Not good. This location has turned me off to Zaxbys. about 6 months ago i ordered Boneless wings and were freezer burn. Today there fries tasted weird - I dont know if it the oil or what - The has no flavor, but real salty. read more

I moved here in July 2018 and couldn't wait to try Zaxbys Chicken. I love fried chicken and my step daughter talked it up (let's just say she eats a LOT of chicken fingers) So hubs finally suggests it one night and I got excited. Sigh. Nobody told me it was nothing but glorified chicken fingers. Now, don't get me wrong...the sandwich I got was tasty and I enjoyed it, but it was a let down on selection after all the hype. I have been in SC for a few months and have driven by this place several times. I was on my way home a decided to do a large order for my family via the app. The food wasn't ready when we went into the drive thru so they made us pull forward. We ordered several orders of boneless wings, fried mushrooms, a kids grilled cheese and fries. Arriving home we found that the kids meal was wrong and they left out the stuffed mushrooms which was kinda a bummer. The food was good so we decided to grab salads for lunch a few days later. Oh my word! Their Cobb salad is so freaking good! Everything was fresh and so big that it can be a main mea for 2 people. I love Zaxby's chicken with Zax sauce. I frequently go to the 2 locations near my home, and look forward to my next visit. My only complaint is that the sweet tea is spoiled occasionally, and I don't have the heart to ask for something else. read more

Some folks may like the food Zaxby's serves, but to me me it is too salty, boring, and needs more healthy sides. The ice tea is good if you get half sweet and half unsweetened tea mixed. Otherwise the tea is too sweet. The people inside work hard and the line usually moves fast. I am very tired of having fries as a side. I have written on many Zaxby's surveys that they need to add some, beans, rice, pasta salad, collards or something else to their reptoire. The chicken strips are way too salty. the boneless wings are edible, but lately they have been stingy with the sauce they put on them. I always come here to get food and the entree is always fine but the fries NEVER have any seasoning on them and i know it's just this restaurant specifically because the other Lexington Zaxbys always puts seasoning on their fries. read more

Wrong order again went there today and ordered a combo with no slaw extra fries and guess what they gave me the slaw anyway and no extra fries. This is the first time I'd been to this location and I wasn't impressed. I ordered a large wings and things and a large drink for me and 5 wings, coleslaw and fries for the person I was with. The order was to go. First I noticed when he was bagging it up that the only gave me one slice of toast in my large wings and things. Then I get it home and I never got anything to eat it with, no spoon or fork. The wings had no sauce on them at all. I didn't get any fries in my wings and things. I actually counted them and only got 8 French fries. They gave me zax sauce when I asked for 2 ranch. I doubt I'll ever be back to this location. I'd rather make the extra drive to west Columbia location where my orders always right. read more

I ask for extra sauce for my chicken and extra seasoning for my fries every time I go to Zaxby's and happily pay for it but every god damn time I go to this location they forget it and I still pay for it. This has happened so many times and this location SUCKS, I'm done going here even though it's right down the road from my house. I love all other Zaxby's though. This is a great Zaxby's. Great food. Fresh. Friendly staff. A little pricey but all Zaxby's are high.
