God forbid I literally ever want to come here and buy some weed! Literally stopped coming here last year bc every single time I went, the staff was on break for god knows how long. I'd wait around, even go run errands come back and still on break. I'm not joking this has happened to my friends and me so many times at different times of the day we stopped coming here. GOD ONLY KNOWS WHY I THOUGHT TODAY WOULD BE DIFFERENT!!! Went around 5pm and security guard is like "you picked the wrong time to come in she just went on her break!" no like you HAVE to laugh like i cantttt lol but seriously yall have got to figure this out it's so annoying and inconvenient I'd understand if there were specific hours listed anywhere but it's always so random! The service is always excellent here. All bud tenders are very knowledgeable with the products the sell at the dispensary. Also very friendly and will make your day better. **IGNORE ALL 5-STAR REVIEWS FOR 4TWENTY MARKET, THEY ARE SOLICITED IN EXCHANGE FOR DISCOUNTS** Over the years I've lived in LA, I've been to countless dispensaries, but I had a truly unique experience at 4twenty Market, so I had to write a review. Just for reference, I spend between $400-$500 per month on cannabis. When I entered the shop, there was one guy covered in face tats, ducked behind the counter fixing displays who didn't greet me. I said hello to him, and he responded with "you're going to have to make your selection fast because we gonna close soon". I found this strange and rude, especially because it was like 7:15pm on a weekday and I think their posted hours are until 9pm. I looked around for a few minutes and made my selection and let the guy know I was ready. He then said "now you're going to have to wait because I am in the middle of something" and I was shocked and speechless (which is rare for me). I just walked out without making a purchase and will not only never be back, but I will now be actively warning people not to go to this horrible place. Every dispensary has similar items and prices, so why would anyone ever go to the place that has disdain for their customers? Just shop at any of the many other dispos in WeHo. It's no wonder why I never see a single customer in there when I pass by. 0/10 PS. Check the **real** google reviews for this place as well, sounds like a lot of people have experienced a similar issue with the face tat guy. read more

Be aware - do not buy any Vape pens there as they do not honor defective pens as they had in the past. I've been a customer here since 2008. I've had my ups and down with LAPCG but recently the final straw is they they don't stand behind their Vape pens. For me that's a dealbreaker and I've noticed that I've had way more problems with the pens they sell than any other dispensary in LA. The flower used to be a good price but recently they have done away with their specials to take advantage - due to the coronavirus which is super unethical for a place with claims to do "good for the community etc". I used to drive out of my way for this place but today will be my last visit and to be honest I do not wish them any luck. read more

Either way, the texts go on for years, and if they don't try to solve this and stop the scam (if it is a scam), who will? The call did not go well and I literally decided not to place my order. This was a simple order for a local delivery in Beverly Hills. I had hoped to order a dozen red roses with a common filler and definitely not babies breath. The original quote was for $109, but once I asked for Limonium, or purple status, or wax flowers to give the arrangement some color, Sarah couldn't accommodate. She began sending me quotes for $269! I asked her if she could call the recipient to verify her location for the delivery and she refused. As for the delivery, I was quoted $15. Then, when I asked that the delivery arrive by 4pm, suddenly, the fee went up to $34.95! Keep in mind that I called at 9:30am, which gave them plenty of time to fill this simple order. The call was so frustrating, that I canceled the order and went with another very cooperative Florist. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing.

This is the spot, I can't believe they've been around for 9 years. They really know medical marijuana. The staff is super friendly and always answers my questions without making me feel like I'm putting them out. Most places make me feel like, make your choice and get out, but they do one on one at the counter so I never feel rushed. I especially enjoy the fresh brewed coffee/fruit and snacks which are always complimentary. But that's nothing, compared to the great selection of dried flowers, concentrates and edibles available at LAPCG. I was amazed to see a $15 eighth, and the cap was $55 plus tax. with discounts starting at half an ounce. The points system gives me a free eighth of my choice every time I reach 1000 points! And when I spend more than 50 bucks I get a fat joint! That's cool! The excellent quality meds, (they do testing) plus amazing customer service makes this place a gemstone in a pile of rocks! I just joined them on Facebook so now I can follow any new and exciting deals/specials they might have! Love this place!! read more

