And yes I repeated myself two wings and things right she said yes got my drinks and got my bag and guess what only two boxes in my bag. As she was giving me my bag I asked if there was two u said yes and then another girl comes on the window and she said they run out of chicken. First that's impossible bc the line was long and that's what u sell!!! U should have just told me I'm sorry they didn't make it. Idk why but this was the second time that keep doing this. read more

My wife and I went through the drive-thru and the worst experience. First we sat for almost a minute before anyone acknowledged that we were there. They gave us no reason for the delay and then rudely took our order. We pulled up to the window and the person at the window continued to be rude. She "Told" us to move up because our order wasn't ready. After about seven minutes I got out of the car to get our order to find her telling another employee that she did not have time to run our order out. I told her that it was my order and she shoved it into my hands. I was furious and asked to speak to the manager. The manager on duty at the time was absolutely no help whatsoever. My wife and I tried to reach out to someone and no one got in touch with us! I use to work at this location years ago, I was actually the Hospitality Coordinator and I can tell you that this type of behavior would absolutely never be tolerated. Soggy sandwich, probably because it had been made hours earlier and sat under a heat lamp while the bun wallowed in the sauce and the crisp was stewed out of the chicken. It was also tepid in temperature. I've been to many different Zaxby's and had this same sandwich and it's normally one of my favorites, but this is the worst version I've ever seen executed. Then you get to the window and they don't have your order right. They forget dressings/sauces half the time. The wait is always forever. NO PUBLIC SAFETY CONCERNS?!? Ordered 20 wings with very little sauce. When getting home i had wings swimming in about 1/4 inch of sauce. They got order wrong. What concerns me more is the drive-through girl handled my credit card, my straw and my bag of food and not once did she use gloves or any sort of sanitizer. I spoke with GM and she said they have sanitizer up there. That is wonderful if it is true... But I never saw her use it. Public perception of safety is everything. Also spoke with the area supervisor of the store and probably all the stores in Chattanooga to alert him. 3 weeks later going back to the store. Exact same issues. Got my order wrong in exactly the same way and I paid for that order. This was not the free meal they offered (which I never took). So that's roughly $50 spent on wrong orders at that store. Also no sanitizer use that I saw. How hard is it to require employees to use sanitizer as each new driver pulls up???? CORONAVIRUS ??? I'm sure they have heard of it. After getting my second order wrong it cost me $50 I did ask for a refund. They shorted me $4 and change on refund. amazing this business is not run better and safer on MANY levels. We were extremely busy one Wednesday evening, so we decided to order the meal deal for pick up. The app wouldn't process, but that is not the worst issue. We went in to order, and the clerk behind the counter was incoherent and rude. We tried to explain what we wanted multiple times, and he finally seemed to understand. I specifically asked if everything was in the bag before we left, but shame on me for not checking. When we got home ready to feed our family, the boneless wing order was incorrect and half the order (fries, toast, sauces, etc.) were missing. I called the store and spoke to the manager, and she offered to put my name down so I could pick up the fries and toast another day (which somewhat surprised me, because at this point I had only said my order was incorrect!) They knew it was messed up when I called and wouldn't make it right. I asked for contact info for the regional manager, and the shift manager took my name and contact info for that person to call. I haven't heard anything yet! This was a $65 + order that was completely messed up, and all I was offered was some fries and toast! Very poor customer service and no resolution. Always slow service and the staff never apologizes for the wait. (on average it takes about 30 minutes to even order your food). I have never seen any of the staff at this location even so much as smile. Today the man at the drive through was stuffing his face with chicken when he took my payment and spoke at me with his mouth full... disgusting and unprofessional. They consistently prepare the orders wrong as well which is confusing considering how long it takes them to make the food in the first place. My food was cold and rubbery when I finally received it. My son placed an order online and it was the wrong location. Immediately while the order was still pending he called the store and asked them to cancel it and the manager MELINDA refused. They asked for the corporate number and at first was told by her that was private information she could not share, then she gave him a fake number (it turned out to be another Zaxby location). When I called to talk to her, she told me she had googled the corporate number and