Used to be one of my favs in Harrisburg, both Drive thru and dine in, I would simply say large buffalo plate, and my order would be correct. now they say we don't have plates or give you boneless wings instead, and food seems far worse, the whole meal, which was wrong tasted like it was made a few days ago! I'm done with this overpriced joint, and the staff are more worried about phones than customers!!! I decided to have Zaxby's for lunch today and went to this location. I ordered the TLC meal and a pink lemonade to drink. The Chicken was hard and over cooked and my pink lemonade had a gnat in it. I wouldn't have noticed the bug if I would not have lifted the lid to my drink. As we all know Zaxby's have some of the best ice, and in my attempt to enjoy it, there was a bug :( Just imagine my disgust. I will not be returning to this location ! read more

I've never seen the lack of concern from a group of people (mainly kids), but also the management of any restaurant I've visited. Have been going here on and off since they opened. The kids that work here are rude, not interested in quality service AT ALL, and the management allows it to continue... year after year. The constantly get orders wrong and act as if it's the customers fault. No apologies, just attitudes. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of themselves. I went there tonight to go to the drive-through. As I was being handed my food I'm really glad I stopped and looked at food that was prepared for me. Opened the first container and noticed that I got three small strands of lettuce that was on the bottom of the box and a tomato that look like it had been sitting in hot water. The sandwich wasn't even put together. My other meal was the honey chicken meal. I got two bottom pieces of bread and two crappy pieces of bacon that were just on the very bottom of the container. This may look completely unappealing. The sandwich wasn't even made- it was like I had to put it together. I was so frustrated I went inside and talk to the manager. The manager was not happy and said he would talk to the cook. The manager remade the meal and handed it back to me. This was the first time in five years I went back to this business and It it will be the last. Always check your meals before you leave. read more

Last night, around 7:30pm after placing my order and waiting on the bench for it to be prepared to my surprise a MOUSE runs out from around a corner and underneath the trash bin. Startled, I jumped up and spoke with the young man behind the counter. I asked for the manager and she kindly stated am I sure I saw a mouse. She then stated that she can surely say that there are no mice behind the counter. I in turn stated mame, I can surely say that I do not have a clue as to what's behind the counter, but there is a mouse in your eating/waiting area. I then kindly asked for my money back. Another patron eating in the dining area stated to me that this is the 2nd time that something like this has happened while he was there. I am no longer a Zaxby's fan. People choose wisely when you eat out. We know not what's in our food. read more

Check your order when you go thru drive thru before leaving. We live 10 miles from this location and have gone thru drive thru 3 times, each time something is missing. Tonight went back after getting home with our order, which again was wrong, missing a sandwich. While dealing with Asst. manager to correct the order, she was inclined to assist other patrons and was rather disinterested in fixing the issue with my order. This is my first try at eating at any Zaxby's location. I came here on a lunch break from my work. I decided to order the chicken tenders plate. The food was actually pretty decent, but there were other things about this place that were less than desirable. They have one of those Coca Cola machine where you can mix and match flavors (cherry, lime, grape, vanilla, etc). Every single flavor was out so I had to settle for a plain Coke. No big deal I thought but the drink was flat. Then they call my number and give me my food on a tray. The tray has crumbs and smudges on it from the last person who used it which is kind of disgusting and unsanitary. Looking around the restaurant, there was dirt and trash on the floor and it just looks like a dirty place to eat. The food was hot, but due to cleanliness issues that make me wonder even more what's going on behind the scenes that I cannot see, I will not be returning to this location. read more

What can say... Zaxby's is Zaxby's. Some locations are better than others. This one is typical. I used the drive thru which was timely and efficient. My order was correct and nothing major to write home about. I usually get the sweet spicy traditional wings with fries. read more

don't ever go here just go down the street to the competitor; they gave me incorrect food and it was just a salad, chicken was old and overcooked-- it was fried did not ask for that but it could have at least been fresh; cookies were old and over cooked and last but not least i ask for a new lemonade drink and got orange soda -- what you did is very dangerous but i do not expect any sense of urgent --- who waits in the drive throw and non e of the food is freshly cook when get it....this customer experience is u acceptable.....this is not my first or second time receiving this type of poor service here that is what prompted me to write this; you need to be careful who and how you serve. you were not even busy...ha! read more

Omg, go to another Zaxby's. This one right here is horrible. I ordered via drive thru at 4:44 and the manager asked me to pull up because they needed to make a 10 piece, traditional, original wings ONLY!!! The manager said someone would bring it to my car, 25 minutes later no one showed up. I am working on my patience, reading 'Dont Sweat The Small Stuff', lol, but dang 25 minutes later, come on! This is the best chicken sandwich I've ever had! Service was okay prices are very reasonable.

I felt very bad after I ate the grilled chicken. It tasted rubbery and oily. I wouldn't recommend eating here at all.

Good food quick service. Not very helpful if there is a problem with the food. Beware of the drive thru. CHECK YOUR ORDER. About half the time I go there, they leave out something. Usually for me it is dressing or an order of Texas Toast. Good food though. read more

I have tried to explain multiple times that I'm allergic to chicken. Now I understand that this is a chicken restaurant but my family loves it. So I always get a Cobb salad without the chicken and chips. Every time I explain my problem and they hit the GARDEN button which means no meat at all. Every time I get chicken and request a new salad, however I always get it back with little bits of leftover chicken and grease. The won't remake the salad. I don't understand what's difficult about not putting something on a salad and tending to severe food intolerances. read more
