I never leave negative reviews, however, I reached out immediately to Uber Eats and this business after Uber Eats instructing me to do so because the restaurant is who charged my credit card, tax and tip even after cancellation. I emailed them directly multiple times only to receive NO reply regarding the situation. I only requested for an in-store credit and for them to correct theit mistake only to be ignored and my account charged $81.00. I find this extremely unprofessional not to mention fraudulent. I cannot speak poorly on their food but I am very upset they did nothing to correct the situation.

This time around I went to the Waterford Lakes location. I love that there is ample seating here and the wall art is beautiful. The menu has expanded quite a bit! Me and my friend ordered two different bowls. Mine was the sweet heat bowl with chicken and it was actually the perfect amount sweet and heat! Everyone working was very friendly, especially when my friend went to grab the trays after we paid and the bowls slipped right off and fell on the ground completely. We felt soooooo bad but they cleaned it up and redid the bowls which I wasn't expecting but was forever grateful that they did. My only comment is if there is a way to get bowls that don't easily slip and slide on the tray, that would be great. We sat and ate and hung out there for a while. Even though we were the only ones that had a bowl slip and mess, we noticed we weren't the only people commenting on how slippery the trays/bowls (not sure which) are.
