Great service, clean salon, friendly staff! I booked a day-of mani/pedi appointment last week. It was late in the evening when I arrived and they were running behind due to previous appointments being late, but the staff took care of me as much as possible while I was waiting despite being busy with other customers. They were extremely professional, thorough, nice, and did not do a rushed job on my nails even though it was close to closing time. They still look great a week later! This place is much better than couple of other places I tried in Indy. Zen lounge is very clean, they have a lot of colors and all technicians were super friendly. On-line booking is convenient and they are reasonably priced - I paid $60 for gel manicure and regular pedicure. Worth 20 minutes drive from downtown - I'll be back for sure. read more

I went here for a gel mani. I was a walk in, not thinking I would need an appointment because they were not busy and it was a week day. I was immediately told that I needed to make an appointment but they were able to fit me in. I only waited about 15 minutes before getting my nails soaked. I sat another 15 minutes with my nails soaking. The mani was efficient in the fact that it was done well and lasted awhile. However, I would not go here to relax. My manicure was rushed and I felt like I was more of a burden than a paying customer. Overall, my nails looked good but I'll try to find somewhere else. read more

I have been searching for the perfect nail salon to go to for years and always hopped around because I hadn't found the right one. I stumbled upon the Zen Nail Lounge and could not be happier. Their prime location in broad ripple is only about 15 minutes from my house and the salon is very clean and decorated well. The atmosphere is relaxing and every staff member is polite. Something that really sets them a part is they offer complimentary wine, water, champagne, and more. If you visit, definitely go on their website and make an appointment, they are usually busy and walk ins aren't always accepted but they will help you find an appointment time that works. I always get the retreat pedicure and they do a wonderful job, my feet look great for weeks! The only complaints I have are that they need more color choices & that I think their service prices have changed but the website and menu don't reflect that so sometimes I end up spending more than I knew I would be. Still reasonably priced compared to other salons. Do yourself a favor and go let them pamper you, I'm so glad I did!! read more

Made an appt on Sat for a pedicure. I was seated promptly and assigned an attendant. I have to say that I was very disappointed in the level of customer service and the quality of pedicure I received based on what I saw others receiving. I really wanted my heels done but did not get that treatment. The polish was applied hastily and it was not thorough. It is Tuesday and it is already chipping. I real felt the attendant was phoning it in basically and couldn't wait to just be done with me. I will not return. read more

This is my usual nail salon and I have to say I love all the people and their friendly nature. However, the past 2 times I went I had the same technician. She was an older lady and seemed very timid and unsure about nails. The first time I had her redo my nails and the second time I decided to see to give her another chance. I appreciate a quick, well done appointment but both times I've stayed for hours and have needed them redone. She barely got anything off my cuticles and the paint was all over my nails. I also like when the nail polish is as close to the cuticle as it can be and it looked as if my nails were already overgrown. I usually love this place and it's been the best I've found! But I was disappointed after this second time. I will still return but will request a specific person. read more

I found this place on my birthday of last year! I love the salon and the concept is great! But the artist are not the best. There are a few good artist but the others tend to rush. I've been here a total of 4 times to get my nails done, all gel polish. They have a great selection but man there application could be a lot better l. I went in this past Friday to get a gel mani and pedi. By time Saturday morning 4 of my nails were already chipped and it looked as if I had my nails done for about three weeks. I went in on Tuesday to get them fix. Initially I paid $75 plus tip for there services. And was charged $25 for the gel color changing. The lady that redid my nails rushed completely. I had gel on my hands in my cuticles, nails were lumpy.. it was terrible. I don't get my nails done every two weeks because who pays $100 a week for nails. So I was expecting them to looks nice. And given that everyone else was satisfied I was expecting the best. I was not okay with how my nails looks so I came back about 30 minutes later after getting feedback from others. They redid my nails and this tech was better ig. I tipped her for her time but the same night when I got home after doing dishes and laundry my middle finger nail was chipped. I'm now at work with half of my polish gone off of one finger. I'm not happy and I would not suggest anyone go here. Their prices are not worth what we get. Proceed with caution!!! read more

I've come to the nail lounge before have haven't had a problem other than my nail designs not being actually what I wanted but close.. I live in Beech Grove and I travel about 25-35 minutes to have a nice experience at a nail salon since getting your nails done is so expensive. Today I went in two hours before they close which I would understand it would be an issue if it was a weekend, there were 3 people a head of me and I was asked what I wanted, (a full set and a color change on my toes) and i was told I was too late and they didn't have time not to even change the color on my toes! A child could do that in 10 minutes! It's disappointing that if you work an average 9-5 job you can't get anything as simple as your toes painted after spending close to $300 at a place FOR NAILS in less than 3 months. (I've only been here 3 times) read more
