Ordered a giant slice of Hawaiian pizza and it came out super hot, fresh, loaded with toppings, and perfectly cheesy! The mango with chamoy and tajin was so ripe and delicious too. We did have to wait a few minutes for the pizza to be ready but it was so worth it. A meal here for 1 person will probably run you $15. We decided to go to our old favorite place tonight, due to exploring something different. Great choice. We ordered online, got immediate information on pizza ready time. It kept us informed up to the minute. We walked a couple minutes prior, and waited about 2 minutes to get our fresh hot pizza. The team working acknowledged us immediately, gave us the status. You've been here a few times so I can give your general idea what it's like. Do not go to the Spider-Man pinball machine because it frequently doesn't work and we eat your quarters sometimes one of the cooks can get it restarted but it's mostly pretty annoying. The bathroom are typically speaking clean, but they're also hidden in a weird part of the pizzeria. Speaking of weird in the middle of the pizzeria is a bar that is not functional whatsoever. It really seems like they're losing out on a great customer base by not utilizing the bar Down to the main event pizzas appetizer sodas what you're really there for I would say the food is pretty mid. I'd compare it to the quality of Papa John's without the franchise taste in the dough. They're definitely more generous with their toppings than Frankie's pizza even though Frankie's pizza is definitely way better. read more

Since I first posted my first review two years ago it's literally NIGHT AND DAY at FP. While the service at FP has always been bad....i can't tell you how many times I stand at their counter COMPLETELY IGNORED. They never greet you when you walk in. They just continue working and basically acting like you aren't there until IT FITS THEIR SCHEDULE to finally look up and ask "what do you need?" Ummmm....no "HELLO?" No "HOLA?" No "thanks for coming in would you like to order something?" Nope. You are clearly JUST A NUISANCE to them. With that said...I chose to overlook their crap service cuz I felt their pizzas were at least good enough to negate their poor customer service skills. However, they don't even have that going for them anymore. You ask for extra sauce. You don't get it. You ask for extra cheese. You don't get it. You ask for no olives...guess what? You get olives. Sauce is BASIC tasting at best. Tastes like it comes out of a can...not homemade like they state. I'm Italian. I know HOMEMADE RED SAUCE/GRAVY. regardless....even IF (that's a big IF) homemade...it's still blah tasting sauce and blah tasting other ingredients. So because of their deteriorating quality of food and poor customer service I basically stopped going to FP. Until the other day. An unexpected change in dinner plans left us scrambling to find something to eat and since it was already kind of late we didn't want to have to drive too far for pizza so decided to give FP another try. I went online to order a couple of pies. My son's fav pizza is BBQ Chicken pizza so I went to order that first. I'm sorry...but WHAT?? You are asking HOW MUCH FOR A PIZZA?!? I even asked my son and my husband to GUESS how much FP was charging for a large BBQ Chicken pizza. Both thought they were hitting high with their guess when they said $29. Nope. $30? Nope. $35? NOPE. FLYING PIE PIZZA...WITH THE CRAP SERVICE AND BLAH TASTING INGREDIENTS (btw....who puts WHOLE PIECES OF CILANTRO....STEM AND ALL...in their dishes?..too lazy to even remove the stems?! So you have strings/stems all over the pizza too....You can tell they just grab it and toss it on....with minimal prep) is charging $37...basically $40 for a pizza!! Was it always that price and I just didn't notice?? Or is this yet another GREEDY restaurant spiking their prices....gouging their customers like we just gonna continue to pay insane prices for CRAP FOOD?! Regardless....i thought Pagliaci's was fairly expensive when compared to other places (that's our fav pizza place now btw....but I was willing to give FP another chance cuz it's just a five min drive to pick up dinner as opposed to having to jump on 90 and pick it up from Pagliacci) but at least with Pagliaccis you get GREAT SERVICE....you are greeted every time you walk in like they actually are APPRECIATIVE of you choosing to give them your business...and you get fresh, flavorful ingredients, sauce, etc. But even at Pagliaccis...they don't charge that much!! I'm sorry. Far too many dings against FP to continue giving them our business. You gonna charge $40 for a subpar, with stringy cilantro stems on a BBQ Chicken pizza..the least you can do is say "HELLO, THANKS FOR COMING!" We will NEVER go back and I would NEVER recommend this place. Far better pizza places to choose from in Issaquah. Pagliaccis is only two exits up on I90. And yes, that's where we ended up getting our pizza that night. Only bummer is they don't have a BBQ Chicken. But if they did I know the chicken would not be dried up BLAH tasting JERKEY NUGGETS with stemmy, stringy cilantro all over it! read more

