Under new management and reopened after covid. We ate at the restaurant Sat evening 2-11-23. Pizza was great, although they burned the first one and we had to wait quite a while for the replacement. Very clean, (come on, it's new). The outdoor seating is cool, especially with their flaming gas heaters (literally, there are FLAMES!). Best part is that their bar serves a bunch of local brews including Black Raven! The only issue some will have is that parking is EXTREMELY limited.... you have to park in the underground parking of the red160 building, and there aren't many spots to begin with. DON'T park at QFC across the street, otherwise you could be ticketed or towed. QFC gets quite pissy about Red160 tenants, and Zeeks patrons parking over there. Oh and DO NOT tail-gate a resident into the gated parking. You'll be able to get out of the garage and over to Zeeks, but you won't be able to access your car in the garage when you're done with your visit. ( ... Or DO park in the resident garage. Residents with views of the garages have had fun watching confused customers try to figure out how to get back in. Just got home from a fabulous dinner at this Zeeks Restaurant. I'm not sure why there are so many sub-par reviews of this place. My only theory is that, now that Zeeks has been open here at this location for a few months, they've worked all the kinks out. My party was seated within 10 minutes (the place was full but a booth vacated). The place was nicely decorated and very clean. The waiter was friendly and attentive. We ordered the chop salad and it was HUGE. We all shared it - and it was delicious! We also ordered the chicken club pizza. The large was HUMONGOUS. And it, too, was delicious. We were stuffed - and still had to bring over half of it home. THe waiter came with our drink refills without us asking him to. We left very full, and happy. My only gripe concerns the parking (or lack thereof). THe parking garage has very few spots for visitors and those they do have are small. I mean, very small. And the garage layout is a nightmare. Three vehicles were reversing out as I was entering, trying to navigate around a corner. It was scary bad. And street parking is very limited. Luckily, we live fairly close, so we'll probably just walk next time. read more

Terrible service on delivery orders. I placed an on-line order at noon for a 5:20pm delivery (I only live about two miles away.) My order was not delivered until 6:05pm. No explanation except that they were busy because of the Super Bowl. Initially when I called they said it was already delivered, which was not correct. I then asked them to check again. They said they used DoorDash (which I did not order through). Again, no offer of a delivery fee refund for being 45 minutes late, at which point I was given cold pizza and cold wings. I am not one to usually give much or reviews but this was very required. We went to Zeeks Redmond today and met a server who was exceptionally kind . On arrival he helped us with the guidance for our parking . Moving on he was very respectful and good natured while taking our order . There was a delay in our food but he was very kind enough to apologize . But the real sweet thing was when we left our boxes pizza at the restaurant he ran and caught up with us just as we were nearing the parking . We did not catch his name but the service he provided made us want to come back just to have just a pleasant service . You have risen the bar for all Zeeks in our eyes . Really awesome pizza! I think this is the best place for a pie in Redmond! We had the White Album which was soooo good! My kids even enjoyed it (and you know how picky kids can be!) we also had some bread sticks but they were very thin and crispy, which is not so much my thing but they did have a great flavor. The delivery time to our location was quick! It was less than 30 minutes and we're near Albert Einstein Elementary. Driver was courteous and pizza was in great condition. read more

I guess Zeeks Pizza is the world's attempt at creating higher-end pizza. Actually, I shouldn't say "the world," since this restaurant is apparently unique to King County. I had still never heard of them until recently, and so I wanted to give them a chance. After all, there's a ton of large pizza chains that we've all heard of and see everywhere. This is something refreshing. The old Pizza Hut that was across the street closed down and this kind of took its place. This is an improvement in a few ways, but it's still not the best pizza out there. I walked into this restaurant and was escorted to the bar area. It's a small, dimly-lit place with at least six HDTVs. Seriously, why does a pizza restaurant need that many TVs? It's also very clean, but this shouldn't come as a surprise considering how it just newly opened. Service was rather friendly. I ordered a small "Buffalo Soldier" pizza and the wait took a little under fifteen minutes. I'm hoping they take their time to cook these pizzas. I've had pizzas made in much less time, but it's not a big deal. A small pizza here is ten inches in diameter, so it should be enough for one person. This one came with blue cheese dip, which was a nice touch and basically ensured that the pizza would never be tasteless. Even without the dip, they really got the flavor, texture, softness, and temperature right. It's seriously one of the best pizzas in recent memory I remember having. This pizza is even better than some of the ones I've had in France. The Pacific Northwest can do pizza better than Europe! The bill for this came to $18.56. It turns out I looked at the menu too carelessly and thought it would only be $11.95, but the waiter told me that only applies to the cheese pizza. For the one I got, it would be $16.95. Silly me. Well, that's a lot more than what I was expecting to pay, so there's a disappointment. For a small pizza, I find that to be excessive. It was good, I'll tell ya that. But add in tip, and I'm not too thrilled with the idea of paying more than twenty dollars for pizza for a single person. I mean it's a pizza, not some sort of culinary masterpiece. I told them kids at the party are waiting and I asked if they could take new order and prepare in 10, 15 minutes. They said yes. End result; I got the pizza in 40 minutes, kids were very disappointed at the party and most of the pizza went to waste. You know those times when you need a chain restaurant with enough space for a group but you don't want to bother making a reservation? Like after soccer practice or for a celebratory finale to something? You basically need a Red Robin, but what if you happen to hate Red Robin? Well hello Zeeks!! This local chain makes some pretty awesome pizza. I prefer slightly thinner, crispier crust, but it's still really good. The toppings are flavorful and well thought out. They accommodate groups, and they've recently procured this very handy location! The Thai pizza is good for those who like spice (you can choose your stars!). My personal favorite is the Tree Hugger. Mmmmmm.... The service here has always been 5-star worthy and I have never had to ask for a refill on my iced tea. They have TVs, but keep the volume low enough when you're not in the bar so it's not disturbing to those who don't care about football or rodeos or whatever other uninteresting thing they have on. :) It's kid friendly, group-friendly, beer-lover friendly, and Jessica-friendly. read more

