This place has the best workers and service! Every time I come here the food is always good! I would recommend this Zaxby's to anyone!

today's problem i don't even have to say anything look at how they gave us our food.. my dad told the server she said my bad! laughed and said have a good one ... the customer service there was not good. another hot topic while i'm here for that, their salads haven't been tasting fresh, brown soggy pieces clear unfresh looking cucumbers and grainy soggy tomatoes, as well as the boneless chicken they never put enough sauce on them they're always dry and it didn't used to be like this so now everytime i came to zaxbys it's like everything there is declining, the food, the SERVICE ... the lady taking out order was sweet but the lady that gave us our food today... no thanks. experiences like this make me never want to go back and i live right around the corner. read more

This location is a very busy one. I would suggest you ensure you check your meal before leaving to make sure you have all your items. We ordered via the drive-thru. It mimic the setup like a Chic-fil-a. You have someone take your order, the next stop you pay, the next stop you pick up your food. They do have signs located in the driveway that have a QR code for the menu. It is somewhat helpful, but if you are in the car alone - trying to look and drive - it's better to just wait to get to the main menu or just know what you want before hand. The serve was quick and staff friendly. The outside was very clean and well lit. We ordered a Zak Snack combo. It came to about $8.00 - includes a drink, fries, buttered toast, and three strips of chicken. Nothing really special. I forgot to take photos as we were in a rush. Long day of building up an appetite for you guys to let me down. I asked for a nibblers meal and the service as was actually great. However the contents of my bag weren't originally what I asked for. I failed to check for confirmation but you guys failed me with utter disregard for my request. It's your job to make sure it's correct before leaving your hands. Well, I let about three slide, but at this point something needs to be said. Asked for a grilled chicken salad, got a fried chicken salad. Asked for a chicken sandwich with only pickles, received a bonus ranch sauce as well as pickles - recipient doesn't like ranch, hence the request for only pickles. did not receive dipping sauce for my egg rolls - this is after i already didn't get my grilled chicken for the salad. I'm really tired of paying more for less each and every time. Please just take a beat and get it right. read more

We got here a little after 7pm. We had to wait 10 mins at the most to get our food. Hubs ordered the #4 - (5) boneless wings and I ordered the kids fingerz meal. Everything was delicious and very hot. Elizabeth waited on us and was very polite and professional. The atmosphere was relaxed. Only reason for a 4 was under our table we found cheese and dirty napkins. Probably just needed a good sweep. We are in Wilson often and will definitely come back. read more

I've never had any issues until today, this Zaxby's has some DUMBASS PEOPLE working here. They couldn't understand my order when I ordered it just like it was on the menu, they forgot our drinks, they also forgot the sauce we asked for. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I even sat there in the line waiting to make sure I had all of my stuff, and they STILL didn't give me my drinks. read more

I visited this location yesterday Monday 18 April 2020. The hours posted says 10:00am I pull in the drive thru and someone comes out the back door and says we're not open yet. I said what time are y'all open she states 10:40ish this is not how you run a business open whenever you want to. read more

These people have screwed me over twice in less than a two week period. I am a Dominos driver, and the first incident, I timed an in-store pickup order so that it would be ready by the time I got there on my way back to my store from a delivery. If we aren't too busy, making a quick stop for food is generally fine. It should have added less than 2 minutes to my run, get there, walk in, grab my food off the shelf, make my drink, and move on down the road. When I got there I found the store locked. And since they already had my money, I had to get in their always slow line to get my food. To make matters worse, I ordered my drink as "make your own in the store" because my preferred drink isn't in the app, but can be easily made on the coke remix machines. I finally get up to the pickup door, and they hand me a large lemonade. Told me all they had is that and sweet tea. I don't like either of those. They didn't bother contacting me when I ordered, or bother saying anything when I pulled up to the speaker and told them I was picking up. I would have just told them to give me ice water. All told, I was on the property for over 10 minutes. If I had known I would have to get in line, I never would have ordered in the first place. At the time, they gave me the excuse of "oh, we can't change our hours in the app, people just have to deal with it," a statement I now know is a lie, which brings me to what happened tonight, new years eve. THEY CLOSED EARLY AND LEFT ONLINE ORDERING OPEN. They were literally taking peoples money when there was nobody there making food. I live in Rocky Mount and work in Wilson. The Rocky Mount zaxbys had no issue setting themselves as closed at 5:30 in the app. As did a couple of other locations in the list on the app. Wilson and a couple of others listed 9pm. So I started placing my order as I was pulling off of i95 in Wilson on my way to work, timing it, again, so that I could be in and out fast, and be at work by 7. I figured as early as it was, with the app saying 9pm, I wouldn't have an issue going inside this time. Imagine my surprise when I get there, after they already took my money, and find the store closed and dark. So I then had to drive to Bojangles for food, making myself late for work, because I'm not gonna work til 2-2:30am on no food. read more

What a great restaurant. The salads are always so fresh. All the food is scrumptious! The staff is always super accommodating! I've seen them walk people to their car under an umbrella when sudden rains move in. I've had several orders to pick up and they were so helpful in getting g the food and drinks to my vehicle. My wife and I decided to place an order at the drive through of the Zaxby's on Raleigh Road in Wilson, North Carolina. We placed our order after having to explain the order 3 times to the young girl (Janiya Dublin) who was taking the order. At the conclusion of the order as we do we asked to use our Senior Citizen's Discount. Ms. Dublin stated, "We don't do that anymore". I then enquired if there was a Military Discount as I am a disabled veteran. Ms. Dublin stated, "Naw' we don't have that either." I said, that was fine and we prepared to pay for our order. apparently, Ms. Dublin thought that the microphone headset was mute. but, we heard her say to another worker, "This man keep asking all of these damn questions." I then asked her name and to speak to a manager. I was told that they were all busy. I went inside and shared my experience with the closing manager (Zachary Scarborough). mr. Scarborough informed me that he hadn't heard Ms. Dublin and so this was new to him. I don't understand why this episode took place, but, I can not in good conscience recommend this Zaxby's to anyone. We left and drove to the Zaxby's location in Knightdale, NC. I believe that Richard Gower and the Wilson Team are trying to do their best. but, I believe that the consumers deserve so much better. read more

My boyfriend is currently deployed and has been begging for a care package of Zaxby's sauce. The sweet manager at Zaxby's donated a bunch of Zaxby's sauce for him. My boyfriend got the care package full of Zaxby's sauce today and he is ecstatic. Great customer service!! read more
