My husband and I came through the drive through and made ourselves very CLEAR on what we wanted. We got a 4 piece chicken with fries and coleslaw. My husband got 6 peace chicken dinner with the same sides I got. We got home and we both had 4 peace chicken dinners. I already have a problem with there over seasoned cold fries with little dried up chicken. My husband called and they left him on hold forever and he called back and they did not answer the phone. What they did is stole the money that we paid for the six piece. If they are in debt and need to steal from others maybe they need to shut their doors. Not illegally did I not receive the ranch and Zax sauce (that is supposed to cone with this order), they didn't even include the extra ranch. Came to this Zaxby's location on 10/22/21 at 9pm. There were about 10 cars in drive thru. Wait time was very reasonable. The customer service was great. Sign says 'seriously good chicken.' That's no lie. Amazingly delicious! Almost took off a star as it's pricey for fast food, but well worth it. Extremely busy for the after church crowd on Sunday but we were in and out in around 30 minutes. We will be regulars. read more

I went through the drive thru here so I cannot speak to the inside, service or atmosphere. I got the hot wings, but they are anything but hot. The flavor was average but franks red hot or Texas Pete is even better. They were also on the small side which seems to be a trend with wing places lately. My wife got the chicken fingers and fries with their zax sauce or whatever. It was nothing to write home about. Went there last night for dinner. THE DRIVE Thru was wrapped around the building and parking lot full. I was unsure how it was going to be. We went in. Only waited a few minutes in line to place our order at the counter with the nice smiling young lady who took our order. We got our food within 5 minutes after the order. Not to bad when adding in how busy they were. The food came out hot and the order was correct. Also the workers there managed to keep the dinning room clean too. We will be back. I have eaten at the ZAXBY'S restaurant several times. Each time it seems to get worst!!! I purchased a wing meal and everything was burnt. The french fries, chicken, and toast were all burnt. I frequent this location often and generally have a very pleasant experience. However, today was different. I ordered my usual salad and asked for egg to be added to it. The woman in the drive thru asked if I just wanted to get a different salad then, one that already came with egg. I declined her offer and again stated my order. She became irritated (borderline rude) that I did not choose her option and made it very clear in her words and even more so in her tone. I order the EXACT same thing every time and have never had an issue....I just want an egg added to my salad. Simple as that. Not the best customer service experience to say the least. read more

Very pitiful place, not even worthy of a star. I have eaten at over 15 different Zaxby's in the southeast and this one is by far the worst. Whoever owns it tries to increase profit margin by reducing the portion size. I went to this location and ordered a Zappetizer Fried White Cheddar Bites. They gave me FOUR little bites and told me that was all that is included in an appetizer. It cost me four bucks. To prove my point for the next three days, I went to three other locations in town and ordered the same thing. The portion was three times bigger. Lesson to Zaxby's owners and Zaxby's executives. If you want to take care of your brand and ensure repeat customers, the quality of your product must always be consistent. This one store has completely soured my view of the Zaxby's brand. The staff remembers me and are always super friendly. I never regret going there. The food is awesome and the drive thru can be seen wrapped around the restaurant several nights a week. I've been going to this location since it opened. It used to be delicious and rival some of the local chicken resturants. But throughout the years, there has been a huge decrease in quality. The service is less than sub par. The food quality is terrible. 1 out of 5 visits, the food actually tastes like it was made around the time I got there. The other 4 out of 5 visits, the fries are stale or soggy, the chicken is tough and tastes like old grease, and even the portion sizes have been reduced to about half their original size. I actually used to say they have me too many fries. Now, however, I'll be luck to get more than ten. And the chicken fingers seem like they have been cut in half. Too bad the prices aren't cut in half. I'm always disappointed when a family member or friend say they want to eat zaxbys, because I know I'm going to waste my money on barely edible food, that tastes like the person making it is trying to get revenge on me, and spend way too much money. Don't see how this location is still in business. I just came back from zaxbys where the cashier and her "friends" were playing with each other's hair and yelling back and forth to each other. Slowest drive threw EVER. And it's not that it's slow once in a while, its every time. You're better off just going inside.

The wings are always under-cooked/fingers over-cooked and the customer service is horrible.
