I've never in my life been to a restaurant, fast food or otherwise, this dysfunctional and filthy. Every single table was dirty. Table, seats, floor. All of them. Workers went outside and back in. NONE did ANYTHING. A few sat at the dirty tables on their phones. The tea was watered. The soda machine had no carbonation. If corporate saw how bad it was, it would be shut down. The first and last time I order food from. Zaxby's. The salad was warm and chicken too salty. The egg roll tasted old and was probably micro waved. A learned a 25.00 dollar lesson today. This hurts a Senior Citizen on a fixed income. I am just recovering from a serious cold virus and this meal a hopeful return to eating. read more

Oh Zaxby's, how do I describe thee? Just like most fast food joints, I have a love/hate relationship with most of them. Hate the fact your food never ever/not once looks like the pictures on the menu but live the speed and convenience. And like many chains one restaurant is great while another is a dumpster fire. This Zaxby's, on this day was great and mostly was due to the super sweet woman who took our order (again, customer interaction is a huge part of how I rate a joint). Food was standard Zaxby's, well cooked buffaloed fried tenders over a good portioned salad. The regular Buffaloed Bleu Zalad was just that, regular but always consistent. The Zensation salad was so-so as well. Definitely could have done without the eggroll but it's part of the package. A crispy spring roll might play better. But what don't know. ;) This location has some entry and exit challenges but is a well kept property. read more

What a TOTAL DISASTER. Ordered online with curbside pickup. You have to order curbside because their dinning room is always locked...I guess for good reason. If you can't manage a simple drive thru you should not be serving dine in. I call when I get there and get a busy signal. Called for 15 minutes with the same result. I have to get in the drive thru line behind another 10 or so cars which takes an additional 15-20 minutes. Get to the window and they are CLUELESS that their phones are not working. After going over my order with the counter attendant at least three times, when I was handed my receipt I noticed she had failed to include a requested item. I let that error go without mention. Additionally, the counter attendant failed to provide me a cup for the soda I ordered so I had to reach over and grab one myself. It took a full 15 minutes before our food was ready. Though I inspected our order for accuracy, I didn't discover the problems until we were back on the road. The fries were lukewarm and soggy to the point of being inedible. The club sandwich had bacon on it even though I specifically requested "no bacon" at least three times. There was only a minuscule amount of whipped cream on top of the chocolate shake. Despite being a couple of miles away, I decided to turn around and report the experience to the manager. I became so incensed during the drive back to the restaurant that I ended up requesting a full refund. Figuring it would have cost me another fifteen minutes of time, even if the manager had offered to correct the order I wouldn't have taken him up on the offer. Zaxby's food and service is normally superior to most every other fast food restaurant. It was abysmal during my first visit to this location. read more

I usually don't do fast food but I was in a hurry and this is close to home. I had seen their commercial on tv for online ordering and decided to give it a try. I placed my order and showed up to the drive thru a few mins later to pick it up. The rude staff member made me feel crazy and told me they never received my order so I showed her my online receipt. After checking again, she says that she did in fact receive my order and asked me to pull my car up to the front of the building while I waited for them to prepare it. I pull up and wait 10 mins (I had placed the order 25 mins prior) and finally she comes out with my food. I realize that she had forgotten my drink so I ask her about it and she says "you have to come inside and get your own drink" ... UHHHH. What's the point of a drive thru then? Why wasn't I told this while I waited in the parking lot for 10 mins. She didn't even wait for me to answer and started walking away. Great food but terrible service. I will not be back. read more

I love Zaxby's food, but this location is very hit or miss, and mostly miss. My favorite food item is the buffaloed blue Zalad, but I don't like the super hot "Tongue Torch" default sauce. I tried ordering "Wimpy" sauce instead, but they just put the Tongue Torch on, anyway. So then I tried getting light sauce, didn't help. Then no sauce, still had the hot sauce. :( I work downtown and it's hard to fit lunch into my 1 hour break, so I tried using the app today. I ordered and paid online, and went to pick up my food. I got there at the appointed time and went inside to the pick up area, exactly like the app says to do. So, I'm standing there for about five minutes when someone finally asks me what number I am. I say I'm there for a pickup order, and the cashier says, "You need to go to the cashier's line. How are we supposed to know you're here?" 1) They don't understand how the app works, because they're supposed to start making your food when you order, not when you get there. 2) I was waiting exactly where the app told me to go- The pickup area. The lady wasn't even nice about it, and acted like I was trying to skip a line. So, Five minutes later (ten minutes after the time it said to pick up on my receipt) my food was finally ready. The lady just handed me the bag, never apologized for their error, which I honestly don't think they even understand they made. Will not be ordering through app again. read more

I eat at this restaurant all the time, and the food is great the chicken wings is perfect the wings and things or the chicken finger plate are always something that I order. the sandwiches are amazing and sweet tea is just good. sometimes the service can be a little bit slow if you're at the drive-thru But all in all such a good restaurant to eat at. read more

The quality of the food depends on who is working because it's not consistent at all. That's a sign of poor management. Make sure to check your order before you leave, they don't seem to understand that if you pay extra for a large you actually expect a large. read more

This was horrible service.. went through the drive thru and had a large order.. didn't get the amount of tenders that was asked for.. asked for several extra ranches and they gave us Zax sauce.. asked for extra seasoning.. got NONE.. extra toast.. didn't get that.. paid almost 40 dollars and the only thing that was right was the drinks..!!