Mixed feelings, man. Mixed feelings. There's been times when I came here and had a great experience, and there's been times where everything went wrong. Since this is the internet, I'll focus on the negative: One time, I came here to get afternoon tipsy and watch the Mariner's game, so I walk into the downstairs bar, and literally PASSED THE BARTENDER AND SAID HI on my way in, so she knew I was going in there. I sat in there for 30 minutes, and she eventually came in and said, "Oh, I didn't know you were in here." And I was like, "???????????" Then, I wanted to order BBQ wings (which are great, by the way. Their wings are f***ing great), and she said they're out of wings. Out of wings, really? At this point, I gave up and went somewhere else. And I was totally grumps from the hunger and it kinda ruined my day, tbh. Also, I find it annoying that they pretty much never offer pizza by the slice. I don't know if they only offer it for lunch, or what, but this place is on the first floor of my apartment building, so when I go there, it's after work. Not for lunch. Annoying. Also, it's really, really cold in there. Not really a negative remark about the establishment, more of a general observation. Bring a sweater. read more

I live in the Red160 apartments above Zeek's and was excited to see Zeek's open recently. I dined there the second night they were open -- pizza was very good (sorry Pagliacci's, I love your pizza but until you decide to deliver to downtown Redmond it'll be Zeek's for me). The only complaint I have is that the server was pretty inattentive (this isn't to say service was slow, the pizza came out quickly). We just had to almost wave down our server to refill our drinks and bring us a check. I'm sure they'll work it out though being so new. This is pizza perfection here! Especially the Puget Pounder with added cherry bombs. Seriously. I cannot get enough of those delicious cherry bombs! I had to hunt them down and found some at Trader Joe's. Seriously add these hot and sweet little babies to any pizza and you won't be disappointed. Sure their pizza is a little pricey, but I'd pay a little more to have better tasting pizza, and better ingredients! And I love their crust. We were very happy, but, we still had upset stomachs like we have in the past from Zeeks pizza. I wish we knew why we get upset stomachs from Zeeks more frequently than not... But who are we to complain when Pagliacci, another staple in our pizza delivery service providers, couldn't perform with the snowy circumstances? Much appreciated Zeeks! I was a little hesitant to try this place out based on the other reviews, but we were looking for some dinner at 8:00 on a Sunday night and Flying Saucer closed at 9:00. We were greeted by a friendly host and though we could have had our pick of booths in the main restaurant, our party of four decided to seat ourselves in the bar. The bartender was pleasant, friendly, and prompt with his service. At one point he noticed my water glass had filled with tiny flakes of pizza crust from being too close to the pizza tray when the slices were served (they elevate the trays on stands). Instead of simply continuing to fill that glass (which didn't matter to me - it was my fault it got dirty), he ran to grab me a new one. We got a large Kitchen Sink pizza (pretty much all the traditional meat and veggie toppings there are), though they had some other unique combinations I'd be willing to try on my own. The pizza was HUGE - between the four of us, we still ended up with two slices leftover! And, there were so many toppings, they were falling off all over the place (good and bad - probably could have used a little more cheese on top to keep them together). I liked the sauce - not too tomatoey. The crust was just about right - not too thin, not too thick, but it could have been a little fluffier. It's not the best pizza I've ever had, but it was certainly a decent pie and I'm willing to go back. read more

This was by far the best pizza I ever had - the Woodbutcher as recommended to me, but with jalapeños - was the best ever!! How is it that this place makes pizza exciting and new, as if it was the first time I've ever had pizza?! Their crust is the absolute best. Crisp but not charred. It's firm - so as to be steady and flat while eating it versus a droopy mess with toppings falling all over your plate or lap. That made every bite equally AMAZING! The Good: The food was pretty good. The pizza was not as high quality as the Kirkland branch. However, their wings definitely made up for it. If you come for the pizza, you will not be disappointed. Two families walked in. Two families walked out. Why? They would not seat us in this empty restaurant in two tables. We were only allowed to sit in one place because they were afraid our kids would run around between the two tables. This designated area was already occupied. It felt strange standing there waiting while so many tables were available. Our kids ages ranged from 3rd grade to high school. I have never felt bad in a restaurant before. I left feeling deflated. Zeeks is ok. It's definitely better than your Pizza Huts and Dominos and Papa John's, but you're going to pay at least double for the privilege. They do have a few interesting pies, but I admit I'm a traditionalist and will stick to the basics instead of the pesto, goat cheese, pine nuts, and sprouts. Personally I also find their pizzas to be too bready. That aside, they seem to have quality ingredients. Pagliacci is a way better bet and roughly the same price; however, they don't usually start delivery until 4pm, which kinda sucks on a football Sunday. So in that sense, it's good to have another halfway decent pizza option in Redmond. Summary: a little bready and expensive, but not a bad pizza. read more
