve with wheat crackers which was perfect too. The place is super clean, everyone was nice and the outside seating area was really nice. So happy we finally got to go and I've got to say, being from CA, we have yet to find any really good food here. This was really good. Can't wait to go back and try another meal.
