I don't usually review restaurants that I just doordash from, but this store has a horrible reputation for letting orders get stolen and not doing anything about it. I've now had 3 orders that were stolen and they refuse to remake the order like any normal restaurant. It's just this zaxby's, none of the others have this problem. They need to start verifying orders or not accept doordash at all. What's worse is that they KNOW orders get stolen. Very disappointed with the nonchalant attitude of this location. read more

Worst catering ever. I have used this Zaxby's for several catering orders and today was the last time I will ever use them. I have had several issues with them over the past 6 months. Orders are wrong or they just forget to send items. Today they forgot the grilled chicken that was supposed to come with the salad. They also forgot to send the Texas Toast platter. No ranch for the chip platter and get this..... No Zaxby's sauce for the chicken finger platter. I even mentioned it several times on the order that we needed Zax sauce. Order was also late arriving. When you have lunch appointments as part of your job you need to orders to be right. Unfortunately several people who were depending on the grilled chicken didn't get to eat today. Bad look on Zaxby's and bad look for me in front of my customers. This has happened 3-4 times over the past 6 months with this particular Zaxby's and today was the last time. I generally cater 3-4 meals a week, however Zaxby's will not longer get any of my business. There are too many options out there and places that do a much better job. If using them for catering, you have been warned. read more

$11.32 for a Chicken Finger Box that did not even come with a drink. When I pulled up I asked for the "Basic Box". What I got was the little boy at the drive thru up sold me into a 5 finger box instead of the basic 4 finger box or even offered me the smaller snak pak which I would have been happy with too; instead he looked at me and up sold me the larger meal with out asking! Today was the perfect take out day and Zaxby's in Northport, Alabama just happen to provide the perfect service. In total- from wait time to pick up the window time was less then 15 minutes. Food was hot, fresh, made right and was very reasonable. $7.69. Plus the line was all the way around the building even with it raining on and off all morning the visit was good; the people were nice, said hi, thank you, and I was greeted with a smile. In today's society and in our times with so much BAD going on these days it was a VERY PLEASANT Experience and brightened my day. Thank you Zaxby's for a great lunch. I ordered a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru, and after waiting in the drive through for 20 mins I was told I had to come inside and wait for my food. It was already past the estimated pick up time. I was still in Pajamas and was not planning to have to come inside hence why I ordered through the drive thru. Not very considerate or rational if they could make every other car's food who was in the line and not mine who ordered ahead. Soggy fries, texas toast toasted only on one side, re-cooked (re-fried) chicken tenders in the afternoon. They're used to be only two good things, the milkshakes and the fried cheese curds, and they got rid of the milkshakes. Drive thru is a very tight squeeze and when you drive up to the menu you almost always see into the back of the restaurant because the door is almost always open and mop buckets, cleaners and dirty water are almost always strewn about right behind the menu board. Not worth scratching your large vehicle to get through they're drive thru for that. read more
