My husband ordered 2 salads and 2 grilled chicken nuggets to go with salad. After bringing salads home he noticed there were no dressings. We drove back the line was long 6 pm, we explained to the person taking our order she said she couldn't do anything about it to talk to the people in the window. We explained that we wanted our nuggets to be hot since we had to drive back and wait in the driveway lane again. All we got was some free ice cream, cookie or brownie card (which we will not eat) All we wanted was our chicken nuggets to be hot when we ate our salad. We had just gotten home from a 4 hr flight. Quick stop off the road while traveling. Easy to get in and out. The employees here are really nice and they all seemed happy to be working there. They have a long drive thru line but they'll come out to get your order from you and bring it out super quick. We ate inside though which was mostly empty. Tables and chairs had been cleaned recently. Food was fresh and good. Fryer grease might need changed more often as the chicken was very brown, but still delicious. Delicious. I love this place so much. It's fast food and yet I don't feel like complete garbage after I eat here. The chicken is just ridiculously tasty and addictive, I can't figure out what they put in it, but it could be nicotine. Chicken nuggets and cross cut fries are a must. And let's face it, those two food items go great with sauce, and this place is a sauce Mecca. Ranch and buffalo sauce are an amazing combo, but I think my favorite sauce they have is the honey roasted barbecue sauce that they keep by the ketchup. It also may be made with nicotine. And heroin. I dont usually wake up in time for breakfast, but once I did and ended up at a chick-fil-a and ordered their chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich. I felt like God was rubbing my tummy. It was that good. The one thing about this place, is that it is like beer in the south. If you want it on Sunday, you better think ahead. My family is die-hard Chik Fil A fans. We look for it in whatever city we go to. Why? #1 Because of the service. This was the 1st time my family had been to this Chik Fil A and they did not disappoint. When we first pulled up there was an attendant in the parking lot directing traffic to make sure all patrons were safe. As my husband let me and my 5-year-old son out at the curb the attendant stopped traffic to make sure me and my son was safe. I walked into the door and was immediately greeted. My husband later came in and went to the counter to give his order. I changed my mind at the last-minute. No problem, they fixed the menu order with a smile. They brought our food to our table with a smile and to everyone else too. It was jam-packed in there. I mean you could literally barely walk. Even though it was that many people and they were all talking. The levels were pretty normal and everyone seemed genuinely happy. The outside line was also wrapped around the building. No doubt I was not the only one who loved their customer service. Even though the restaurant had a lot of customers all the staff including those in the managerial shirts were working close together to take care of all the customers. There was not a single person in there not busily and happily attending to everyone. This seems to be the culture at every single Chik Fil A establishment we been too and we have been to many all over. This place was no different. I mean they seriously seem like programmed robots because they all were working like a well oiled machine. I watched the counter get swamped several times. No one got frustrated and all you heard was pleasantries as they quickly and efficiently got everyone taken care of. #2 My son made a bee line to the playground. It is his favorite little nook in the restaurant. As always it was a clean area separate from all the adults where a kid can really let loose and enjoy themselves. My son squealed with delight as he made new friends with everyone. There was also a bench inside for moms like me who like to keep a close eye on the children. #3 It's the little things. When I went to the fully stocked counter to get our family some napkins, on the wall were several little boxes attached to the wall. It was encouraging families to take one, put your cell phones inside during your meal with your children. This was to promote family actually focusing and talking to each other. What a way to promote family! Not only that it said that if you were able to do it you would be rewarded with an ice cream treat free of charge. They also had mints and hand wipes for those sticky fingers to get rid of germs. #4 The bathrooms are ALWAYS clean. Nothing sucks worse than having to eat somewhere that has nasty bathrooms. Not only was this bathroom clean, fully stocked with the latest technology to again help you combat germs but they had two things that I really thought was a nice touch. There was a wipes dispenser to clean the toilets and if you have a little one this is a major plus. I am always struggling to hold my ever-growing little one above toilets. They also had a mouthwash dispenser machine