It's been a while since I have had the pleasure of enjoying fine Cali green being on tour with the OWF and all. But when I am in Cali and I need My meds, mostly edibles, I enjoy the selections at LAPCG. Again it's been a while but they were always friendly and professional with a nice quality product that works to help aid My medical needs. Dam if it doesn't suck to not have access to the meds that really work for Me. I instead have to now settle for a lesser means of treatment that offers a greater health risk. Big Fat Suck-O-Romma! When the hell will everyone be on the same dam page so that even when I am on tour I can still have access to the healthier options of medications needed to aid My aliments and so I can stop the unhealthy methods and save My body of their pollutants and poisons. I much prefer stay health from the inside out! Thanks LAPCG for providing healthier solutions may you all thrive well. I sent my girlfriend in to purchase since I didn't have my ID and we were out on a walk with my dog (a medium size Golden Retriever). It was a little busy so she was standing near the door, waiting to be helped. She said that a scary looking man with prison tattoos covering his face approached her and said "if you do not control you dog, I going to ask you to leave" and then he just walked out of the store himself. Not sure if this guy works here or he's just a local lunatic, but either way she was spooked and decided to leave. We decided to walk down the block to another dispensary and will never be back. By the way, our dog is the SWEETEST baby you will ever meet, and at the time she was sitting quietly in line next to my girl. read more

Not only is this Buyer's Club the best Buyer's Club I have been to but they are one of the few that is actively involved in the legalization of medical marijuana country wide. Also, they fit their name completely as Care Givers as they always have some medication to give to those of us who are on a limited, low income. VERY few Buyer's Clubs in Los Angeles do that. Further, their staff is very friendly and professional and know their medication personally as they are patients too !! It was my first time at 4Twenty Shop and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. First of all the Store looks Fantastic ! The prices phenomenal , back in October I was disappointed at the prices and the selection..... I must admitted i went elsewhere but my best friend asked me to go to this place again and it was a 360 for me. I was greeted by the Store Manager the young man who was fully tattooed! I had a dispensary I liked and then it disappeared. So I tried almost every other one in West Hollywood--and I finally found my new "home". Well established with great staff--loved that there was no one rushing me through my first visit. And they have CBD flower!! Many of their strains are not actually medicinal. This is unfortunate and indicative of the legitimate ethical problems that hold this industry back politically. More importantly, please be careful, don't waste your hard earned dollars, and realize that greed trumps compassion often. JMHO read more

I have been to other dispensaries over the years, but none have been as exemplary as this establishment. The location is great, The wide variety of products that they sell is extremely impressive. Their prices are extremely reasonable, if not better than other places that I've been to. But what sets them apart more than any of the places I have been throughout Los Angeles. Is definitely their amazing customer service. I have built relationships with many of the employees here, including the security guards! While I have had wonderful experiences with every single employee that they have, I would have to say that Peter and Emma are definitely their shining stars. While the convenience, price, and inventory selections are enough to make me keep coming back, it's the people and the fun events that they put on, which happen regularly. I moved away from my old apartment six weeks ago, yet I still am back to this fine establishment every two or three days. They have more than earned my loyalty, and they can definitely earn yours too. VIVA BENZEEN!!

Go to check out and I was told they only accept cash now. No signs by the register. I walked up front and outside to make sure I didn't miss something. No signs anywhere. I explained to the woman that the team should post signage as they have signs for everything else. She told me, "It was brought up to management and they decided against it." That tells me all I need to know. I don't like being surprised and unprepared at the checkout and directed to an ATM that charges a fee. When management refuses to communicate with customers, that's it. Too many other places around here that offer a much better customer experience. Nothing against paying cash, but in a digital society, you have to manage customer expectations.

I was looking for something very specific, and although she had a ton of people to help, she did a marvelous job of shuffling back-and-forth between the customers, even at a point where she was the only one on the floor for a brief bit. This girl is an incredible multitasker, wow!... But what drew me in the most, is I could tell, Laura was genuinely excited to help me! Even when I had mentioned, I had bothered her enough, She was like "nope keep asking, I'm listening. I got you girl". Super sweet. She explained everything so thoroughly, and when I asked about the sales, she showed me all the great deals they were currently having. That's another thing about this place, there's always a great deal happening for high-quality products! And on top of all of this, this place is woman owned, and black owned.
