Ok maybe it's because I'm also directionally challenged but I knew the place was across from Millennia Mall - I can see it from the street while driving - but maps kept taking me to Wendy's! And I couldn't see Zaxby's! None the less i did finally find it! I was headed on a road trip back home with my dog so had to just go through the drive thru, which I always appreciate a quick service place, that is higher quality than the typical fast food joint, having a drive thru! I opted for their boneless wings & fries combo. The wings were juicy and had tons of sauce which was delicious! Fries were crisp and slightly thicker cut. I enjoyed the BBQ sauce! Zaxbys in Seffner is always closing early. website says they supposed to close at 10 but I went two nights in a row and was turned away. First night was 7:55 pm second night was 8:05pm. they never should have built a zaxbys in Seffner. While I've been aware of Zaxby's for years, I only visited for the first time last week. My food was not even up to "fast food" quality. Fries were tepid and limp; sauced wings might as well have been boiled; their texture was really a "turn off". Zaxby's, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. Easily my favorite fast food chicken place, yes even more than Chick-fil-A, this Zaxby's is located in the Millenia area. The food is always fresh to order, and the staff are usually pretty friendly. The drive-thru makes it convenient for when I'm trying to hurry on my lunch break. As with their other locations, they have a nice selection of snacks, salads, sandwiches, and chicken plates. They do both Chicken Fingers & Wings, as well as combo plates. They serve Coke products inside, and they have very good sweet tea. Their french fries are large, crinkle-cut, and Seasons deliciously. Most plates also come with a slice of garlic bread using Texas toast. Absolutely delicious! It's dangerous how convenient this location is to my job, as now I go there about once a week. If you've never been to a Zaxby's, this is a good one to try to start. Be warned though, it's addicting! read more

The customer service at the Millenia Location needs improvement-long wait, ordered mixed up ( I asked for plain wings and it looked like the poured the entire bottle of sauce on them) , and you could hear the employees complaining. Horrible experience tonight at this location. Is a Tuesday night 8pm. I arrive and ordered the new Chicken Philly which I love. I have been eating at Zaxby's a lot at the Hunters Creek location. The reason for my visit tonight was to use my 750 points in my rewards account. I scanned my barcode 3 times and the cashier said "I guess it's not working", I said can you get a manager to help out. She acted like it was and an inconvenience. She then walked outside for like 7 mins and another lady returned and I told her what was wrong . (Oh and by the way the manger was in the parking lot chatting in car with one of her friends ) She goes on to say she can't do nothing that no rewards have worked all day. Said her hands are tied and I can't use my $5.00 off reward. At this point my food is sat in front of me all bagged up ready to go. I said well the food is ready, she said "Oh doesn't matter, I will just put it back". I saw them throw it out . I asked her if she could at least manually discount my food for the reward as a good customer service gesture. She said that was not possible . However it is possible she just was not willing to do it. This happened to me once before at the Hunters Creek location and they just honored my reward. I then ask if I place an online order would it work, she then told me they were not allowing anyone to pick up online orders . I asked to the regional managers name and was told I had to call the 800 number. I called the 800 number and filed a complaint. All the employees especially the manger was very rude and un professional . This was a huge disappointment and shows that the customer means nothing to this location. I earned those rewards thru many visits at Zaxbys only to be denied using them. I will never eat here again and I will tell everyone I know about this experience . Also not to mention I work for one of your partners Coke, and am the rep over your account. Shame on you Zaxbys Millena . First of all, we placed an order well over an hour in advance with door dash. After an hour and a half of waiting for the order to get ready after the timeframe they said it would be ready, the order was canceled about three times before we finally just cancel our food. We were at a conference with our company so we really needed the food, we ended up having to leave and go out and find something else. Very bad experience. I love zaxbys food, but often times I. Don't expect much from their customer service. However last night Jasmine was so kind to me. It really made me leave with a smile. Sometimes simply saying hello and asking how someone is doing, engaging in a smile is all that it takes to make someone feel good. That exchange is so important; zaxbys should aim to have their customers leave feeling better than when we left, and jasmine helped ensure that. The food, per usual was so flavorful and delicious. I compare it to chick fil a, which I love, but zaxbys has so much more flavor with the tastes toast and zaxby sauce and other toppings. Chick fil a is great, but they do have a much more limited taste pallet. I had the zaxbys club that has bacon tomatoes lettuce and thick crunchy but tender pieces of chicken that are irresistible. My family also loves going to zaxbys for their delicious salads, because again the chicken is freakin good! I can sum up my Zaxby's experiences in one word... meh. It's mediocre food that's slightly overpriced in a fast food restaurant which has the worst location of any restaurant I've been to. By the time you see Zaxby's from Conroy Road, there is no driveway to turn into, and you end up on the 4 East, heading toward downtown Orlando. Even when I know the general vicinity of where Zaxby's is, it's difficult to find in a twisting maze of confusing drive thru's and parking lots. If the owner of the store is reading this, congratulations on locating your store in the hardest to find location in the world. That took some serious effort on your part. I really tried to like this place, coming here twice to see if my first reaction was wrong. I got the combo meal the first time which had chicken wings (my favorite food) which were meh and chicken strips which were ok. The wings at Krystals are much tastier. The second time I went here, I got the Celebration special, which were chicken strips, crinkle cut fries, and a slice of Texas toast. The food was mediocre, and the bill came out to $7, which seems steep by Orlando standards for a mediocre meal. You should never go to Zaxby's when there are far better chicken alternatives for less in Bojangles or Chick Fil-A. read more