to help promote good dental hygiene. #5 Free WiFi. It is a great way to allow the children to have un but keep up to date on business matters on the go. I saw three people who were eating and on their laptops. It is definitely a bonus to have this feature offered to your patrons. #6 The food and the choices you get. My husband and I had salad. Both of ours were fresh, looked exactly like the advertisement and it tasted great! I had a chicken sandwich and the meat was plump, juicy and fried just right. My husband had the grilled chicken fingers and he also said it tasted good. My son had a chicken nugget kids meal. We love that it has not only a goodness juice but the book inside is way cool. Nothing like promoting education with your child. We love those waffle fries and the fresh squeezed lemonade is awesome. We bought a jug to take home. Last but not least, we could not get enough of that Polynesian sauce. It just makes everything taste better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stop eating here and it truly felt like not just another fast food but a family friendly destination for our family. My son honestly said it was "an awesome trip." What more could you ask for? If you are in the area like we were I would definitely recommend this restaurant for you or your family. Hard to review a chain restaurant. However, this CFA is extremely busy and I had to wait over 10 minutes for my order - this is because I actually walked up and asked because so many people were leaving, so it could have taken longer. Food is the same and staff is still friendly, but I just don't think they have enough workers on a Saturday for the morning and lunch rush. Only two workers were working the front cashiers and running food. So if you have time to drive a little further, you might get your good faster than waiting here. read more

Get home and am eating and all of a sudden I notice that they don't look like they normally do. I pull the nugget apart and notice it's not cooked. I had to wait 10 minutes for uncooked nuggets. The technology here is amazing! The robots they have serving you are incredibly lifelike. I could swear they were human sometimes until I speak to one and find they have only been programmed to say certain phrases, for example "my pleasure," "how may I serve you," or "may I refresh your beverage." Anything beyond that seems to confuse them. They produce the finest chicken sandwiches you will ever eat in a fast food setting though, and with great speed and efficiency. I was passing through Athens this morning on my way to a meeting when suddenly I was hit with a violent lust for a chicken biscuit, so I pulled into this local Chick fil a just off of the outer loop. Mind your turning lanes however or an innocent crusade in search of holy chicken will breed imminent doom as your pilgrimage meets an untimely end in a concealed Captain D's parking lot waiting to devour. Anyway, I was in a bit of hurry so I decided to have a journey around the drive-through. At the intercom I was greeted by a discernible voice full of more cheer than Santa Claus himself. After a perky "good morning" and "how may I be of service" I requested a number one combo with a Coke to which the mysteriously jolly voice at the other end was so pleased with it replied with an exuberant "Perfect!" My self-esteem was erupting with more pride than when Mary Sue agreed to go to homecoming dance with me. I couldn't help but think to myself, "why yes it was pretty perfect wasn't it!?"So I graciously thanked the sprightly voice which then replied with, "My Pleasure!" What a beautiful morning this was turning out to be! I couldn't wait to get around to the window to meet amiable voice that I would have entrusted my bank account to had it asked. When I arrived at the window I was absolutely bewildered to discover that the enchanting voice belonged to a person! They greeted me with a smile from ear to ear with my food already in a bag in their right hand. I sat there in trance with my mouth gaping for a few seconds until the person gently handed me my food and wished me a great day. This was perhaps the best day of my life! I was caught in a dilemma of canceling my meeting just so I could go around again. The aroma that radiated out of the bag seduced my salivary glands into a passionate one night stand that developed into a scandalous love affair between the succulent chicken biscuit and my mouth. My taste buds exploded from the delectable juicy chicken filet tucked ever so gently between the soft fluffy biscuits made from cumulous clouds and the breath of a baby. The crispy hash-browns were the perfect compliment that the savory biscuit would have been left wanting without just like the finest wine without a small bit of pungent cheese or like Burt without Ernie. My thirst was firmly quenched while my tongue playfully flirted with the gentle effervescence of the perfectly mixed fountain Coca Cola. To say that I had not just partaken in the perfect breakfast would be like saying that my favorite Batman movie was the one with Clooney; it would just be a big fat lie. I can now go die in peace.
