I went here today for Eyebrow Threading, no walkins due to Covid19. I was advised to book appointment online. Have to create username and password which i did, but was not able to go into their website. What a waste of time ! I found another Eyebrow Threading nearby with a great service, great price and walkins are welcome. Blessing in disguise. When they first opened at the mall they were a great place to get my brows done, but in the past recent years with new employees the value of their business has gone down. The last time I went there was when the lady coughed on my face while doing my eyebrows, I found it absolutely disgusting. I needed my brows done today badly and I was at the mall so I tried them again. All new people, the lady who took me made me bleed with the thread which has never happened to me before and I have been threading my brows for over 4 years. When she started the bottom of my brow close the the eye she never told me to hold/stretch my skin which caused the irration and bleeding. I'm officially never going back here no matter how desperate I am. I am extremely disappointed is the service I was provided as I was in a lot of pain, and I never had issues threading before. read more

I've been a customer here for a few years. I appreciate the convenience of being able to just walk in and get my brows threaded. I love the Indian (I am pretty sure she is Indian!) woman who owns the place. There is another woman who works here that has created less than ideal experiences, however. She is outspoken and just downright rude at times. She asked me once why I didn't get my lip threaded. (I usually wax it at home). She must've brought it up three times during my 15-or-so-minute session. I was trying to save a few dollars and was a little put off. Today (Sunday June 29), I came in at 5:45. The mall closes at 6:00. She had another woman in her chair and as I walked in she pointedly looked at the clock. "We close at 6". I said I knew that I usually only take 15 minutes. She sighed. I said we could just do my brows and no lip, she wearily said she would do both. Throughout the appointment she mentioned how she should only take her last customer at 10 of 6, (punctured with sighs and grumbles under her breath). I jokingly suggested putting up a sign that said so. She ended up doing both my brow and lip in 7 minutes. It was rushed and we both knew it. Unfortunately the convenience can no longer outweigh the bad treatment by this employee. I won't be back. read more

I don't even want to give this place one star.they don't deserve it. I went in recently because I had noticed that they did eyebrow tinting. Being that I just had my hair done and it being strawberry blonde my dark eyebrows were not going to match . Mind you if I had brown or black hair I would leave them alone. I went in and asked if I could get my eyebrows tinted a lighter color so I could match my hair.the young girl abruptly told me " your fine you don't need to do that, your color is fine" umm no huney my color isNOT fine. She babbled she knows what she is doing she is a stylist. Yeah right. Ok here what is wrong with this picture. First rule of thumb, when a customer wants a service done, you give it to them. I went there this weekend, the day the mall did trick or treating. This store decided to participate. The woman there was so hostile and angry that kids wanted candy. She yelled at any child that took more than one, was irritated they were there and was just basically unpleasant. If you didn't want to participate then don't. She embarrassed a young maybe 4 year old girl that took 2 candies, calling her a thief and made her put one back. I was so appalled I do not plan on going back. Unfortunately Service has gone downhill. The girl was ringing me up she asked me if I had a discount card I said yes I gave her my last name and she made off like she gave me the discount and she was charging me full price. When I questioned her about the price she's like oh sorry and put her head down and the other girl had to come over and help her give me the discount. Rip off will never go back again And I had too fix one of my eyebrows- one was bigger than the other! read more

I don't like leaving bad reviews... but the experience I had here was awful. The girl who butchered my eyebrows stood over me, "what did you DO to your eyebrows? Why do they look like that? They are not even. You're missing parts. Did you cut them?".. while spit was flinging off the thread she was using onto my face. I left and immediately went to sephora for an eyebrow pencil to "fix" what she did. Never again. read more

I had either a trainee or someone that was just completely clueless on how to do eyebrows! They where so misshapen they looked awful! I went to someone in my town to fix my eyebrows & they where shocked at how bad a job they did at Zeba! It's taken a month to get my eyebrows back in shape! I will never go there again! read more

