Ive been placing same exact order online twice a month for years with this company. Over dozen…read moretimes my orders have been not shipped out on time, forgotten, sent wrong thing. But there was always someone (Often the same woman) who reached out to me and tried to make it right and seemed genuine. However recently its gotten worse and same guy i deal with on phone or email sounds very stoned or at best way too laid back when it comes to handling problems. My last order (That im still waiting for) was never even packaged up and sent out. But they sent me an email with tracking info that said my order shipped. 5 days later after i reach out and hear back day after that a guy calls me and casually says oh yea it never got sent out. Im gonna send it out today, and as i started to speak he hung up immediately after i got 2 words out. Ive reached out via email 3 times since trying to talk to somebody because this causes alot of problems on my end and the way it was handled was insane. I still havent been contacted back, no idea if theyre even sending my order, i requested just my money back because no clue if my orders coming and of course they got my money easy enough depsite never sending out my order and sending me emails falsely claiming its shipped. *Its just not worth it to do business with this place. They use to have great customer service even when they messed up which was often. But now they clearly dont care and whoever handles online orders sounds like he doesnt give af. Theres infinite companies that sell same products without the hassle. I accepted that too late, felt comfortable sticking with people i dealt with for years but that was a mistake. The guy working there was decent, CDC compliant and friendly enough. I bought here one time before, mint puff bar but didn't check if it was verified. I came back a second time and bought a strawberry puff bar. Right off the bat the packaging had a different colored font, then when I opened it up the color of bar itself was much darker than normal. Feeling a little skeptical I wanted to check the verification code and sure enough a warning popped up saying that either someone had entered this code before or it was a knockoff. Obviously I took off three stars because of the counterfeit products. This can be very dangerous because you never know what kind of chemicals they include or what the quality will be. I would NOT come back to this location and I would NEVER recommend it. I guess it is worth the extra $5 to know its a real product. Overall 1 out of 10 stars. COMPANY RESPONSE: "Hi Danielle you bought strawberry banana flavor today and you asked if it was legit or not i said yes you tried and said it was good so im not sure why you upload a strawberry puff bar picture telling that its fake and its from us" UPDATE IN A PRIVATE MESSAGE: "Hello Gor, You have me confused with another customer. This review may have been posted today but I purchased this "puff bar" on Friday. I did not open it in the store and it was strawberry, not banana strawberry. I also would not ask if it were fake, because I would not assume that. I am stating in this review that it is counterfeit because when I enter the verification code the warning picture, which I included in this review came up. No one had entered it previously because I scratched off the code when I got home. That is very concerning. Is there another explanation as to why that would have popped up?" I was pretty surprised to see it be carried here. The guy running the shop also took the time to talk to me about some of the glass and let me see them up close and hold them as well. I know prices online are better than what they charge in stores, but since small businesses are hurting, it means that much more to support local. This is the spot, I can't believe they've been around for 9 years. They really know medical marijuana. The staff is super friendly and always answers my questions without making me feel like I'm putting them out. Most places make me feel like, make your choice and get out, but they do one on one at the counter so I never feel rushed. I especially enjoy the fresh brewed coffee/fruit and snacks which are always complimentary. But that's nothing, compared to the great selection of dried flowers, concentrates and edibles available at LAPCG. I was amazed to see a $15 eighth, and the cap was $55 plus tax. with discounts starting at half an ounce. The points system gives me a free eighth of my choice every time I reach 1000 points! And when I spend more than 50 bucks I get a fat joint! That's cool! The excellent quality meds, (they do testing) plus amazing customer service makes this place a gemstone in a pile of rocks! I just joined them on Facebook so now I can follow any new and exciting deals/specials they might have! Love this place!! read more

It's been a while since I have had the pleasure of enjoying fine Cali green being on tour with the OWF and all. But when I am in Cali and I need My meds, mostly edibles, I enjoy the selections at LAPCG. Again it's been a while but they were always friendly and professional with a nice quality product that works to help aid My medical needs. Dam if it doesn't suck to not have access to the meds that really work for Me. I instead have to now settle for a lesser means of treatment that offers a greater health risk. Big Fat Suck-O-Romma! When the hell will everyone be on the same dam page so that even when I am on tour I can still have access to the healthier options of medications needed to aid My aliments and so I can stop the unhealthy methods and save My body of their pollutants and poisons. I much prefer stay health from the inside out! Thanks LAPCG for providing healthier solutions may you all thrive well. I sent my girlfriend in to purchase since I didn't have my ID and we were out on a walk with my dog (a medium size Golden Retriever). It was a little busy so she was standing near the door, waiting to be helped. She said that a scary looking man with prison tattoos covering his face approached her and said "if you do not control you dog, I going to ask you to leave" and then he just walked out of the store himself. Not sure if this guy works here or he's just a local lunatic, but either way she was spooked and decided to leave. We decided to walk down the block to another dispensary and will never be back. By the way, our dog is the SWEETEST baby you will ever meet, and at the time she was sitting quietly in line next to my girl. read more

Not only is this Buyer's Club the best Buyer's Club I have been to but they are one of the few that is actively involved in the legalization of medical marijuana country wide. Also, they fit their name completely as Care Givers as they always have some medication to give to those of us who are on a limited, low income. VERY few Buyer's Clubs in Los Angeles do that. Further, their staff is very friendly and professional and know their medication personally as they are patients too !! First of all the Store looks Fantastic ! The prices phenomenal , back in October I was disappointed at the prices and the selection..... I must admitted i went elsewhere but my best friend asked me to go to this place again and it was a 360 for me. I was greeted by the Store Manager the young man who was fully tattooed! I had a dispensary I liked and then it disappeared. So I tried almost every other one in West Hollywood--and I finally found my new "home". Well established with great staff--loved that there was no one rushing me through my first visit. And they have CBD flower!! Still learning their products, and the only suggestion I have is that it would be nice if they would consider a veteran and senior discount. read more

Many of their strains are not actually medicinal. This is unfortunate and indicative of the legitimate ethical problems that hold this industry back politically. More importantly, please be careful, don't waste your hard earned dollars, and realize that greed trumps compassion often. JMHO read more

I was looking for something very specific, and although she had a ton of people to help, she did a marvelous job of shuffling back-and-forth between the customers, even at a point where she was the only one on the floor for a brief bit. This girl is an incredible multitasker, wow!... But what drew me in the most, is I could tell, Laura was genuinely excited to help me! Even when I had mentioned, I had bothered her enough, She was like "nope keep asking, I'm listening. I got you girl". Super sweet. She explained everything so thoroughly, and when I asked about the sales, she showed me all the great deals they were currently having. That's another thing about this place, there's always a great deal happening for high-quality products! And on top of all of this, this place is woman owned, and black owned.
