Something sticky spilled, ketchup all over and the ketchup dispensers half open. I called and talked to someone who said they were the manager and they thanked me for calling. Last Thursday we were there and again that area was a mess. I went to the counter, full of employees just standing around talking like usual and asked for the manager. Some younger guy said he was and I told him my complaint. He said well it must have just happened because it wasn't that way before. This was at 11:00 shortly after they opened at 10:00. There used to be some one walking around checking tables, wiping them down and keeping things cleaned. No longer. The staff is there but the kids are all behind the counter talking. I hope this gets corrected and soon. This was a big thing that made Culver's stand out. If not it makes this place just another poorly managed fast food place in Newburgh.
