Had the Box combo, came with 4 fingers which were quite delicious. Also came with fries and some really super delicious coleslaw. Love the ice tea here. It is really good. Glad I gave Canes another try. Hopefully this location will maintain the high food quality standards. This location is new and huge. Got to revisit in a few months to see how it holds up.

I don't usually go out of my way for fast food. But today? I did. I made the trip. I committed…read more Because when it comes to Raising Cane's, I'm usually all in. That's what made this one sting a little. Let me set the stage. I pull up to the Kissimmee location already knowing what I'm getting. This place has one job. Chicken. Not a massive menu. Not a bunch of distractions. Just chicken, fries, toast, slaw. Simple. Focused. The kind of setup where you expect consistency every single time. And then the tray hit the table. The chicken? Bland. Like no one introduced it to seasoning. And somehow also soggy. You know that moment when you bite in expecting that crispy crunch and instead you get... soft confusion? Yeah. That. It honestly felt like the oil wasn't hot enough. Which is kind of a big deal when frying is your entire identity. Now here's where it gets even more frustrating. Cane's sauce is usually the safety net. It can cover a lot of sins. Underseasoned chicken? Fine. Dip it, save it, move on. But it cannot fix texture. It cannot create crunch out of thin air. And when the crisp isn't there, the whole thing falls flat. The fries didn't do much to help the situation. Underdone. Under salted. Just kind of there. Taking up space. Not offensive, just disappointing. Like they almost made it to the finish line and then decided to clock out early. And here's the part that really gets me. When you only do one thing, you have to nail it. Every time. No excuses. No off days. No close enough. This isn't a diner with a 10-page menu. This is chicken. How do you forget to make it crispy? Now, credit where it's due. The Texas toast? Still elite. Buttery, golden, doing exactly what it's supposed to do. The coleslaw? Fresh, crisp, actually refreshing. And the staff here? Friendly, efficient, and the food came out quick. No complaints on the service side at all. So now I'm sitting there having this internal debate. Because I know what Raising Cane's can be. And this wasn't it. somewhere in the middle of that meal it hit me that I went out of my way for this and got a version that felt like it cut corners That's a tough pill to swallow in an area like Kissimmee where you've got options everywhere you turn. Great food is not hard to find around here. Which makes subpar chicken stand out even more. Three stars. And that feels generous based on the sides and the service carrying the weight. But let's be clear. I'm usually a five star guy when it comes to Raising Cane's. This just wasn't that day. And when your whole brand is built on doing one thing right, you don't get a pass when that one thing misses.

Raising Canes is a fast casual quick service restaurant serving chicken. This is their specialty. They have a small variety offering chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads and the best crinkle cut fries. It's a simple menu but delivers!! We had not been there before so the wonderful guy at the register suggested we order the Box. He said it gives you the best variety. It came with chicken tenders, coleslaw, crinkle fries, a piece of Texas toast and their signature dip, the Canes Sauce. Their chicken tenders are crispy but not super bready. They were very good. It was a nice thick piece of chicken. The fries were very crispy and the Texas toast was delicious. Their signature sauce is their only sauce. It had a little kick of pepper to it but was a really good sauce for the tenders. It was creamy and really yummy. Overall this was a great place. We don't typically eat fast food much but I think we will be back for a quick meal. Everything was hot and delicious and the staff was very nice and friendly. This location has inside seating as well as a lot outside. They also have a drive thru as well. Really great food! Thank you Raising Canes, we will be back!

The fish was hot, crispy, and perfectly flaky on the inside. The batter had a great crunch without feeling too heavy, and the fries were well-seasoned and addictive. It's classic fish and chips done really well, and it's easy to see why the spot is so popular. The Biscoff shake was a highlight of the meal. It was thick, creamy, and packed with that signature caramelized cookie flavor. It felt indulgent and made for the perfect sweet treat alongside the savory meal. Service was quick and efficient, and the line moved faster than expected despite the crowd. The vibe is casual, modern, and energetic, making it a great stop for a quick meal while exploring the ICON Park area. The open kitchen and lively atmosphere add to the experience and make it fun to watch the food being prepared. Overall, a satisfying meal with crispy fish, flavorful fries, and an excellent shake. I'd definitely come back when craving fish and chips in Orlando.

