This is the blandest chicken I have ever tasted in my life. If I found out it was marinated in water, I wouldn't be surprised. This recipe must've come from someone who was cooking desert chicken without a spice cabinet in a thousand mile radius. The only reason for anyone to be Raising Cane would be to get their money back. I wouldn't even come back on a Sunday. I'll wait for the Lord's chicken to be served on Monday.

I don't usually go out of my way for fast food. But today? I did. I made the trip. I committed…read more Because when it comes to Raising Cane's, I'm usually all in. That's what made this one sting a little. Let me set the stage. I pull up to the Kissimmee location already knowing what I'm getting. This place has one job. Chicken. Not a massive menu. Not a bunch of distractions. Just chicken, fries, toast, slaw. Simple. Focused. The kind of setup where you expect consistency every single time. And then the tray hit the table. The chicken? Bland. Like no one introduced it to seasoning. And somehow also soggy. You know that moment when you bite in expecting that crispy crunch and instead you get... soft confusion? Yeah. That. It honestly felt like the oil wasn't hot enough. Which is kind of a big deal when frying is your entire identity. Now here's where it gets even more frustrating. Cane's sauce is usually the safety net. It can cover a lot of sins. Underseasoned chicken? Fine. Dip it, save it, move on. But it cannot fix texture. It cannot create crunch out of thin air. And when the crisp isn't there, the whole thing falls flat. The fries didn't do much to help the situation. Underdone. Under salted. Just kind of there. Taking up space. Not offensive, just disappointing. Like they almost made it to the finish line and then decided to clock out early. And here's the part that really gets me. When you only do one thing, you have to nail it. Every time. No excuses. No off days. No close enough. This isn't a diner with a 10-page menu. This is chicken. How do you forget to make it crispy? Now, credit where it's due. The Texas toast? Still elite. Buttery, golden, doing exactly what it's supposed to do. The coleslaw? Fresh, crisp, actually refreshing. And the staff here? Friendly, efficient, and the food came out quick. No complaints on the service side at all. So now I'm sitting there having this internal debate. Because I know what Raising Cane's can be. And this wasn't it. somewhere in the middle of that meal it hit me that I went out of my way for this and got a version that felt like it cut corners That's a tough pill to swallow in an area like Kissimmee where you've got options everywhere you turn. Great food is not hard to find around here. Which makes subpar chicken stand out even more. Three stars. And that feels generous based on the sides and the service carrying the weight. But let's be clear. I'm usually a five star guy when it comes to Raising Cane's. This just wasn't that day. And when your whole brand is built on doing one thing right, you don't get a pass when that one thing misses.

Raising Canes is a fast casual quick service restaurant serving chicken. This is their specialty. They have a small variety offering chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads and the best crinkle cut fries. It's a simple menu but delivers!! We had not been there before so the wonderful guy at the register suggested we order the Box. He said it gives you the best variety. It came with chicken tenders, coleslaw, crinkle fries, a piece of Texas toast and their signature dip, the Canes Sauce. Their chicken tenders are crispy but not super bready. They were very good. It was a nice thick piece of chicken. The fries were very crispy and the Texas toast was delicious. Their signature sauce is their only sauce. It had a little kick of pepper to it but was a really good sauce for the tenders. It was creamy and really yummy. Overall this was a great place. We don't typically eat fast food much but I think we will be back for a quick meal. Everything was hot and delicious and the staff was very nice and friendly. This location has inside seating as well as a lot outside. They also have a drive thru as well. Really great food! Thank you Raising Canes, we will be back!

This was a little bit of a mixed experience, but overall it turned out really good. I stopped in and used their restroom which was clean and then I went to order. I had the 10 sauced bites meal which came with fries and a slice of Texas toast. I had the sweet red chili dip that they were tossed in with extra on the side. This sauce had quite the kick to it and I really enjoyed it. The chicken and the fries paired well with it. I also ordered a drink and got to enjoy the really good lemonade that they had. It was lunchtime and they weren't super busy, but they did seem to have quite a few takeout orders. The restaurant was mostly clean although my table was a bit sticky. They have apple parking out front with accessible spaces and they are set in a small shopping mall so you can get some shopping done if you'd like. I would definitely come back because the food is worth it.

At approximately 10:15 a.m., I pulled into the drive-thru to order breakfast or lunch, only to be told that the only item available was biscuits. When I asked the employee what time the restaurant opened, he replied that they open at 10:00 a.m. I was genuinely confused and frustrated. If the restaurant has been open for over 15 minutes, customers should reasonably expect that food is prepared and available for purchase. What made the experience even more disappointing was the employee's attitude. Instead of offering an apology or explaining the situation professionally, he asked if I was willing to wait in a demanding tone that came across as dismissive rather than customer-focused. A simple apology and courteous explanation would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. Nearly every visit to this location has involved employees displaying poor attitudes, seeming unwilling to listen to customers or accommodate reasonable requests and food customizations. Customer service at this location has consistently fallen well below expectations. Another ongoing issue is the excessive wait times. Whether using the drive-thru or ordering inside the restaurant, service is consistently and unreasonably slow. Even during times when there are very few or no vehicles in the drive-thru, it often takes an unusually long time just to place an order, let alone receive it. After experiencing this repeatedly over a long period, it raises serious concerns about the management and operations of this location. I have overlooked these issues on multiple occasions, hoping they would improve, but they have only continued to get worse. That is why I have decided to submit this formal complaint. I believe these problems have existed for far too long, and someone needs to address them. I respectfully ask Popeyes Corporate to investigate this location's operations, customer service standards, staffing, and management. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, receive timely service, and have menu items available shortly after opening. The current level of service at this restaurant is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards I would expect from the Popeyes brand. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and results in meaningful improvements for future customers.

