The zalads were wonderful. But y'all need to open the dining room! Why is still closed? Other fast food places in the area were open. Stopped in for some chicken fingers and fries in early evening after a long day driving. An impressive young man answered my questions, took my order, and kept me informed - communication was refreshing with clarity and eye contact. I believe his name is Tyler according to my receipt. I changed the dipping sauces while the order was being prepared and this was no problem. Got to the car and realized I forgot to ask for some plates/boxes to divide out the food. Went back inside, and a young lady took care of me straight-away. The bathroom was also in nice condition and cleanliness. We live out of state and had seen Zaxby's advertisements during SEC football games. It lived up to our expectations and then some. Possibly the best chicken tenders I've ever tasted. Wings that can hold their own against even the places that do nothing else. It's as good as Bojangles and better than all the other chicken chains. read more

If you are looking for terrible service and raw chicken this is your place Order a salad with no fried onion on an internet order. I picked it up through the drive-thru. I parked and checked my order, because they get it wrong 80% of the time. I had to go inside. They gave it back. I got home and the chicken on my grilled salad was raw. The Good: I have been to this particular Zaxby's a number of times. I've had some good experiences on several occasions. By that I mean the food was hot & at least seemed recently cooked, food arrived fast, and the customer service was polite and professional. The atmosphere is also pretty nice by virtue of this being a somewhat newly constructed site (built within the last two years). The furniture & accessories are new and there are a number of seating options including party booths, single booths, stool seating, plain tables and so etc. The Bad: Unfortunately, I have also had several not as great experiences as well. On these occasions food was not served fresh. It was warm, in some cases cold, and in some cases partially warm & partially cold and had obviously been pre-prepped and sitting under heating lamps for who knows how long. In some cases the customer service was rude to myself or someone else trying to place an order ahead of me and in one or two instances I felt as if my existence was ignored as I waited to place my order. Ultimately, in these cases I remember reflecting on how I wish I had taken my business elsewhere. The Ugly: Customer service aside, there have been at least two occasions on which I felt the food not only was not of sufficient quality but I am actually very confident may have made me sick. The first I cannot recall well but the most recent just happened in the past week. I went to Zaxby's and ordered a club salad to go around 8 pm early during the work week. Customer service was great on this visit, my order was served fairly promptly and all seemed well. Took my food home, enjoyed my meal. Next morning woke up and had a bout with food poisoning. Bottom line: When the service is good, this is a decent place to eat. I personally feel, however, after going to this particular Zaxby's many times, that there has been too much inconsistency in the quality of the service, the food and my overall experience. Went inside to eat 12/17/2017 The girl that waited on us needs a little help on Customer Service. I ordered the Ceaser Salad with grilled chicken and when I got it I was a little upset. It was mainly lettuce only a few pieces of chicken and the croutons were just the butter bread they serve with the regular meals it was just cut up. It was not worth the money at all. read more

Worst zaxbys ever. Not only were they out of several key menu items, the employees were rude and unaccomating.

Today the Zaxby's was disgusting. Trash on the floor, garbage cans overflowing, dirty tables, napkin holders totally empty, and no sweet tea because they were out of sugar. Definitely needs some management! read more

Brand new Zaxby's they recently added! Love their chicken fingers with the Zaxby's sauce on the side. Tamiya is the most wonderful employee there, she runs around making sure everything is the way it's supposed to be. Will definitely be stopping here when passing through. read more
