This dispensary has gone down hill since Zenleaf took over this location. I've been a loyal customer at this dispensary for years, dating back to when you needed a medical marijuana card to come here. I have accumulated a lot of points over that time (spent thousands of dollars$) that we just magically erased because of a new policy they rolled out. I asked to speak with the manager thinking they would provide some customer service, instead I was greeted by a rude manager who looked like he was high himself. My go-to dispensary! Everything is always simple, fast, efficient and the bud tenders know their stuff. I love that they're always willing to help me find a deal, and they're not trying to pressure me into buying more than I need. What happened was the guy Zack O on POS 8 was confused as I was NEW and got the discount for the reward of being new. I wanted my discount and then a African American Manager came to do the over-ride, and ripped me off even further! I gave them 100 dollars and the cameras will show that as there are cameras EVERYWHERE. This is reprehensible and I think the authorities might need to be alerted! There are so many things to say about dispensaries. There are good ones and bad ones for sure. I am a medical patient and have lots of issues with this place. I stand outside the "walk thru" and I am stared at. It is hard to see inside so I walk inside because I think it is busy. When I go inside there is 1 customer and 8 employees behind the counter. There is 1 person helping the customer while the rest stand and stare at me. When someone finally walks up to a register instead of calling me, the medical patient with an online order the call the woman that just walked in with no online order or a medical patient. I switched from this place from health For life because of the people and the awesome deals, seriously this staff is amazing . Today I tried to exchange a hi klas cartridge that I bought by accident that gives me panic attacks, was denied on an exchange for something else even! It's my fault that I bought the same brand I guess and didn't realize it, I need to watch what I'm buying even though I've been giving this place 100's of dollars and that would switch to the thousands if I would have been able to do my exchange! Territory Dispo was my favorite up until recreational sales went into effect. Initially, Territory did a great job serving medical patients first. Immediately following, Territory went downhill fast! I was a dedicated patient for two years. Customer service exceeded my expectations with employees who went over and beyond. Employees are rude and prices are high compared to other dispensaries. Fortunately, treez pay allows me to order and skip the hassle. I am disappointed the hiring managers were unable to hire good employees with exceptional customer service skills. I was helped by Christian who was able to direct me to some products that he recommended based on the information I gave him. I liked that the facility was very clean and not overly populated. I have been to a couple different Dispensaries. This one is definitely a favorite! The workers were very kind, fun, and extremely welcoming. The gentleman that helped me was also very informative, and kind. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and also introduced me to other products he recommended. Which I definitely appreciate, as there are so many different products made it's hard to keep track. They also had a lot of different edibles. I was really happy to see the shelves full. I feel like a lot of dispensaries don't have what I'm looking for, or always out of stock. So felt great to go in and get exactly what I wanted. Their website was right about what they have too. I happily went in for my birthday gift that territory is known for and the lady at the desk named Holly was extremely rude! I have never been treated like this at any dispensary! She told me that they didn't have anything available for my birthday gift and I had to explain to her the promotion they have. Whenever I come in all of the bud tenders are super nice. I never understood all the hate for Territory until today.. Just called to see if they had any Grow Science flower and the young lady replied, "no" and abruptly ended the call while I was asking a follow up question. I've come to this place multiple times. The people who work here are usually super nice. I have had multiple issues though. They consistently have problems ringing me up because something is mislabeled. Like, to the point they have to go to the back and I get stuck standing there for 15-20 minutes until they figure it out.They rarely have enough people working behind the counters. Today I got fed up and left because I had waited over 30 minutes with other people who had been there longer than myself. Another person was allowed to go in and skip about 4 of us, he was called out of order. That coupled with 1 person helping walk ins, I'm done. I have been coming here because they are the closest to my house and have great deals, but they clearly don't care and I'm over it. No deal is worth the hassle of this place. read more

Been coming here for a few months and never had an issue till today. Online they advertise $99 oz flower so i placed an order of 1x 14g and 2x 7g bags since it adds up to an oz. Nothing online or in store that says I cannot mix and match. Finally went in to pickup to be told it doesnt work and i have to pay almost $300 for something that should be dealed around $100. Had to walkout with less than i wanted or expected and honestly im just disappointed. Ive gone to other dispensaries and got the deal doing the same thing. If you are not gonna own up to your own deals why even have them. Youre better off taking the drive up north. read more

Territory Dispensary in Gilbert is one of my favorite shops around the valley. Right when you pull up to the place, it looks sharp. You can peer right inside thru the massive windows and glass walls. Very clean, very sleek. Territory has a solid selection of all the top shelf brands im looking for. I go in and all the staff is usually super helpful and respectful. In all, I have a great experience everytime I go here. It may not be the cheapest prices around...but with their daily deals and flash sales they offer, I can walk away with no buyers remorse. So if your in the East Valley I would definitely recommend stopping in and seeing this shop. read more

I have been a customer for years and have always had outstanding customer service until today. Today, I came in and went to order my usual and started small talk with the the bud tender like usual. After a few minutes Morgan made me feel uncomfortable as she brought up inappropriate work related incidents that quite frankly shouldn't haven been spoken about with a patient.
