They could stand to clean there door to bathroom inside and out. No paper towels so you have to touch door to get out. They lost our order and after 20 mins asked us did we pay, we showed them receipt and they looked for there copy and said sorry and then we waited another 10 mins to get food with no plates and only a basket that food came in. Ordered a take out of 50 wings with medium sauce and Carolina . With this order you get 50 wings/flaps and Texas toast with a large crinkle fries. This order did NOT disappoint. Nice and crispy wings with tons of flavor and sauce . The toast was buttered nicely and thick! The fries were crinkle cut which means they came out of a bag BUT cooked long enough that they were delicious and not soggy. The price was great and the service was great! It's just a small business that doesn't look like much from the outside but what the building lacks in looks they surely make up for in delicious flavors and large amounts to please the masses! We have eaten here many times and tonight was our worst experience!! We called in an order of a Philly cheese steak and small fry. We received a chicken fried steak sandwich and fries. We called and told them it was wrong they said to bring it back and only gave us the Philly cheese steak sandwich and the same wrong order back! I called and asked why I didn't receive a new order of fries because those are now cold since we had to return them per your request. The manager said there was nothing she could do to help me although it was their mistake. You have 1 time to make it right, and never again. We had to go somewhere else to get something. read more

Spent $15 on ten wings and "loaded fries". Wings were over cooked, and barely had any sauce on them because instead of taking the time to actually put sauce on every wing, they just squirted it onto them after they put them in my basket. The "loaded fries" were freezer fries that they most likely microwaved with a few bacon bits and a single slice of Kraft cheese on top. Don't waste your time here, for the price of this horrible food you can literally go to Texas Roadhouse and get yourself a sirloin steak. read more

this place used to be my favorite wing place but the customer service is AWFUL. first, they double charged me on a order, then told me to call back up if it double charged me. it did double charge me so i called back up there. they proceeded to tell me that they would tell the owner and get it fixed and if it wasn't back by the next morning then i would have to go through my bank. that was my first problem. my second problem is there's this one specific girl who acts like she hates the world and is SUPER rude to me and my friends every time we go in. the other night, we went in, and they close at 9 and we went in at 8. we went and ordered our food and the first thing she said to us was "is this gonna be for here or to go because we close at 9 and it's currently 8:15" in a very rude tone. she made us uncomfortable and made us feel like we couldn't eat there. if the place isn't going to be open to the public until 9 then make your closing time earlier. this wasn't the only time she had been rude to us. there were several other occasions. i will never be back bc of the customer service. i work at a food place so i know how it is, however the food place i work at doesn't close an hour early and even when people walk in right before closing, i'm still very nice and understanding. read more