I went to Zeba Beauty today 7/10/18 at approx 6:45PM to get my eyebrows threaded. I sat down on the chair and stated word by word to the lady whose name appears to be Yiotis? "I am very particular about my eyebrows, please don't make them thin and do not remove the arch on the top" all while making gestures to explain what I was talking about. I also stated that my eyebrows have been previously messed up at Zeba Beauty and that is why I began the conversation as such. I usually get my eyebrows done by Meena (I say she has hands of an Angel) but she was not there and I had gone there on two other separate occasions looking for her to no success. I finally caved because my eyebrows were starting to look a bit hairy and allowed Yiotis? to complete the threading of my right eyebrow before asking to take a look. Once she brought the mirror up to my face, I was horrified at what I saw; exactly the opposite of what I asked for, a thin eyebrow! At this point, I was so upset that I got teary eyed and wanted to walk out of the store with one full eyebrow that was not threaded but I allowed her to finish the left as she had already ruined the right. When I expressed to Yiotis? that the eyebrow was too thin and that was not what I asked for, she responded with an attitude "Oh my god, you asked me to do an arch" which is not what I had explained - I told her that I did not want her to remove the already existing natural arch on the top of my eyebrow, not to remove hair on the bottom to create an arch. I paid and left the store visibly upset. After arriving home, I called Zeba Beauty and expressed to Yiotis? that I was very upset at the way she did my eyebrows especially with a special event coming up...All while crying, I advised that she should not work there as she could not follow basic instructions. She apologized and I asked to be refunded the money. She stated she would discuss with a manager. About 30 mins later, I was CALLED BACK by the other lady that was working there today claiming that I was rude to the girl who did my eyebrows. It is clear that she wanted to initiate a confrontational call with me as she only called me to tell me this and not to offer anything else or apologize. As far as I know, expressing your thoughts/feelings on a service that you are PAYING for is absolutely OK and most people in the service business actually want to hear what the customer has to say so that they are happy, come back and give them positive word of mouth. Not only did this lady call to tell me that I was rude, but she also told me that there were many places that I could get my eyebrows done and that I did not need to go to Zeba Beauty in the future. I asked her when I would receive a refund and she remained silent. I said hello several times and she disconnected the call. I called back and she claimed not to have disconnected the call and stated I would need to call back the manager tomorrow to receive a refund despite my request for her to write down my info. In my opinion, neither of these girls should be employed at Zeba Beauty. Yiotis? for not being able to follow basic instructions and being open to customer feedback and the other girl for inappropriate behavior of calling a customer back to retaliate. If the owner is reading this review, please know that they are making a very bad impression on your business. If despite my review, you decide to go to this place, please only get your eyebrows done with Meena, she is the only person who I could truly trust here. read more

The indian women there did a great job the past few times I went. ATTENTION: There is a white woman (dark hair, white skin, and blue/green eyes) there who did my eyebrows today at around 4pm. I asked that she make them slightly more even and keep them thick.. she made them uneven and butchered them. It was as if she did it on purpose and I was so nice to her. I really love the way Jamie does my eyebrows. She's done them several times over the past years. She shapes them the best out of anyone else I've had at zeba. She is as gentle as possible and I've never experienced any pain out of the ordinary. If she isn't working I return another evening when she is. She's always personable and chats with me as she is threading. Jamie knows her stuff when it comes to shaping brows! I've taken her advice on not trimming as much as I previously did and I'm finally achieving the look I've been wanting! read more

Been coming here for a few years to get my eyebrows threaded and don't have a complaint! I love the convenience of the location, I can get my eyebrows done then walk around the mall. I suggest not wearing eye make up when you go because the eyebrows that come off will get stuck in your eye if you do. read more

