Am I right, gals? We are often in Dallas so when I read that there was a Sarah Flint Pop-Up at my favorite mall - NorthPark - I had to see what all the hype was about. First of all, their customer service was absolutely amazing! I was like a kid in a candy store and tried on several styles in different sizes and they were very patient with me as I walked around their store. This included walking in the back where there are wood floors to see how the pumps felt on a hard surface. Have you noticed how shoe stores have carpeting and you're thinking, these shoes aren't too bad. Then the minute your foot hits tile, cement or any hard surface it's instant pain in the ball of your foot and you feel unsteady as the smooth sole of the shoe slips underneath you. Talk about a balancing act! The first shoe I tried on was The Perfect Pump 85mm. They are leather inside and out. The material feels buttery soft against your skin. And because they're a natural material your foot breathes so no sweaty feet. When my foot stepped onto the wood the pumps felt the same as on carpet! Really! I continued to try on other styles such as the Natalie flat in the color saddle, the Rosie in an assortment of colors and the The Perfect Jay 85mm. But between each style I'd try on The Perfect Pump again, and walk around to see if they still felt good. Like I said, the sales associates were very accommodating and so helpful. Once I decided to take the plunge on the pump in Black they helped me set up an account and were able to add the influencer code for a discount. These shoes are an investment, ladies. However, you'll actually be able to wear these shoes so you'll definitely get your money's worth out of them. The associate told me that if the shoes don't hold up they stand behind them. You just ship them back for repair, free of charge. They also have free shipping and returns if you want to try them yourself and don't live in NYC, Dallas or Nashville. I'm so excited to have a pair of beautifully crafted black pumps. I've found my rainbow unicorn! I recently heard of Sarah Flint and checked out the website thinking I would have to order yet another pair and hope I chose the right size, but then I saw that there was this Dallas store. I drove to the store with another pair of excellent quality suede black heels that I had ordered from another brand, and upon walking into the Sarah Flint store, I was greeted by a friendly sales woman, Ada. I let her know what I was looking for, and she showed me three styles that were all beautiful black suede heeled styles and brought me my size. I typically wear a 9 1/2 or 10 in US sizing, and anywhere from a 40 to 41 in Euro or Italian sizing, so I am often confounded on what size to order. I tried a 40 in the Perfect Emma, Perfect Round Toe Pump, and the Perfect Pump 85 as well as a 41 just to compare. The 40 fit perfectly snug and I chose the Perfect Emma. It is a beautiful shoe. But what really sets it apart is the impeccable construction and the innersole has slight cusioning and arch support which is such a rarity in heels and dress shoes. The shoes are expensive, but I believe an excellent value considering the quality and comfort as well as timeless styles that will truly last. There was one other lady trying on shoes and she seemed to be receiving very attentive and friendly service as well from another associate. I will surely be a repeat customer and recommend Sarah Flint shoes to friends and family! Thank you.
