I enjoyed my first time so much, I ended up getting a 5 pack package deal. the deal is basically buy 4 get 1 free. so I finally came back and brought my hubs. we both had a relaxing time. they were very accommodating when we let them know we'd be a little late. and were very professional and kind. they sat us in the same curtained room. they had little baskets to put your stuff in. i got a little towel to change into and a nice warm blanket. we were treated with a good scalp massage and wash, scalp steam treatment, mini facial, upper body massage, and blow dry. the only thing that bothered me was during the facial. they would wipe my eyes, cheeks, forehead, nose and mouth, then go back to the eyes another time. I feel like that was unnecessary and may introduce bacteria to the eyes. other than that, I really enjoyed my treatment! I left with super shiny smooth hair and my friends even noticed the following day how shiny it still was. im impressed by zen head spa and cant wait to return. read more

Went here with my gal pals for my birthday. First time going. And it was truly amazing. We took up the whole suite. They took such amazing care of us. They had a sweet birthday greeting for me with a sign and treats. Such a wonderful surprise. The place was clean and decorated nice. All the services they said we got they completed. I had a good experience during my 1st time visit. Eventhough it was a bit confusing in the beginning when I check in and didn't know what to expect. I didn't know that I was going to be sharing a room or space with another person. The place is very nice and clean. The ambiance is nice. My favorite was the neck and shoulder massage, I wish it was longer. The pressure was good, the scalp massage also good, but could use more pressure on it. Oh, I had the Sakura package (45 min) Overall, I like it and enjoy it. I like the smells all of the products they're using, from the shampoo, conditioner, mask, lotion and the hair products. I don't know what happened in the beginning, I was with this girl (I think her name was Win, but then she got pulled out and 10-15 min later, someone else came in to replace her (which I think it was the owner that replaced her) Just a few tips if u come to this place, remove any jewelry (necklace), and wear a blouse or shirt with buttons, so u can hv an open upper body (which I think the place should provide a top to cover your body (just like if u go to a spa or reflexology place), so not just a blanket covering your body. I found this place on IG and booked an appointment with a deposit. I got the Shizuka for 75 minutes. Their products have a very strong smell which I loved. If you're sensitive let them know. The girl was very thorough with my face, hair, neck and back. I loved the breakdown of time for each area spent. The pressure was perfect and she checked in with me to make sure I liked it. At the end, she blow dried my hair and asked me for feedback. I got a little bottle of water, too. They don't have the water ring around the head but I don't feel the need for it because the girl was so thorough with her scalp massage. The owner also explained to me their style is different. The facility was very nice and clean. Each person was separated by curtains. I have sensitive skin and haven't reacted to anything and it's been the whole day. The shop is located at the far right of the plaza and there's ample parking along the side. Very much worth the price I paid. I'll be coming back. read more

I spent my birthday here and it was such a great experience I had Naomi and she was so great at massaging my shoulders and back. She made sure I was okay and was able to do a well deep tissue, truly felt amazing. My face and hair was so smooth my family and friends were complimenting it before I told them about my massage. I even came 10 minutes early ready to wait (before they even opened because I was the first appt) and they took me immediately and even went over my time with me! Did not feel rushed at all. The ladies here worked so hard and were so welcoming and friendly! I was hesitant pre paying for the tip when I booked, but my girl got in there and gave me the best massages. They gave me a water when blowdrying and they styled it and thoroughly dried it well. Great experience overall for the price! I got the Heiwa treatment which is an 85 minute experience including scalpt treatment, next and shoulder massage, and face massage. . Zen had an in credibly relaxing atmosphere with calming soft music playing at the perfect volume to help you relax. From the moment I sat down to the end of the treatment, I felt pampered and received and I credibly relaxing experience. Every moment helped relieve stress and i could feel myself feeling more and more relaxed. My hair tends to be on the greasy side and I typically have to wash it every other day. They hair treatment cleaned my hair so well that I didnt have to wash it for 4 days with use of dry shampoo.