Cold Chicken and Cold Service at the front desk, website, and on the phone. My family wanted chicken for dinner, and so we went to Zaxby's to dine in. One of the staff, (there were at least five visible), was standing there leaning against the table asking if her friend was working tonight, and did not move nor notice us. I think her job was only to place the food out and call out names. After a few minutes, someone else came up and took our order but was not too happy about it, unlike whatever was going on in the kitchen. The kids split a meal and my wife and I had two chicken sandwich meals. My wife's sandwich was scalding hot, but mine was ice cold, but the fries were warm. I returned my sandwich, and they brought me another warmer, but burnt. The Southern TLC sandwich was no different than the chicken finger sandwich I normally would get, except for being burnt. At this point, I did not want to chance saliva in my food if I returned it again, so I ate it. I attempted to make a review on myzaxbysvisit.com but could not and called the store to see if there was a problem with the website. The woman on the phone put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up. I called back and asked to speak to the manager, finally got him, and he stated Georgia handled that not him but he will send an email concerning the website. 4 stars for the spicy fried mushrooms (because-Yay! I'm a fan.) and 3 stars for everything else. Kind of a shame since I looove, and I mean really, deeply, truly love fried chicken. OK, these mushrooms are thickly sliced, not whole, so there's a lot more crunchy, thick, delicious batter on each mushroom-love that. It's served with Zax Sauce-decent enough-ketchup, mayo, Worcestershire, misc seasonings. Doesn't really need a sauce, though. The tater chips are nice and crispy ans spicy as hell. They should be called, "Spicy Tater Chips," and the 'shrooms should just be, "Fried Mushrooms," because those dams chips are WAY more spicy. Just saying... Not too impressed by the chicken, really. So twice in 4 days is a lot for myself, because I usually want to try a variety of things while in another locale. I had the Cobb salad then the next day came back for the boneless wings. For a fast food joint this is really classy. Actually, this is not a joint, this is a nice restaurant. The dining room is very sophisticated with dark woods and nice seating. It is keep extremely clean. Service in this place is very friendly and efficient. I got the Cajun Club Sandwich which is blackened chicken, bacon, green leaf lettuce, tomato, Ranch and American cheese on a toasted bun served with Crinkle Fries and a pickle spear. The chicken was perfectly grilled, however, not so much of a Cajun flavor. The fries were fresh and crunchy. Very nice place, good food. read more

I will gladly battle I-4 traffic from downtown for my lunch fix. The Blue salad- buffaloed is the BEST and make sure to get extra texas toast. And if you want spicy- the Kickin Chicken sandwich.