On my latest visit I saw…read morethat they had a special on a three-piece box that came with chicken, nuggets, fries, and a drink. This sounded pretty good, but since I'm not supposed to eat root vegetables, I went to the counter and inquired if I could get a different side. I was informed that they could not change anything about that that particular special but they suggested a three-piece combo which is the same price. The difference being that you don't get the nuggets but get a choice of bread or a tortilla. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed. I did go with the three-piece combo which consisted of three pieces of dark chicken and I got the Campero rice for my side. I also had the dinner roll and a regular drink. Along with this I ordered one of their empanadas because I haven't had one yet. They gave me my number and I went and got my drink and found a place to sit. A very short time later, they came out with my food and I asked if I could get some salt. Apparently there was a complaint from a customer involving salt so they no longer carry salt when you're dining in. They did have hot sauce on the table, so I enjoyed my meal with the green sauce. The chicken as usual was excellent and I do enjoy their rice. The dinner roll was a nice compliment to the meal and I was really impressed with the empanada. I haven't had an empanada that was this packed with goodness in a very long time. I will definitely be back but chances are I will bring my own salt. this is a nice location with a drive-through. On the downside from my point of view is the ordering kiosks that are out front. I won't use those so I just approach the counter and get assistance. The lady that took care of me was really nice and guided me through the ordering process and was also the one who brought me my food when it was ready. if you're looking for a good bone in chicken meal, then this is an excellent place to die. The dining area is well lit and kept clean. I'm always treated well and I always enjoy my meal.

Our food came out relatively fast as it is a quick service restaurant but that's when it fell short as all of the food we ordered was lukewarm like you could tell it all had been sitting for a while as to the point of where it really lacked had this been hotter I'm sure it would have been better. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't bad had it been hot I can see the flavors coming out more as it was a decent sized piece of chicken with some of the spicy sauce and some bread and butter pickles which I did find to be a surprise as not many places use those pickles on a chicken sandwich. My lady said her chicken pieces were also lukewarm and she said that had they been hot that they would have been significantly better as it fell the same way with the yuca fries as those too were lukewarm and just left her looking for warmer food. The empanada was probably the warmest item that we received it was ok as it had a decent flavor to it but it lacked a lot of chicken as it felt like it was mostly sauce which was definitely underwhelming at most. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and busy working and cleaning and just seemed to be enjoying their shift which is definitely a plus as I know how it can get in a QSR environment. Even though this had nothing to do with the restaurant I do have to say that this random guy came in and was like arguing with the staff about using the restroom this is after he came over and took some paper towels from the employee's roll who was cleaning the windows kinda random but it was kinda amusing to watch them while we ate. One other thing I noticed here was that there was no trash can at all which I'm very much so not a fan of as I'm not for leaving my plates on the table for someone to clean it up at a fast food restaurant as that's something I prefer to do myself. Overall the food here definitely fell short as I'm not into getting lukewarm food a chicken sandwich should me piping hot when you first bite into it so it's for these reasons I highly doubt that I'll ever come back.

If there were a museum for terrible dining experiences, this KFC would be the main exhibit -- and…read morethe manager would be the tour guide. I'm not exaggerating when I say this might be the worst restaurant in Orlando. Forget the theme parks -- this place is the city's new attraction for chaos, disrespect, and disappointment. Our order was already off to a bad start -- they forgot our fries, the most basic item on the menu. When I politely asked about it, the manager completely unraveled. She started stomping around the counter, grunting, and yelling like a five-year-old toddler who just got told they couldn't have a toy. Customers were staring in disbelief. Instead of calming things down, she doubled down -- talking down to customers, yelling over people, and outright snapping at anyone who had an accent. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly shameful to witness. The energy in that restaurant was pure tension -- people waiting quietly, employees looking embarrassed, and the manager putting on what could only be described as a one-woman meltdown. And here's the worst part: this isn't new. Scroll through the reviews and you'll see the same pattern going back years. Rude service, missing items, cold food, and the same toxic behavior from management. Clearly, no one at corporate has bothered to step in. This KFC is not just "bad service" -- it's a spectacle. Orlando should put it on the map as a cautionary tale for customer service gone wrong. If you value your time, your mood, or your meal -- avoid this place like the plague. Go anywhere else. Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, your local gas station -- all better options. This location needs a full reset, top to bottom, starting with that manager who seems to think tantrums are a leadership style. Zero stars. Never again. @ColonelSanders you would be rolling in your grave if you knew that this place existed....

We went with the Build Your Own Big Trio, choosing the 4 mini sliders, 2 Dave's Hot Mozz, and 6-piece Dave's Bites. I really like that you can choose a different heat level for each item, which makes this a great option if you're trying Dave's for the first time or sharing with someone who has a different spice tolerance. We tried mild and medium, and medium was honestly more flavorful than painfully spicy for us. I could definitely see us going hotter next time. The chicken itself was crispy, well-seasoned, juicy, and the Dave's Sauce is a MUST. The Hot Mozz was also a fun addition and made the sampler feel a little different from a standard chicken meal. The restaurant was very busy and packed, but it had a fun, energetic fast-casual atmosphere. The interior is bright and modern with Dave's signature graffiti-style artwork, an open counter/kitchen setup, and a pretty constant flow of people coming in from the outlets. Despite how busy it was, the staff was overall friendly. My biggest disappointment was that we were told the Big Trio came with fries, so I chose my three items based on that understanding. Unfortunately, there were no fries included. I also don't really understand the two plain slices of white bread that come with the meal--they weren't toasted or anything, just two slices of bread. Also, be aware that extras can add up. Additional sauces, pickles, etc. are charged separately, so it can start to feel a little nickel-and-dime-ish. Still, the chicken was genuinely delicious, the portions were good for sharing, and I would absolutely come back, next time I'm going hotter than medium!
