I started going here after one knee surgery and before my next to be prepared for the pain. I usually go online, check out the items that interest me and then go in. When I am there, I ask the staff if they have tried what I have picked and many times I go with their recommendations. I have found some good stuff, and now have a list of stuff I like in case they are out. My only negative, and this is not their fault, sometimes the weed is so dry and brittle. Staff is always helpful and friendly, and very appreciative when you give them a tip. I will keep going back. I cannot compare to any other places as this is the only one I have ever gone too since I am happy there. read more

when I come into Zen leaf it's either. I have a good experience or I have a really nasty experience.. today I came in and I wanted to pay with cash and also my debit card. The employee was pretty nice., but Marcus, the supervisor, very dismissive very obnoxious very disregarding. Decided to check this dispensary out because I'm still new to the area, lady who had checked our IDs was pretty nice. Went in to the back and this guy rudely asked for have our ID's checked again which makes zero sense if I already meet that age requirement to be let in. Attempted to purchase a $10 pre roll because it was the cheapest item, cashier proceeds to tell me it gets rounded to the nearest $5 and you're also receiving a $3.50 charge so a purchase that was originally $10 is now $18.50 almost $20. I'm so glad that this location became my first experience at the dispensary. The workers are very friendly and informative with their products. Making sure that your goodie bag is filled with items perfect to your liking. While the line can be long for recreational use, I am happy to see that there's 2 lines. This place offers overpriced merchandise of extremely low quality and extremely low potency. Management refuses to employ a dedicated cashier for medical patients and a dedicated cashier for recreational use so you'll end up standing there for 30 minutes longer than it should take to buy anything because the cashiers are too stupid to prioritize in the interest of fairness in customer service. Unqualified security guards will ask you to remove your pocket knife and completely miss the pistol. Security theater at its finest. It's nothing but a poor quality cash-grab operation. Update after store reply: I didn't "feel" unsupported. I was unsupported. I am out $250. I already spoke on the phone with Verano customer service and they told me the same as the manager in your store. Tough sh*t go talk to the third party vendor in Los Angeles. That is some SERIOUSLY bad customer service. I've been shopping here for a while. Staff and selection is fine. My BIG problem is that I bought a vaporizer to dab from Zen on Saturday for $250. When I got home, the device wouldn't charge. I brought it back and the manager tested my device himself and he verified that it does not work. BUT the store policy is now I have to deal with the manufacturer in Los Angeles to get a new device. I'm out $250 and I have to make warranty phone calls, a trip to the post office to pack a package to mail to LA, and then wait however long this company takes to replace my device. The device was broken right out of the package but Zen says screw you to someone who has spent thousands of dollars there. read more

I was hesitant to begin with to purchase anything I was convinced to make an account in your system. I was told if I did I would get 20% off. The girl signed me up. I picked a product that was on sale and was told I couldn't apply the discount because the item was on sale. Nothing was offered in place of the first time discount bare minimum a free pre roll, instead the guy told me I could use my discount next time when I came in on top of that I was rushed. I don't think I'll be back and am highly pissed off because I signed up for nothing and have been promised something which wasn't delivered is a violation of consumer law. read more

With the newly passed recreational laws, I have been to several dispensaries in the area, and this by far has been my favorite. The staff is always very helpful and incredibly friendly. I always feel welcome and comfortable here. I recently had a situation with a defective item, and they resolved it quickly and professionally. CAUTION: These people are thieves... I have been a regular customer of the Germantown store for a couple of years. Nice people, standard pricing, great service... I ordered a product online yesterday and after I got it home I found it used a unique delivery system, requiring its very own battery. All I want is a standard vape cartridge. I have no use for yet another delivery system. There were no disclaimers anywhere on the website and when I called them today to return the product, they told me that they could "work" with me on the price of a battery, though they were unwilling to stand behind their product and allow me to return it or exchange it. Zenleaf has falsely advertised their product and pulled an age old bait and switch to demand I spend additional monies to use a product they were selling; a product I have no use for and never will use. I prefer ZenLeaf because they shop with me, on my side of the counter. Most places keep you separated from the staff but at ZenLeaf they stay with you using an ipad to place your order and they don't hide behind a counter with all their accessories and specialty items untouchable in glass cases. They know their product and if you're lucky enough to be the only one in the store, you get everyone's input and attention; no one is ever sitting over in the corner on their cell phone.