Do not go here! I had gone there twice and each time she gave me a very hard time because I didn't get my eyebrows threaded. The second time she kept at it even though I told her I wouldn't be good at getting my eyebrows threaded because I'm really sensitive and I flinch easily. She still thought that this was ridiculous and insisted and was very rude. When I did decide to do threading I started flinching as soon as it started. she yelled at me and asked why I was moving so much. Didn't I just explain to you why??? Stay away! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! The women is super RUDE and openly INSULTING. I didn't even get anything done. I was just there with my friend while she got her eyebrows threaded. After my friend was done, I wanted to ask the women the difference between threading and waxing. She made it seem like I had asked the dumbest question ever. She then proceeded to insult me by saying "what happened to your eyebrows. They are way to thin." I told her I have very fair and light colored hair and she said no they were not done good and I need to grow them out and come to her. I will never ever go there after her being rude and insulting. do not go there!!! worst place!!! this woman messed up my eyebrows so bad!! they are crocked, she took hairs from random places, and there is a big dent on my eyebrows. i walked in with eyebrows and i walked out with none. it is sooooo bad. to the point where this business should be shut down. the worst place to get your eyebrows. i have a special event this weekend and my eyebrows are completely 100% screwed. why work doing eyebrows, if you cant do them!? this woman needs to be fired, she is terrible, and when i complained she was offended, hello i am the one with no eyebrows. do not go to this place, this business needs to get shut down. terrible!!! read more

Just like many past reviewers here, I wouldn't even give one star if I could. So I walk in to this store for the first time this week. I tried to explain to the white woman who attended to me that a part of my eyebrow has low growth and how to go about shaping it (because it was my first time here!) and she brushed me off. Then, another person walked in to the store wanting to get her eyebrows done and the attendant asked her to wait for five minutes. From that moment, she was in an extreme hurry to finish me up and was getting frustrated not knowing how to thread along the complicated area and showed me the final shape up in which one eyebrow was clearly longer than the other. I asked her if she would use scissors to shape up and she made a series of rude comments which I ignored. I asked for a tweezer and shaped it myself then she went on repeating like a million times, "you took too much off". Well, for starters, I'd know how I like my eyebrows shaped up now, isnt it? The final blow for me came when she refused to do my upper lip saying the other person who walked in after me was waiting...(and she was another walk-in just like me not a client with an appointment) I guess this woman does not understand what "first come, first serve" means. I was so disappointed and angry at the way I've been treated I paid up and left. I also came to know she's an employee and not the owner of the store. It's a shame that such rude people who can't even have a decent conversation are employed when millions are homeless and suffering. And it's an even bigger shame that the owner does not seem to read these reviews because it looks like others who have left negative reviews had to deal with the same person. read more

I would not recommend going to the White Woman that works at this place. I had been watching the Indian Woman work on clients for about 20 minutes when she came back from lunch. She did a rushed job, and it looked like crap - uneven to the point where it was very noticeable and she stunk like cigarettes - And just her attitude made me feel like customers were such a burden to her. When I left I was feeling a little sorry for myself that I had the bad luck of getting stuck with her instead of getting the much better outcome that the other patrons were having. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for a few years, and I'm new to the area, so I thought I'd try this place out. STAY AWAY! As soon as I walked through the door, the girl was ultra rude. I told her I wanted my eyebrows done. She asked if she should "just clean them up," and I responded, "Yeah, I like their general shape." She snipped at me, "Well that's what a clean up means." Well sorryyyy. Then she asked "Do you want them even?" What kind of a question is that? It was just her snippy way of telling me that she thought my eyebrows weren't even to begin with. I just said yes, and she started threading. I tried to chat with her and told her I had just moved here, and she answered "WHY would you move HERE?!" She just seemed like an unhappy person, and her demeanor was super awkward. She finished and handed me a mirror...disaster. Instead of a natural-looking shape with an arch, my eyebrows are rainbow-shaped and super thin. One is significantly thinner than the other. When I got home, my husband looked at me, horrified, and asked what the heck I had done to my eyebrows. It's the only time he has ever even noticed that I got them done, much less had such a negative reaction. The entire experience was uncomfortable, and I now look like a 13 year old girl who over-plucked because she has no idea how to do her eyebrows. Trust me, steer clear of this place. read more