that's all she had. What manager doesn't have a corporate number? When they were at the correct location, the Zaxby's said MELINDA gave him a fake number, and that they can definitely cancel and return the money. And that she tried to scam him. If I could give this place a zero, I would. Register shut down and I stood there with my boyfriend for a solid 5 mins while none of the staff acknowledged us or apologized for the wait. While waiting for the register to come back online, I checked my bank account to see if the transaction had been processed. My account had been charged for the food. Then, I let Nic know that I wasn't going to pay 2x for my order. Nic's response was rude and uncalled for. He let me know that I wasn't going to "tell him what I was going to do." Zaxby's in Soddy Daisy just recently opened the dining room. We had good food before the pandemic but yesterday was the worst food and service we've experienced in a while. We ordered crispy chicken wings and they were not even the least bit crispy and requested blue cheese instead of ranch dip. They placed a second order of crispy wings and they were still soggy and brought ranch dip. I went to counter a 3rd time and asked for blue cheese and the employee behind the counter threw about 5 packs of blue cheese on the trey. They have lost our business forever. read more

On multiple occasions I have order uncomplicated orders. I have received food I did not desire. I ask for correction and am met with half assed attempts to cook and fulfill an order. In a typical business where you are a provider and a consumer decides to purchase a product and/or service but receives the incorrect product and/or service, the provider generally will provide the desired product and/or service in whole. They would not generally provide only a PORTION of the original order in hopes the consumer will be satisfied... Are you kidding me?! This establishment is obviously managed by an extremely lazy and incompetent person who is clearly in management only for the perks. I know it's just fried, sub-par quality food but honestly... If you know the menu of the service you provide, a customer asks for a particular service that is blatantly on the menu, is not served the correct order on multiple occasions, and met with incompetent "resolutions", there is something VERY wrong with your establishment. We've been traveling through Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and we've finally come upon a Zaxby's at a mealtime! We've been seeing their billboards for days so anticipation has been running high. We ordered an assortment of sandwiches and they were delicious. One of my kids had the boneless wings meal and it was really small. That plus the nit-pickiness of the sauces were the reasons I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. We wanted to try the different sauces to see what we liked but they wanted to charge us 25c for each little package. They traded one of the packages for a different sauce, but come on! Seriously? I gave been to this location and many others. I know exactly how you feel, i use to think the same way until i asked a manager about this. Are you a business owner? Their proprietary sauces are only available at their restaurants. If you asked for a manager they will work with you to try their sauces. If you had 5000 customers line this location and they all asked the same thing they would go broke giving away sauces. I also learned that their sauces are three times the amount if the crappy tasting sauces at chi fil a. The manager can get you samples of their sauces if you are truly looking to try them, they have done ut fir me and my family regardless of how much money we have spent. You should get bettor communication skills and ask fir help and explain your heeds. Stopped by the Zaxby's Chicken restaurant on East Brainerd Road in Chattanooga on Monday evening at 7:PM. Monday is family night at Zaxby's and the drive thru was very busy so I decided to eat inside. Many people waiting for their orders with unhappy looks on their faces. Staff appeared to be overwhelmed. No manager insight. Many folding complaining about their wait and others complained that their orders were not correct when they were presented. The counter staff apologized frequently. I ordered the Big Zac Snack deal. 28 minutes later I received my order which included three pieces of Zaxby's chicken, fries, Texas toast and a drink. Server apologized for my wait. My food was served hot and fresh. Zaxby's has good food, but obviously they have terrible customer service at this location in the evenings. NOW HIRING signs posted on the entrance doors. Looks to be a serious lack of involvement on the part of the restaurant management team. Like I said, the unit manager on duty was missing in action while the restaurant staff was getting slammed inside and in the drive thru. Must of been hiding in the office area. This unit is independently owned and it looks like it's in real trouble to me. Can't handle the high volume of business generated by the Family Night promotion. The owners had better get the managers engaged or all of those customers will go down the road to spread their money at another establishment that offers good food with better service.
