On my first day, Dr. Kang x-rayed my neck, which is where my problem originated from to include a pinched nerve, which caused tingling and numbness in the left side of my left hand to include the blade and the ring and pinky fingers. It showed my spine in my neck was out of alignment, as well as age degeneration. I began a 3 month treatment of spinal decompression with traction. Unfortunately, there was no improvement during this time, and Dr. Kang was visibly shaken by the non-results. I was his first patient not to have any improvement in that area. At the end of the three months treatment another x-ray was taken. This x-ray showed definite improvement in the alignment of my spine as can be seen in the accompanying two photographs. The red vertical line shows how my spine should be aligned, and the second will show how the difference had narrowed significantly at the end of my three months treatment. Apparently the degeneration was so great that it prohibited any improvement. There was absolutely no pressure from Dr. Kang to continue treatments. He was sincerely dismayed that he couldn't help me. His staff is efficient and professional. The office is kept extremely clean. In spite of not receiving any relief, I highly recommend Zen Care and Dr. Kang. read more

Called to get care & their communication is not it. I had been in a lot of pain and discomfort and was looking for a place where my insurance is accepted. Long story short a woman confirmed that I had coverage. I got the day off work only to be told they had yet to clear my Insurance and I'd pay out of pocket if I got care.
