Smiling cashier greeted us with such a great, welcoming personality. We ordered a couple burgers which were completely customizable. The little burger has one patty while the regular has two. We opted for the regular and got a hot dog for our little one and a small fry (which was actually a huge portion) to share. Everything was made to order, came out quickly and was hot, fresh and delicious! The fries were excellent. Inside was pretty basic with ample seating and a few high tops. Open kitchen so you can watch your food being prepared. For 2 burgers, a hot dog, one order of fries and a one soda it was about $35, which is a little steeper than I anticipated, but food costs are soaring right now - so I'll pay that for fresh, quality "fast food."

Outside of this location I don't know too much about Five Guys. Here is what I love. If you live close to New Broad St in the Baldwin Park community, you know you can put the order in online and walk to the location with your burgers and/or sandwiches ready to go. Its kept clean and in a pre-pandemic setting they typically offer complimentary peanuts. These come in handy when your hungry and ordered fries ahead. Five Guys have a fresh fry philosophy and so if you order ahead they will not drop the fries until you physically get there. If your an omnivorous family this spot is not going to be your best option. their Veggie sandwich is a little sad compared to other burger joints that are now offering option that are packed with more nutrient that a couple of mushroom, peppers, and onions. They DO NOT have vegan cheese which is a bummer because their French fries are the whole vibe. With that I do appreciate that their menu is simple and not overcomplicated. We do not order off the kids menu because we have noticed that the burger comes out like a hockey puck so save yourself and your kids and enjoy the adult burgers. My husband typically gets his in a lettuce bun which I have to commend because their lettuce bun gives you at least half of the iceberg lettuce had. Overall if your tight on time, live in the area, or just want to get down on some fresh fries than Five Guys in BP has got your back.

When I want to eat a hamburger, I usually come here rather than others. So friendly servers, good location, and delicious meal. I recommend you to eat fries at a hot temperature.

So I am really not a fan of five guys but has nothing to do with five guys more personal. I guess as a cook I find it a little over priced for a burger I can make at home. The place does have fresh burgers and they are very good that's why I gave them the 5 Stars. I just wished it was a little more reasonable for me to bring my family of 6 to eat. Just me alone with a simple burger and small fries and water is almost $13.00 so with a family of 6 I would be looking closer to $78.00. At that price I can take my family to a restaurant like chilis. So again nothing against 5 guys food is good and the concept.

Ahhh, weekend burger fix. Some days we want the fancy, and some days call for a simple treat. For those occasions, Five Guys hits the spot. Reasonably priced, this place turns out consistent juicy burgers with all the fixings. In particular, the fries are the best thing on the menu. Fresh cut fries cooked in peanut oil makes them one of the best of the chain establishments. This location was clean and service was friendly. My wife and daughter were able to place their orders quickly with no wait. After you place your order, you grab a drink (free refills) and a basket of complimentary peanuts. The open kitchen lets you watch the crew as they create your order. About 10 minutes later, we got our order made just right. Our "well done" fries could have been a little bit more cooked but it is so subjective you can't really blame someone on their version of "well done". The burgers were juicy and tasty with generous amounts of fresh toppings. All in all a pretty good snack!

The menu itself was basic but in a good way. The prices were cheap for 2026. We ordered American Cheese Dog baskets, Chili & Cheese fries and drinks. The food came crazy fast and the food was good. Not super gourmet or anything, just mediocre. I wish we had gotten more macaroni salad and our lemonade was meh. There was only one girl working at the time so things did take a little bit longer to come out. The hot dogs were okay not very hot and the toppings were very overwhelming and messy. The loaded tots and my kids regularly tots were under cooked no crisp at all but the bacon and cheese was good on them. My husband got the Detroit dog, which he enjoyed, but given the price, it felt a little small unless you added a side of fries or something. Adding French fries was only about $2 extra, and they were fresh, crispy, and delicious. Service was friendly and quick, and staff specified a a seven-minute wait for our order. There are tables and chairs where you can sit and eat, both outdoors and under covered areas, which is nice if it's not too crowded. It was raining when we visited, and we ended up grabbing a bunch of napkins to dry off the tables and chairs ourselves. There were plenty of staff working, so it felt like someone should have been handling that. Overall, great food and friendly service. Just a little attention to keeping seating dry during rainy weather would make the experience even better.

For the price I paid for the hot dog and a soda, it was a total rip-off. Worst hot dog experience ever. Never again.

Before my Mom and I went, we checked the closing hours. According to our online search, the restaurant closed at 9:30pm. We weren't far away and confirmed via GPS that we would get there by 9:03pm. As we were arriving, I noticed a worker had started removing the outdoor sidewalk sign back inside the restaurant. I asked the worker if they were closing and was told yes. The owner or manager, I would assume he was, stated we could come in. We drove around the building to a dark parking lot. Once we parked, the owner/manager, who was taking out the trash, questioned where I parked. I had parked behind, probably, his car which was closest to where we had to walk around to the front to enter the restaurant. I told him I quickly parked so we can get in and order. Once we entered the restaurant, we tried ordering. The owner/manager was very inpatient once he realized we were ordering food and not ice cream as he said he thought we wanted. I ordered a Chilli Cheese Dog (no bun). Mom got a Regular Hotdog (with condiments) and Plain Tater Tots. As we waited for our food, at least five people came in for ice cream. Our food was prepared in a reasonable time. We left approximately 9:23pm. Mom was satisfied with her food. My Chilli Cheese Dog was short on the Chilli. There was not a lot of Chilli on the hotdog. I don't plan on returning to this establishment.