We ordered online and it said it would take about 30 minutes. We did notice the menu ingredients online for make your own pizza didn't quite match the online order form. We asked in the comments section for them to add roasted red peppers if they had them since it wasn't listed. We ordered one Miss Piggy 16" pizza and one make your own: thing crust, pepperoni, meatballs, mushrooms, roasted red peppers with red sauce. If you order online and spend more than $35 be sure to add the coupon code "FREEPIZZA" for a 12" free cheese pizza. The bill came to $79.20 for two 16" pizzas...honestly it's a ton of money for two pizzas for four people. Knowing we also were getting a 12" pizza made it a bit more tolerable for the cost. But let's be honest- $5-6 PER TOPPING is just crazy when the basic pizza begins at $22. They were ready when we drove over. They are tasty and were not overcooked. BUT the make your own pizza was thin crust on the order and the crust looked exactly the same as the Miss Piggy thick crust so that was confusing. The amount of ingredients was good- thank goodness because $5-6 per topping is a bit insane. For me it's the taste of the pizza that gives it 4 stars along with the coupon code giving us an additional 12" pizza...the cost of the pizzas was 2 stars for me. I want workers to get a living wage but costs have gone up to a ridiculous amount for everything lately- even pizza. My husband said they have certain pizzas each day (pizza of the day) that are discounted and if we had gotten the Miss Piggy pizza on Wednesday it would have been $19.97 for the year they opened 1997. I see us ordering from them again but we will be strategic in ordering on the pizza of the day and/or coupon code for free cheese pizza. read more

I came here for dine in last night, but we ended up doing take out because they require vaccination for dine in and not everyone was. It took about 45min for our order to be ready and we were able to wait inside for our order, but it was so worth the wait! We had 1/2 vegetarian and 1/2 pesto (no feta) and I think the vegetarian was my favorite, although they were both tantalizing. The crust was the best part! Thick, golden brown and chewy. It was loaded with all of the toppings of a combo and I loved the addition of the fresh tomato. With a side of ranch it was the perfect slice of pizza! The pesto was also amazing. Pros: daughter thought the overpriced rotisserie pizza oven was cool, the owner was nice and gave stickers to her. The homemade sausage was good and you can tell they use quality mozzerella Cons:. Just about everything else! Some people might like that heavy crust, it's not terrible but not my personal favorite. In general the pie was very heavy, more cheese than needed given the bake time. There was an aproperate amount of sausage (not overloaded) yet it was incredibly greasy. It was so greasy the pizza chef dabbed it with napkins for a while (very unprofessional in an open kitchen) before placing it in my to go box. It was still sloppy & better air fryer reheated once the grease cooled. Oh and I forgot, when I first ordered in person I wanted a 16" with 3 toppings. It came to I think $54 with tax. Drove all the way up from Cottage Grove, Oregon to see my granddaughter and her family. She recommended this place for pizza and it was great. Love the comfortable atmosphere and the friendly service. I do have one complaint though. I ordered a large combo number two and my daughter, her husband and their kids ordered a Canadian bacon with pineapple pizza and a plain cheese pizza. And you know what?! They all ate MY pizza. I'd heard a lot about this place from word of mouth and wanted to try it with my fiancé since we've recently moved to the area. We went for lunch and we're able to seat ourselves quickly! We ordered 12 Italian mild wings, a 12 inch supreme #1, and their mac and cheese with chicken and bacon. The appetizers arrived in 15 minutes, and the pizza came hot in 25 minutes but everything came out piping hot! The big wave ale I had cold and the staff were very nice to us! I think we'll definitely be back again! Their pizza was especially delicious! Crust was crispy and the spicy sausage was amazing! The mac and cheese could have used more seasoning, but the wings were crispy and tasty! Still use quality ingredients and one of the rare places offering linguica (though razor thin nowadays). I recommend they watch their quality control given the price point. Ordered 4 pizzas totaling over $100 and 2 of them were missing many toppings. Pep, bacon jalapeño ended up just pep. Chicken and Chiven had no bacon nor chives. This is the best pizza. Though their menu is meat-heavy, I was able to build my own pizza combination, and they pulled it off better than any others have. Thin crust with marinara sauce, roasted garlic, and black olives are always a good pairing, but Flying Pie constructed it with such delicacy and intention. The crust was crispy and golden, the sauce and cheese just enough to stick the toppings on (I have quite a horror of pizzas overdressed). The proportions, too, of garlic and olives were well balanced: neither stingy nor overflowing off the slice. This review is more about the total lack of FPP Management response to our last visit experience. FPP has some of the best pizza in the Seattle area. We love their combo II. We have been going to their Issaquah location for many, many years. The number of less than stellar visits total less than 3-4 so wouldn't you expect FPP Management would respond when we detailed a totally overcooked pizza and asked for a credit? Not a word after two "contact us" efforts! When you pay over $30 for a 16" pizza and almost $20 for a pitcher of beer the pizza should not be so overcooked that the usual great flavors and moisture are baked away. Go to domino's if you are in a hurry as the large combos take 45 min or so but have a beer while you wait it will be worth it.
