if I could give this place a negative five stars I would, went to there this afternoon and heard two workers arguing in the back about fighting amongst each other! the whole place is unorderly and poorly managed. I've given this zaxbys a chance because before 2024 | loved the atmosphere and overall the aesthetic. I don't know if management changed or anything but this place is horrid!! Wanted something quick and easy for my daughter and myself. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on wheat. My daughter ordered wings and things. My chicken salad sandwich came out on burnt wheat toast. I sent it back, I'm surprised they sent my sandwich out looking like that. When the new sandwich came out, it looked a lot better and tasted good my daughter's wings and things were good. They are very stingy with the fries. I paid $20 on DoorDash and when I got my food I had 6 pieces of fries. I didn't even get my full 6 buffalo tenders. The chicken was dry and overcooked and instead of my spicy Zaxby's sauce they gave me ketchup packets instead. They had an attitude towards the delivery driver which made him leave. The young lady at register was learning but very accommodating and pleasant the young man in the cooking area was very very helpful and friendly The place was very clean and the makeup of cultural people was wonderful I enjoyed the foods- not overly seasoned- one thing I didn't like The Zaxby's Sauce - too salty after reading ingredients I could see why- so I took the sauces put them in a bowl added my own neutral flavors and made my own flavor! I was unaware that this location didn't do walk-in, given that there were no signs on the door. I simply needed a couple packs of BBQ sauce (because the girl in the drive through didn't give me any). As soon as I take one step inside, somebody's loud pitched, disgruntled mom, who probably hates her job, starts yelling from behind the counter at the top of her lungs at me to get out...not in a classy, professional way, i.e., "Sir, I apologize but we do not allow dine-in at this time.", but a disrespectful, classless, degrading kind of way. I have no problem abiding by rules and policies that are clearly outlined, but this one wasn't. Before I go into any establishment in today's climate, I check the doors to see if I'm allowed to enter. Turns out this restaurant did not have one on this door. This review is really for the online order service. I ordered food to pick up for a few of us and when I went to pick it up, the good news is my order was ready. The bad news is several requested condiments and a beverage were left off. Customer service was nice, and happy to fix the orders after some time, so there's that. If I just grabbed the bags and walked away though, i'd have three salads with no dressing! Beyond that, it's a zaxby's, and if you like this particular chain's fast food, what you expect is what you'll get here too. When I arrived home the 5-piece chicken fingerz I ordered was seemly dissected/cut in what appeared to be two whole fingers cut to make 5 pieces. I returned to this location on 1152 S. Hairston Rd., Stone Mountain, GA 30088, where the food was purchased and went inside and spoke to the manager. After showing her the unappetizing and offensive looking sliced fingerz, she immediately requested a replacement 5 piece from the back. I proceeded to order a wings and things and Britany told me I would have to go outside and get into the drive-thru line and place my order. I reminded her I came back because of Zaxby's error and if she could make an exception and take the order. She said the company does not take orders inside after 9:00 pm. There is a skin girl (possible ts person) that takes the orders that's very rude and seem to be uneducated. She doesn't know how to talk to customers and she neglects her job. I paid for my meal at the window and instead Of handing my card back she goes to the back while having someone else hand me my food. While I noticed they did everything I ask not to be done to my meal, I decided not to even speak on it and just take it as a lost, my card was nor receipt has been handed back to me.
