Smiling cashier greeted us with such a great, welcoming personality. We ordered a couple burgers which were completely customizable. The little burger has one patty while the regular has two. We opted for the regular and got a hot dog for our little one and a small fry (which was actually a huge portion) to share. Everything was made to order, came out quickly and was hot, fresh and delicious! The fries were excellent. Inside was pretty basic with ample seating and a few high tops. Open kitchen so you can watch your food being prepared. For 2 burgers, a hot dog, one order of fries and a one soda it was about $35, which is a little steeper than I anticipated, but food costs are soaring right now - so I'll pay that for fresh, quality "fast food."

Outside of this location I don't know too much about Five Guys. Here is what I love. If you live close to New Broad St in the Baldwin Park community, you know you can put the order in online and walk to the location with your burgers and/or sandwiches ready to go. Its kept clean and in a pre-pandemic setting they typically offer complimentary peanuts. These come in handy when your hungry and ordered fries ahead. Five Guys have a fresh fry philosophy and so if you order ahead they will not drop the fries until you physically get there. If your an omnivorous family this spot is not going to be your best option. their Veggie sandwich is a little sad compared to other burger joints that are now offering option that are packed with more nutrient that a couple of mushroom, peppers, and onions. They DO NOT have vegan cheese which is a bummer because their French fries are the whole vibe. With that I do appreciate that their menu is simple and not overcomplicated. We do not order off the kids menu because we have noticed that the burger comes out like a hockey puck so save yourself and your kids and enjoy the adult burgers. My husband typically gets his in a lettuce bun which I have to commend because their lettuce bun gives you at least half of the iceberg lettuce had. Overall if your tight on time, live in the area, or just want to get down on some fresh fries than Five Guys in BP has got your back.

When I want to eat a hamburger, I usually come here rather than others. So friendly servers, good location, and delicious meal. I recommend you to eat fries at a hot temperature.

So I am really not a fan of five guys but has nothing to do with five guys more personal. I guess as a cook I find it a little over priced for a burger I can make at home. The place does have fresh burgers and they are very good that's why I gave them the 5 Stars. I just wished it was a little more reasonable for me to bring my family of 6 to eat. Just me alone with a simple burger and small fries and water is almost $13.00 so with a family of 6 I would be looking closer to $78.00. At that price I can take my family to a restaurant like chilis. So again nothing against 5 guys food is good and the concept.

Ahhh, weekend burger fix. Some days we want the fancy, and some days call for a simple treat. For those occasions, Five Guys hits the spot. Reasonably priced, this place turns out consistent juicy burgers with all the fixings. In particular, the fries are the best thing on the menu. Fresh cut fries cooked in peanut oil makes them one of the best of the chain establishments. This location was clean and service was friendly. My wife and daughter were able to place their orders quickly with no wait. After you place your order, you grab a drink (free refills) and a basket of complimentary peanuts. The open kitchen lets you watch the crew as they create your order. About 10 minutes later, we got our order made just right. Our "well done" fries could have been a little bit more cooked but it is so subjective you can't really blame someone on their version of "well done". The burgers were juicy and tasty with generous amounts of fresh toppings. All in all a pretty good snack!

They were moderately busy but not packed at the time. We got our food by the time we had finished getting our drinks. Tables were also being bussed promptly and the restaurant was tidy and clean in general. The chicken fingers themselves were very good quality, and the sauce was different than I was expecting. I liked it well enough but my husband really liked it. The fries were nice and crispy and the coleslaw was one of the better I've had lately. We will come back I'm sure.

We were greeted immediately. I ordered at the counter the basic 3 wings combo (a little over 10 dollars), which included 3 chicken tenders, fries, canes sauce, and a drink. I was told the lemon juice was homemade, so I took that. While the lemons could have been fresher, it was still good with the light of sweetness from the sugar without being overbearing. The 3 chicken tenders are nicely sized and fried perfectly. Crispy breading on the outside, while still being tender and moist on the inside. The canes sauce was mild, but just had the light flavor to enjoy the chicken with. I enjoyed it so much that I used it to dip my fries as well. While most of the fries were crispy and enjoyable, it did get a bit soggy at the end if left out too long. I wish there were more of the cane sauce to enjoy, but it was small portion. Texas toast was also included and that was enjoyable too. It was filling for the slightly over 10 bucks paid. The service was very friendly and cheerful. The staff was upbeat and very helpful, even clearing our plates when done. What I also liked was that there was no option to tip when paying. You just scan your card, and you're done. They call out your name with it is ready, you can pick up the order. The atmosphere is casual with the upbeat dancing music with disco balls in the dining area. If you don't want to go inside, you can use the drive through as well. While it is definitely high in fat and calories, and not the healthiest food, the chicken tenders are very good here. Tender and juicy, while still crispy with the breading. Only combo options are available, and I don't recall whether you can buy anything individually (unless you need an extra item). It's definitely worth visiting for a cheat day, or a nice treat after a hard day's at work or school. Overall: A-

This location is off of 436 not far from Full Sail. The parking lot is easily accessible to get into, but a bit more of a challenge to get back out if you want to head back towards Aloma side after you leave. The roof had several very noticeable water spots (one of the ceiling tiles was water logged and ballooning), which did not lend itself to a 'clean' feeling. The primary food orders appeared to be going through food delivery service orders like GrubHub or Uber Eats. There was only one seated table of patrons at lunch hour during the quick stop in I made. Staff was limited to one server and back kitchen staff of about three. They were checking on customers regularly and did seem to be moving orders quickly. It has the newest marketing campaign jazz showcased throughout - the beef tallow. You can order to go at the register, or opt to sit and eat. Overall: C I miss the days of old for this chain; it hasn't been able to reclaim its spot in our staple rotation of food locations.

As a previous CFA employee, I would've given ANYTHING to have a fan as big as theirs and a walk-in instead of the drive-thru window. The University and Forsyth location was literally down the road from where I live, I stopped there hoping to simply replace the food I had already paid for. Instead of helping, I was met by a team lead named Adaline and another team lead named Gabriel, who immediately told me they could not exchange the food and that they were not going to give me "free food," even though I had already purchased the meal and only wanted a replacement. Adaline stated, "This is not Walmart, we don't do those types of exchanges," and claimed it was not their fault. Gabriel then told me I could repurchase the same food again at a discounted price. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager available at the time. When I asked for the manager's name, I was told they could not provide it due to "privacy," which made no sense considering employees wear name tags displaying their names. I also asked for the phone number to the location and corporate so I could file a complaint, and they refused to provide it, telling me to "just Google it." The way I was treated was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing, as if I were trying to get something for free, when all I wanted was a replacement for food that was not fresh. To make matters worse, they even threatened to call the sheriff, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. This was far from the "my pleasure" customer service experience that Chick-fil-A is known for. I definitely want nearby residents and families to know that this is the kind of service being provided at this location, and experiences like this may explain why the location currently has only 3.5-star reviews.