Just standing there watching two people do a one person job. Ten minutes is a long time. An acknowledgment of finally... you waiting for drinks? Yes ya think... The store kitchen was immaculate. I've never seen a kitchen that uses oil this clean. The chef/cook was just preparing meals. My number was the first to come up. 2608. The fish was fantastic, fries, and shrimp, right out of the fryer. Fantastic food. But... $5.99 for 12 ounces of Arnold Palmer. $3.99 for 12 ounces of Sweet tea. $5.99 for 12 ounces of Sprite. No refills? In America? 10 dollars for two non refillable drinks? As Gordon would say... WTF? You got me once but not twice. Next time if there is a next time I'll bring my own drinks or buy next door. I don't like being robbed. My 88 year old mom was not impressed with the drink pricing. No wonder no one there. 5 people at 615 pm on a Friday night? The square was filled with people. Now we know don't we... You had us as forever customers and greed took us away. Think about it. Our food came out relatively fast as it is a quick service restaurant but that's when it fell short as all of the food we ordered was lukewarm like you could tell it all had been sitting for a while as to the point of where it really lacked had this been hotter I'm sure it would have been better. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't bad had it been hot I can see the flavors coming out more as it was a decent sized piece of chicken with some of the spicy sauce and some bread and butter pickles which I did find to be a surprise as not many places use those pickles on a chicken sandwich. My lady said her chicken pieces were also lukewarm and she said that had they been hot that they would have been significantly better as it fell the same way with the yuca fries as those too were lukewarm and just left her looking for warmer food. The empanada was probably the warmest item that we received it was ok as it had a decent flavor to it but it lacked a lot of chicken as it felt like it was mostly sauce which was definitely underwhelming at most. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and busy working and cleaning and just seemed to be enjoying their shift which is definitely a plus as I know how it can get in a QSR environment. Even though this had nothing to do with the restaurant I do have to say that this random guy came in and was like arguing with the staff about using the restroom this is after he came over and took some paper towels from the employee's roll who was cleaning the windows kinda random but it was kinda amusing to watch them while we ate. One other thing I noticed here was that there was no trash can at all which I'm very much so not a fan of as I'm not for leaving my plates on the table for someone to clean it up at a fast food restaurant as that's something I prefer to do myself. Overall the food here definitely fell short as I'm not into getting lukewarm food a chicken sandwich should me piping hot when you first bite into it so it's for these reasons I highly doubt that I'll ever come back.

If there were a museum for terrible dining experiences, this KFC would be the main exhibit -- and…read morethe manager would be the tour guide. I'm not exaggerating when I say this might be the worst restaurant in Orlando. Forget the theme parks -- this place is the city's new attraction for chaos, disrespect, and disappointment. Our order was already off to a bad start -- they forgot our fries, the most basic item on the menu. When I politely asked about it, the manager completely unraveled. She started stomping around the counter, grunting, and yelling like a five-year-old toddler who just got told they couldn't have a toy. Customers were staring in disbelief. Instead of calming things down, she doubled down -- talking down to customers, yelling over people, and outright snapping at anyone who had an accent. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly shameful to witness. The energy in that restaurant was pure tension -- people waiting quietly, employees looking embarrassed, and the manager putting on what could only be described as a one-woman meltdown. And here's the worst part: this isn't new. Scroll through the reviews and you'll see the same pattern going back years. Rude service, missing items, cold food, and the same toxic behavior from management. Clearly, no one at corporate has bothered to step in. This KFC is not just "bad service" -- it's a spectacle. Orlando should put it on the map as a cautionary tale for customer service gone wrong. If you value your time, your mood, or your meal -- avoid this place like the plague. Go anywhere else. Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, your local gas station -- all better options. This location needs a full reset, top to bottom, starting with that manager who seems to think tantrums are a leadership style. Zero stars. Never again. @ColonelSanders you would be rolling in your grave if you knew that this place existed....
